looks like a lot of bad reviews recently, wish I had come here first. I specifically requested a half cup of blood with the leg of lamb I ordered last week, and they had cheerfully assured me that that would be no problem. They even wrote a note for the order, but on the day of pickup, now on Passover there is no blood, and they barely apologized at all about it. Finally the manager bluntly stated, "We don't deal in blood. We never have." None of the three people I spoke with understood anything about anatomy and only stated, "We get it packaged like that, and we don't open the package." Furthermore, the leg of lamb was double the price originally estimated, from $50-60, now to $104, and they asked me to please pay full price. Don't tell me that you can, if you're not going to. I will not be returning.
Delicious food and love that our kids love it too and eat for free.
Great atmosphere and service, menu seemed good/interesting. Food was underwhelming, not bad in anyway, just didn’t meet our expectations. Wife had the 2 meat plate, I had a sandwich. Kids did enjoy their Mac and Cheese and Ribs.
My GF and I go every weekend to get our meats, we have never been disappointed.
Bentonville butcher is not the same as it used to be. So we always get the smoked chicken wings and they take them after they've cook them and fry them. The first match we got was all dehydrated in burnt. So they wanted to make it right and told me I could come pick up another batch Plus a small brownie for dessert. And I will have to admit that the second batch is the same as the first batch. Also it's $8 per pound.
Delicious meats. Great barbecue. Baked Potato Casserole is AMAZING!
Great food and beer I will be back
It’s been hit or miss on all of their BBQ options.
I've went in there a couple times and the appeal of the store most definitely makes you feel like you are getting amazing meats. But don't expect any help or knowledge from the staff. Twice I have went in there and asked if they could please tell me where they get their meats from. The first guy said, "what do you mean?", and laughed at me. I said WHERE are your meats from, as in, local, out of state? He had no idea. I still got some meat, it was good but not worth the price. The second time I called and asked if they have open range, organic chicken and then was going to ask, again, where the meat is from. The guy on the phone answered my first question with an, "uhhh, I don't know what that is". So I gave up and said, Thanks. Why would I pay twice as much for the meats in this "fancy" butcher shop when no one knows a thing about their own meat? How do I know it isn't just as disgusting and frankentized like Walmart? Craziness.
Had lunch here. Excellant food with really friendly staff. It will be a regular stop for me.
Great food and pristine butcher shop. Design and flow is wonderful. Service is the only thing lacking. Be prepared to wait even for a simple order. Burgers are totally worth it though!
Decent food and service. Fun place
We were in town for the weekend and were really excited to try this place out. It was a Sat night, at 8pm. The place was pretty empty, so we sat down and waited, and waited. 15 min later, my husband went to the bar and asked to speak to the mgr. The bartender/ stated he was the mgr. My husband asked if he had seen us, he said yes. My husband said, " so as a manager you watched us sit there for 15 min and did not intervene???He said well it was a misunderstanding. We left and will not return. There are plenty of great places to eat that care about their customer service.
Great food.....
I have been here three times in the past two weeks (and my waistline probably shows it). After trying their burgers......well.....I had to go back for more because I was craving them. My husband and I enjoyed a fun date afternoon with burgers, beer, and trivia on their cool Buzztime consoles. We brought the kids back a few days later and they had fun watching football and playing on the kids console games....and they ate free (always a bonus). Yesterday I went back for lunch and had the salmon salad. It was amazing. I can't wait to try everything on the menu, but my MUST TRY recommendations: any of the burgers, the chicken skin cracklins, fresh cut fries, and cheese curds!
Awesome, authentic and well prepared top of the line proteins and great beer specials!
We are from the Chicagoland area. DELICIOUS. Had the 2 meats brisket and pull pork. My wife had the poor boy. She said it was awesome . The bread made all the difference . The beer selection was very good. Robert was our server . Very knowledgeable and polite . Thank you.
Great atmosphere and the food was amazing. Entrees are awesome and the sides excellent. Cannot wait to go back to Bentonville. Will definitely stop again.
Was excited to eat here but, didn't have the chance to order. Was ignored by two different servers, meanwhile they had three tables total including us. Someone finally placed menus in front of us and couldn't even ask if we wanted something to drink on a 95 degree day. We waited ten minutes and finally walked out. Bummer for their service staff because we are both bartenders and tip 30+ percent. We recently moved down the street and we're excited to have found a new spot, unfortunately for them we are never going back.
Great food friendly people love the music Thursday night
Best burger in Bentonville!
Food is great, beer and cocktails are on point! Trivia Night is a super fun! My go-to spot for NFL games too!
The food was good but a bit over priced.
My burger was cooked to perfection, as was my wife's. They have choices for kids, too. The 4 year old got a free chicken tenders meal (with my purchase). For $5, the 9 year old got a "premium" pulled pork kids meal he absolutely loved. The homemade pickle slices are great, too (and I don't typically like pickles).
This use to be one of our favorite places in town. We always get our steaks here. However, as of lately I have noticed the customer service, cleanliness, and deli selection diminish. Staff members simply walk by and do not acknowledge your existence. My son and I waited for 8 minutes to purchase some of their New York strip steaks. Multiple employees just walked by us without saying a word. We left and will never return.
Excellent food, good service, steak was prepared perfectly and you can't complain about the cut you get, because you pick it yourself. All in all, a great experience.
It's not bad. It's an okay environment. The food is mediocre to fair. My money would go farther to other competitors in the area. Friendly staff. Very clean place!
Great steak and welled cooked
Meat is pretty dry and lacks flavor. Baked beans were possibly the worst I've had from a BBQ joint. Fries were cold. Burgers were alright but they did not cook to requested specifications. To top it off service was slow to the point we just kept grabbing the pitchers of water they had sitting out to refill our own drinks. Butcher side of the business looks very nice and they do have a good selection of drinks.
First time 9/15 under staffed im assuming we were going to order but no one came back after we got our drinks.
Butcher and Pint is one of the best places in town. Definitely a go to! Amazing pulled pork and delicious fries! Atmosphere is amazing along with staff and management. Managers are always checking on their guests to make sure everything taste delicious! I’ll be back next week! :)
I was really excited about trying this restaurant. My husband and I went there for our “date” night. We were very disappointed. The food was cold and had no seasoning. The beans were the worse I have ever eaten, no flavor at all. My husband said his brisket needed seasoning. The ribs were okay. I did enjoy the baked potato casserole. Our waitress was very nice also. Sorry but we won’t be back.
I haven't enjoyed the sides, neither the coleslaw not the beans, but brisket is fantastic and so are the sauces. Meats are of high quality. Great and friendly service. Some meat items can be special ordered. Good selection of local beers.
the place is cute looking but the food is bad

the place is cute looking but the food is bad
I have been there 5 times since the switch to a more sports bar feel. Food is great, Chef Travis is a wonderful addition to the Bentonville food scene. The beer is cold and the staff is friendly. Get the Reuben when you go, trust me!
Just plain good. Never disappointing.
The place is way over priced and the cooked food was not very good. They also put a cooked pig head on the buffet table.
My boyfriend and I had our first visit today, and we loved this restaurant! Erin took care of us at the bar and she was the best! Very attentive staff! We will definitely be back!!! Caitie Rose
ever sine they changed hands it has gone down hill fast. BAD
The food is amazing. We had the Italian and Park auenue sandwich. I was secpitcal of a chicken salad sandwich but it was amazing. The staff isn't that friendly but can't have both.
Excellent "pork wings". Also a very good Lost 40 Honey Ale
This place is popular with the WalMart home office lunch crowd as it is within walking distance of the office. A great place to eat lunch or pickup dinner. Good meat selection. I love the hot potato salad. Just visited the newly remodeled place today. It's awesome. I had the Reuben and it was delicious.
Food was great. Service was lacking especially for a Thursday night.
I've purchased several items from here. Everything I purchased was too expensive. The only thing I purchased that was even worth the price was the crab cakes. And it was a half & half mixture. BUT they have things that you won't find elsewhere close by so I see how they are still open. I do think they need to train people better about the items they sell & drop the price. Is is worth going there? Yes. Just don't buy everything you see, your pockets will hurt. Crabcakes--Awesome Bacon--Not worth it Tilapia--worth it but I like Sams Clubs better Stuffed Mushrooms--Nice Deli--Over priced hot items that weren't that good. I wasted small containers of the stuff.
Ive been wanting to try this place for a while and I have NO idea why I waited. The atmosphere is fun. They have local brews on tap. They have a butcher in house so a lot of fresh meat to choose from. I ordered their Not so poor boy sandwich with shrimp AND oysters. It was to die for. The bread was toasted on the outside and still soft to eat. The hotsauce on the bottom bun added such great flavor. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the oysters were like silk in your mouth. This is my favorite place in NW Arkansas by far.
I had a fantastic Burger and a coffee accented light beer why we watch the combine
We are here with family watching football and eating wings. Erin is taking great care of us. We will definitely be back
Always great food and friendly staff.
My husband abc I have been here multiple times and it’s hit or miss on the food. The flavors are always spot on, but there are times where the food seems luke warm at best. Most of the wait staff is helpful and attentive, but sometimes we feel a bit rushed when we aren’t done quick enough.
We've shopped the Butcher for years, both for fresh meat to grill (Pork Tenderloin is out of this world) and for the deli meats and cheese and appreciate the superior quality and flavor of what we bring home. The house made sausage and the hot smoked meats are a must. Now that they have opened a restaurant with local brews on tap and one of the best burgers I have had, I will come even more often. We went in on game day to grab some steaks and ended up staying with the fun crowd. Nicely decorated, cool without being pretentious and the staff did a great job for a newly opened place. The atmosphere was great and I can't wait to try the rest of the clever menu and their version of Poutine! We will be back with friends soon!
We came here on a cold drizzly night. The restaurant was close to empty but filled shortly after we ordered. The waitress was great- friendly and prompt, attentive. We got the blackened chicken sandwhich with bacon and cheese and the bbq bacon burger. Yum!
Excellent. Server could have been more conversational but he was efficient.
Uh-mazing! The food is absolutely great. I had the burger which I was told was fresh ground that same day. I could tell by the taste!! Cool relaxed atmosphere and they have a full serive butcher on one side.
This place was delicious, the food was mouthwatering. I highly suggest this to anyone thinking about going here. I had the ¿se hablo delicioso y caliente? It was a delicious burger cooked to perfection. Best American food in NWA. Plus the service was amazing and so was the drinks, if you are looking for something not to cheap but not too expensive and some good food and beer I suggest this place to you.

Delicious food and great service. I enjoyed the mountainous lute sandwich very much, and my husband loved his burger. Our kids ate free too! We would definitely return.
Don't let the curb appeal fool you. Looks great on the inside too but the service was lame and the meat was nowhere near the quality you would expect from a deli. Ordered the lunch combo with chips and a drink and they were out of the third meat so they asked me if I'd like an extra portion of brisket. When I opened the box there were a couple dried out tiny pieces of brisket and a pile of barely warm pulled pork. Way over priced and didn't get an extra portion of anything. Lame. Won't be going back
Fried chicken skin, don't do it. Pig drumsticks appetizer, awesome. Kids eat free, mega kudos. Friendly service. Kinda of place they get to know your name. I'll eat here again.
It was good food and service.
Visiting NWAR to see Janet and spend the weekend with family and they recommend this place to eat. The food was great, the live band was awesome and the service was good too. If there was more outside seating we would have stayed longer.
I had the brisket plate and some boudain balls. The service was great as was the food. Plenty of seating available. The atmosphere was just right for an evening date.
1/2 Chicken plate was ridiculously great. Sides were equally outstanding. Service was spot on.
good food, and good atmosphere.
I love the new concept! Very comfortable yet modern. Food is approachable and delicious. The cheese curds are sooooo good and our daughter thinks their pulled pork sandwich is the best thing ever.
Good customer service!
Great environment, location, and menu! I visit this place all the time.
Great meal. Everything was awesome except for the beer cheese brat. Definitely everyone should try it.
We had eaten here several times in the past. It had changed to a bar/resturant eatery since my wife and I ate here last. If you want to watch TV it's a good place to go. The service was fine but the food was not very good. I had the brisket with smoked pinto beans and a potato casserole. Tough meat and the beans were not done. My wife had a turkey sandwich which was supposed to be on wheat bread. It came on a bun of some sort and the flavor was lacking. I told the waitress of the things I didn't feel were up to par and she smiled and took my money. We will not be back!
Bought a Filet Mignon. Great quality, expensive.
Great steaks for the grill. Good lunch plates in the
Great atmosphere! Menu has a wide selection. Food is hit-and-miss on taste. Couple of the servers are not very polite. Their burgers are really good!
I love the selection of beers and their food is great! The butcher part of is it excellent as well. We'll buy femur bones for the dogs and they'll cut them in half for us. Super nice staff. And the milk you can purchase in the glass jars are amazing!
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I was excited for the food but left disappointed. With the right chef, they could become an amazing restaurant.
Food wasn’t good... *CHICKEN CRACKLINS $4.99 Was super super greasy, they supposed to be dry and crespy
Good food overall.
Always good very reasonable for the quality. Quality Matters. Rachel was my sever today so helpful and friendly
We buy roasts from them often but today is the 1st time we ate at the restaurant. It was really good. We all had burgers and they were the best ones we have had in a long time.
Some of the best food and customer experience you'll have in Bentonville. Not only do they care about quality foods and meats, but they genuinely care about making sure its a pleasurable experience for anybody that comes in.
Best pinto beans I've had north of Texas. Exquisite! Sadly, I have no idea what these people are thinking about with their rib preparation. The rub is a heavy, herby assault with very little sweetness or saltiness. It tasted like one o' them Oklahoma Quakernadoes hit the spice cabinet and fell on the meats. Other than that the ribs were dry and there was NO smoke taste whatsoever. Only sauce made them palatable. Fail. Brisket was B-, Pulled Pork was a B (and since pulled pork is the absolutely easiest meat to barbeque, a B is nothing at all to brag about).
Its no longer Butcher n Pint, its Pho Bahn a vietnamese noodle house
Good brisket

Good beer. Good Service. Great meat. Atmosphere is sports bar, plenty of TV's, but certainly a family place. Pink House Burger is my son's favorite. Pulled pork and ribs are very good. Brisket is okay, but still might be the best in town. Would come more often if my family liked meat as much as I. Some greens, but too much outside of BBQ and burgers.
BBQ/kitchen practices need review. Old BBQ is not very good...
Best gourmet burgers in Bentonville. This place has everything from excellent meat and cheese platters to killer aps and great on-tap options. You can get almost any kind of meat from the butcher section, and they even special order meats. Dont pass this one up.
Great food, and kids eat free every day! It’s our go-to place to eat for family night.
I always stop in when I'm Bentoville for work. Great burgers and excellent pulled pork. Highly recommend!
Food good, staff couldnt be bothered.
Best steaks on Bville
Best steak dinner we've had in a long time, maybe ever! Both steaks cooked perfectly medium rare. Brussels sprouts and potato casserole delish! Our waitress, Emily, took great care of us. Highly recommend!
The food is great... it's one of the best burgers around. The service was good on our last trip but something must've gone wrong because it took forever to get our food.
This place is super fun! The only negativr thing Ill say is while the cracklins were super fresh, they had no seasoning BUT our entrees and the price MORE than made up for it. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely going back!
This place was good when it was still a deli. I used to go there all the time for their green beans and chicken salad. With the new concept came terrible food. The green beans were too salty to eat, and I LOVE salt, not to mention the fact it was two dollars for 3 bites worth. I will never go back.
Love this place. Just had a great BBQ Cheeseburger for lunch and their Cheese Curds are amazing!!! Like the remodel too with televisions on the wall to watch sporting events.
It was very good. My daughter had the kids mac and cheese and ate it all. My son had the smoked chicken wings. He said the skin was dry, he has eaten to many buffalo wings. The bit I had the skin was a little dry from smoking but the meat was moist and had great flavor. My wife and I both had steaks. You get to pick your steak out, she choose a filet and I ended up with a nice bone in ribeye. The nice part beside picking your steak you pay market price and then $5 or $10 to have them cook it. We went for the $10 and got 2 side with it. Steaks where very tasty, not over seasoned or cooked. I would also highly suggest the potato casserole amazing. They also had what seamed to be a great local beer selection. It looks and has the feel of a great place to sit and have a few beers with friends and watch a game. I not from here but will keep this on the list of places to stop next time we are in town.
Excellent food and excellent service!
2 words - SLOW and OVERPRICED. 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 drink for lunch. Took 35 mins to get our order and the bill was $29 without the tip. Definitely NOT worth the spend.
Under impressed. Bland Mac n cheese, overpriced large nacho with about 3oz of brisket added for 4 dollars, under dressed salads with 90% kale and barely noticeable salmon, almonds, and cranberries, Cobb salads had avocado with rind still on them...better places to eat in Bentonville than this place....sad for a first time customer to experience....
(3.5) An excellent burger, very good sausage, decent brisket, dry chicken and horrendous noise made for a very uneven meal. The burgers were some of the better we’ve had in the area and they are priced accordingly. The smoked meats really didn’t measure up besides the sausage. For the area the brisket was ok but lacking a good bark and over cooked and somewhat dry inside. The tiny chicken pieces were very dry, unacceptable for dark meat. The biggest issue was a very loud environment with a bar game of some sort on one side an a large, loud and inebriated party on the other. We may try again, just the burgers thou, and probably at lunch since Tuesday dinner was far from relaxing.
The BEST jalapeno and pineapple margaritas anywhere!! The food was great too. The service was awesome!! I live in KC and come back to this restaurant as soon as I'm back in town
