I even though its a 30 minute drive to get here, its worth having my ribs or Boston Butts prepped the way I like it. Great selection of locally made marinades, sauces & rubs too.

I used my Father's Day gift here. Man oh Man did I love this place! Got one of the bundle packs along with some extra Rub and Tamales. All of the beef has been amazing including the T-Bones which I love. The only disappointment was I got the pack with sausage and bacon. On the sausage side, I was hoping it was made onsite but instead was from Grogans in Arlington, KY. This actually ended up being a good thing as I am from KY and my favorite breakfast sausage of all time is Partin's which is now part of the same company and is impossible to get in Memphis (I actually paved their lot when doing asphalt work in the late 80s and they would hook us up with the freshest sausage you have ever tasted!). Anyways, in the end I didn't mind because this sausage had that same Partin's awesome flavor! Family wasn't big on the bacon though. It's fresh from the hog but I had to season it up with salt and pepper before the Family enjoyed it. All in all though, this place is amazing and I will never be getting my meats anywhere else here in Memphis!

I went in looking for a cut of beef for making beef jerky. Charlie helped me pick out the right cut and thin sliced it for me so I could start it marinading as soon as I got home. They freeze bones for making your own broth or treating your dog. Everyone is super nice and the prices are very fair.

For many of years we would come in once a month a purchase the bulk deal, 7 boxes and we would always trade out the couple of boxes that we did not want for boxes that we did want. The boxes that we did want were less expensive than the original boxes. Went in last week and now they will not trade out at all. I WILL NOT pay for boxes that my family does not like or want. We now are doing business with a company that will give us what we want. See ya never Charlie's!
