I never write reviews but Casey and the Boys were so great I had to help them out. Even with a stacked up line they were patient enough to walk my brother and I through the process and answer all of our "New Guy" questions. Quick turn around and quality cuts and packaging. I don't care the distance these guys will be my go to for all of my AZ hunts. On second thought maybe I should not have written this as given more attention to this hidden gem and increased the time its going to take me to get my meat next year. oh well. If you are reading this then this is the place to go.

Took an elk here on the advice of quite a few people. Not bad. Wish the elk burger has been weighed accurately. They ranged from 1.5 lbs to over 3 lbs. Same way with the chorizo and Italian sausage. Friendly staff. Don't feel like I got enough of my meat back. Dropped off 178lbs of what they stated was the cleanest looking meat they had seen all year and got back about 100lbs......I feel that is quite light.

Dropped off at night, picked up within a week, everyone here was friendly and respectful, meat was cut properly and very clean. We will definitely use Casey’s again! This was in November during our Mule Deer hunt.

Talked to a few people afterwards that say the sausage is great, too bad we didn't order any. Only thing they're missing is delivery to Phoenix. Oh well, friends wife wanted to see the snow anyway.

Best I've ever been to. They gave my kids two 2 pound elk summer sausage samples the first time we went there. They were amazing btw. Very reasonably priced. An avg deer will run around 100-150$ depending on different processing request. I've never had even one hair in my meat, which amazes me for some reason. As long as you take good care of your meat and you give it to Casey's there will be no sign of a "game taste," in your meat. To the point were I can feed it to family members, who don't like game, and they cannot tell the difference from it and store purchased beef (Can't say the same for my uncles garage processing). They will process in less than a week. Try there Kielbasa or chorizo sometime and you will be sold, I promise.
