Terrible process for large groups, would not recommend bringing lots of people to glow bowling. Cutting in line is tolerated, and not addressed. Waited in line for an hour just to have our lanes be given to the people who cut in line. Poor management.

Don't come here for glow bowling. Several people will cut ahead of you and you will never get a lane. Wasted 45 minutes here. Never again.

When I was drunk I had sloppy hand writing and it looked like I tipped $85 when I ment to tip $5. I gave them a call and after finding the discrepancy and double-checking the amount the owner refunded the $80 same day. Best customer service I've had in awhile, and the bowling is affordable and so much fun!

It's a good place to be. Drinks are good and you can have a good time. A little expensive make sure you get your money worth.

Very poor service, getting drinks takes a minimum of 15 minutes. Not well organized at getting people onto lanes, we waited 30 minutes and watched people show up later and get lanes right away. Whoever was working the front desk was borderline incoherent and illiterate. I'm glad Laramie is so small that this bowling alley can stay open and profitable despite providing awful service.

Unfortunately, it always smells like smoke and I, along with several other friends, rarely feel welcomed. Coming in with kids is awful, as they are treated like a nuisance, as opposed to one of the largest populations of customers at Laramie Lanes.

The only bowling alley in town, so there isn't much to compare it with. It is a bit run down and has a few janky lanes, but they get the job done.

Great staff, affordable prices, and we got a lane immediately on a Friday night. The bar didn’t take more than a minute to get our drinks. Also I enjoy the music in the background. Only downside is that the arcade machines were down, but that’s such a minor issue.
