Small sandwich shop and deli with an enormous range of offerings. (Their menu wall of sandwiches is truly a thing of beauty.) Although "dining in" isn't an option, there are some covered tables right outside the business. I highly recommend this place.

So... Ordered the old pueblo cheese steak and two of "their hottest sausages" (was mango japapeno). The sandwich was phenomenal. The sausage was flavorful, but extremely mild. Will definitely go back for the sandwiches though.

My husband and I just brought sandwiches home after seeing the 5-star rating. We had two of the worst sandwiches we have ever purchased anywhere. My BLT was inedible and I ended up throwing it out. The bread was old and falling apart and the bacon was ice cold, clumped together and had cold congealed fat throughout. My husband had the pastrami which he was able to eat however he said that he would never order it or anything else at this place again. If I could give this place minus stars I would.

What a great shop this place is! An old fashion meat and sausage market with a killer sandwich menu, that I would have to say rivals very few in the greater Tucson area. Your total choice of breads and rolls in that sandwich construction too! Meatball sub and a Turkey Club were the choices today for our lunch; both were to die for!

First time visiting after hearing about Sausage Shop on raido. Was excited to try this place out especially after I walked in and the smell was just amazing. Unfortunately I was not helped when I stopped in. Two people after I walked in were quickly helped so I decided to take my money elsewhere. It may have been a one off but if a business doesnt want/show interest in my money, no worries I have other options.

If the American Gov't wasn't so backwards about foodsources, you could probably buy a side of wild Elk at this place... In all seriousness, this is a gem among gems. I thought I would never find European style Chorizo anywhere. The prevalent (and delicious!) crumbly Mexican chorizo is great, but the smoked, link variety was a white whale to me for years until I found several kinds here. Delicious, basically Artisan products. And for another Euro-rarity, Blood Sausage! A few times a year only, keep up the good work!

Nice selections of fresh sausages and different cheeses and meats. Get there early, as in when they open, or may be out of some items. Might be a good idea to call first to make sure they have what you want, if driving a distance. Staff efficient but not overly warm and friendly. Prices reasonable for what you get. Staff should be wearing gloves when touching raw meat or cheese products for health and sanitation reasons!

This place is a National Treasure! If you love meat, you found your new happy place, and the service here is great! The focus is on the food here, but there are benches outside for those days when you know it smells too good to make it home. Either getting a sandwich, or buying some meat to go, The Sausage Shop never dissapoints!

Huge selection of delicious sandwiches, meats, sides, and condiments. Small and friendly atmosphere with Al fresco dining. The Sausage Shop is a family run outfit with Minnesota roots that has the feeling of an upper midwest deli/ meat market. The order counter area is a bit small and can get cozy at lunch time. Ordering ahead for take out works well here.
