I had a torta cubana. Cuban sandwich with beans. Beans were very salty. They used deli slice ham and carne asada. Very oily and no tomatoes or pickle or chilli. They missed all that. I did buy fruit which seemed amazing.

The people that work here are rude and just don't seem to care. The guy working at the juice bar told me to wait until he finished doing whatever he was doing and then just stood there for five minutes talking with someone else. He finally took my order and tried to charge me more than what the two juices cost. The ones that work in the kitchen acted like they were doing me a favor. They made the burrito I ordered with pieces of tortilla instead of a whole one because when I picked it up it fell apart. The one at the check out was throwing my items into bags like they did something to her and had the nerve to act like it was my fault for going through her line. There was a guy in the parking lot that was walking around with a bottle and a few towels asking people if he could wash their windows for whatever he could get. He wasn't begging for money and actually WANTED to work. He did mine and I gave him $20 and he almost started to cry. I almost did too. The people that work here should thank God every day that they have a job and be grateful for what they have. I will NOT be shopping here EVER again!!!

"Little Mexico"! I love going there whenever I get the opportunity. I wish it was closer to my home to stop by more often. So whenever I do stop in, I stock up on Mexican food and goodies (pan dulce & other treats). I also enjoy having lunch at their little restaurant/eatery. On this day, I met up with a friend. The only problem we had today, was that they no longer have the salsas out where you can just help yourself. And by the time we got to our table, our food was barely warm. They took too long to check us out at the register. That's something they could definitely improve on.

This place is awesome. Good selection of fish, meats, and produce. Among other produce, they have extremely competetive pricing. With exotics like dragonfruit for half the price at sprouts, frys, and whole foods. Love the atmosphere and the people that make this a comfortable environment to come to.

My boyfriend just came home with a mix tray of cookies, cupcakes, marshmallows, chocolate covered strawberries, as my valentines gift. The strawberries are rotten, the cupcakes are hard as a rock and taste like they were burnt. ( even my son gagged after he bit the cupcake and he eat anything) I am so disappointed.

I love this store! It has everything you need, plus more. The meats are cheaper than regular stores and they have Carne Preparada (Marinated Steak) so good to bbq's with. They have veggies that are at the best price and any mexican food you want they got it. They even have a little restaurant where you can get tacos, burritos, Horchata and so many other items. They also have dishes, pots and the items you need to make your typical mexican plates. If you want a different shopping experience this is the place to go.

I don't know, they had what I was looking for which was German chocolate cake mix but it was hard to find as their was no indicator on the sign that described what would be down that specific aisle and I asked two different employees but neither of them could understand me. The place is pungent with an odor of what smells like Pet Foods and something cooking. I would come here again though.

Customer service needs a serious over-haul. I waited in line for tacos and the women stood there indifferent and ignored my husband and I. I finally was able to give my order and out of politeness I told them in perfect spanish. Finally got to the register only to hear that they never took my order. They seem tired and overwhelmed. Probably one of my favorite market to shop at because they make the tortillas in house, they have all the Mexican spices I need to make my meals, and they have bigger portions of my favorite cheese when making quesadillas enchiladas: queso fresco. One of the biggest reasons for shopping there is they have a restaurant in house so you can take a break from shopping to eat some tacos. Love this place. Reminds me of a store I shopped at in Detroit called E&L meats.

We usually love this market but our visit today was not good. 1st of all we were accosted both on the way into and out of the store by 3 different shady men asking for dinero. Very imtimidating especially for a woman. Inside the store appeared unkempt and dirty.......especially the restaurant section. Tables, table top tents and napkin holders just filthy!!!! All the cafeteria hot foods were mislabeled. Food was ok, just a little cold from sitting months plate for about 10 minutes before the staff could give it to me. However the kitchen was understaffed and the staff they had were very slow and very unorganized. Took forever to get a plate and 3 tacos even though there was only 1 customer in front of us. I didn't get any lime, cilantro, salsa with my plate so it was a bit bland. I didn't bother to go back up to the counter to get salsa because there was no staff available to help. No salsas available on the tables either. No tongs in the bakery section to get the bolillos. The agua de tamarindo was weak and flavorless. There was a depressed mood in the store. I did not see even 1 employee smile, at all. Nothing, zero, zip. Usually the market is upbeat, friendly faces, lively Latin music, ..... None of that was happening today! On a good note our cashier said thank you, the produce we bought was fresh and well priced, the panaderia items were delicious!

I love Ranch Market because they have produce that are fine to find. I always buy my papaya there. Also the avocados are pretty cheap. I just bought four small avocados for $1. The prices are fair, and you can buy awesome fresh fruit juices for a reasonable price.

Frustrating!! I come here for the sandia fresca and the posole, both very good, but the customer service is terrible. That's the main reason I hate coming to this store. Do you have to speak Spanish to get service? Yes that sounds like discrimination but that is exactly how I feel. Other people around me complained that there was not enough staff. Management, if any, needs customer service training so that training can be relayed to staff.

The customer service at the meat department is the worst service ever, every time we try to purchase meet and asked for a request they can never get what we want. Melisa said it’s beacuse the meat is almost (Free). When we spoke to the manager he apologized and said it’s because of labor that they could not do anything about it because the labor is too high and we had to purchase what was on sale I don’t recommend people to go there.

I started off going here to pay my electric bill at the srp machine. I'd never been to a Mexican grocery store before. At first I would walk around and check the place out but would never really shop here. Over time I've began to love this store. I've found some foods here that are so delicious, such as the chocolate flan and the premarinated ribs which can not be bought elsewhere. And the produce is cheap. I love the atmosphere here.

Poor but very poor customer service, food good taste but kitchen employees don't care. I brought home a caldo de res, when I got home it has no veggies at all. Just the broth and a piece of meat very hard it need it way more time cooking. Menudo had no flavor and hominy and menudo meant they were hard and chowe. They hold me by the cashier for long time as they over charged me. Took them a lot longer to give me the tortillas for the caldo de res and the bread for the menudo. It's obvious that they are not organize to work or they management doesn't do any effort to organize them. Sad:-(

Good place for home made Mexican food, there is a wait for service, but the food and prices are mainly worth it. They have great specials on certain days, which are really good deals, like carnitas, which come with fresh warm tortillas from their on site tortillas mini factory. If you're in a hurry don't come on the weekends, when families come to eat. Weekday mornings are the best time. The fresh squeezed fruit juices are healthy and wonderful, so are the tres leches cakes. It's kind of like being in Mexico without traveling! And the prices are worth the waits.

I like what this store offers I often get the deals on the meat but I'm giving a 2 star rating because I am constantly being overcharged and even when I bring it up it's being very difficult to get them to understand that they are overcharging me and I'm having to walk back and take pictures and explain things and hold up lines to pay the price as advertised last I checked it was illegal to charge me more than the advertised price here's an example once again I've paid $0.50 more than literally the price it is listed at is less than the price that I was charged and it's sale price 2 for $5 when it's 2.39 pay your employees to do the work to correct the signs. There was no people waiting at the flavored stand but the 2 employees there didn't even notice I was waiting, they were bussy putting stickers to their salsa containers when I told them I need help they just told me to wait. Vegetable stands were not fully stuck I found no bananas. Not very well organized. Ladies at the cheese department were very nice. Cook food department employees look lost. Ordering food is impossible at this store! The signs are wrong and the NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING staff can't communicate. They charge you for the wrong order and ask you to come back later for a refund. I asked to speak with a manager but was told that he was busy! Used to come 1-2 times per week but it's very tiring. We won't be back!

I love this market....most of the things you need and can't find are there..fresh tortillas...yummm! Roasted Anaheim chilies... almost anything you need to make great Mexican food is there! The food is fresh and at a great price....the only 2 things that irritate me is that you have to put your own bags in your cart and some of the checkers are rude....but to be honest....they seem to be working on getting better checkers..its actually been kind of nice going there lately even if I do have to put the bags in my own cart.

I love this store, just about any Hispanic/Mexican product I need I can find it here. The sweet bread is freshly baked daily & I believe throughout the day, they have fresh corn tortillas in a cooler (to keep warm) near the cashiers, really good prices on produce, meats, cheese, bakery and large selection in Mexican candy. I can even find the Chile de árbol I like to use for my salsa already toasted! So no one at home has to die from the smoke of roasting chilies

Great asset to the Neighborhood. So many fruits and vegetables that are not common in the national or regional food grocery chains. People are very nice. You may have to be directed to an english speaker, but you are here for authentic mexican style products products, then you are in luck. If you do not want to go to Mexico for real street food, them go to Los Altos Ranch Market. Love it.

This place is usually crowded. They have a good selection of Mexican food and products. The prepared food they sell is delicious and great for when you do not feel like cooking. Buying meat can be a hassle because it is difficult to know whose turn is it and people do not respect the lines. They should find a way to fix this. Going thru the register is the same thing. There were only three registers open our of the twelve. I spent more time in line than actually buying the stuff I needed. I found that some things are cheaper at Wal-Mart than here specially the sandwich meat. It is good if you can compare prices.

The place is great to shop at but some of their employees needs to be trained in common sense when a customer spends something $25 dollars on a meal from their fresh made food area and they are holding you back and wasting your time about how much salsa you require. I bought 2 lbs of steak as well as a 60 count of totillas for lunch today. I had not 1, not 2, but 3 employees almost have a panic attack about how much sauce i took to go with my 2 lbs of steak. 1st employee was at the cash register. I paid and I ask if I may have 2 small container for salsa. She said no you have to use the super small ones. (okay did you not see how much steak I just bought?) do you think I have time to fill up 25 of those super small containers? Which are equal to 1 of those bigger to go containers. 2nd Employee was just at the salsa bar staring at me over my shoulder about what I was doing next to me like he was my body guard. Really? Did you guys buy this salsa at premium cost? I asked if I can have containers I was told no. I asked if I can buy them, and a employee was nice and polite and gave me one. 3rd Employee was a girl at the salsa bar who was told by the 2nd employee what I was doing. I explained to her that I bought 2 lbs of steak and I needed a container as the one i had to go. I was not eating at the place. She said you have to pay for those? I said Okay can you find out and confirm? She told me she would talk to a Manager. I did not have time to waste because my lunch was only 30 minutes but i will be returning to speak with someone. This review probably doesn't matter to anyone but I wanted to share my experience at this place.

Black people are apparently not welcome at this store. On several occasions when purchasing meat, the employees will leave you standing there ignoring you. Then when a non black walks up, they will immediately come over to assist. During my last visit, they started helping at least 3 separate people before me, when I was originally the only one there. Now, to read the reviews and see that this has happened to other blacks, I'm truly disgusted. Shameful! I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise everyone I know to do the same.

Love it here!!! The Ranch Market is my favorite grocery store in this area!!! Makes you feel like you're in Mexico! Especially their fresh food that is made there, the fresh fruit waters, and the bakery! I love it. ❤️

This Mexican supermarket has everything you can imagine to prepare your favorire dishes. You can also enjoy their open sitting restaurant style dishes with all the popular foods. Aguas frescas are really good and you can sample before you buy. Come and experience for your self. You will not be disappointed.

Sunday November 4. Menudo is never consistent. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Today is was burnt. Why would the chef put the product out if they knew It was burnt? No management to check for quality. There are no condiments for posole. Cabbage, radishes, lemon.

Was wandering around this market on a recommendation of a coworker and got lost in how huge the store is. Everything was well organized. I must've looked lost since someone came over and asked me if I needed help with anything. Very friendly service from the cafeteria ladies to the men in the meat and produce department. Very clean and great selection.
