I never give my opinion for places I dine, but this place is special. It has been a very long time since I’ve seen a trifecta of excellence. The people, food, and the prices were all superb.The people were all very attentive and personable. Everything I ate made me say “OMG. This is soooo.. Good.” The prices were so affordable that I could tip everyone what they truly deserved. If anyone talks to me about places to eat, Tower Junction is my new #1 favorite.

Didn't have a very good dinner experience here. When you're offering a salad bar you need to let your guests enjoy their salad and not serve your entree too soon. I just sat down with my salad and here comes my dinner. Then my haddock was very undercooked. Then I sent it back and when I got it back it was all rubbery. The server never checked back with me to see if it was OK. When I am on vacation I look forward to our dinners out and this place was such a disappointment.

Tower Junction has always been my go to bowling alley. It's also a restaurant. I have been going here my entire life, I haven't had a bad experience. Ever. If you want delicious food ranging from the standard bar burger to a excellent steak, this is the place to go. It's affordable and a great place to take the whole family.

I usually go there at lunchtime for their wonderful salad bar but I have been on a restricted calorie diet and eating very little meat. Today for the same price as the salad bar, you could have a prime rib sandwich and either fries, soup or one plate of salad. I ordered this and was so pleased. The bun was buttered and toasted perfectly, the meat was quite lean and cooked just right. I had a heaped plate of salad, including pickled beets and herring. Delicious! I only have 259 calories left for supper but it was totally worth it! Good service too.

We had my son's 3rd birthday party here! They were able to accommodate all of us, about 35 people- 10 kids! The pizzas are amazing, and the service was even better! It was so nice to have it there in the bowling alley, where the kids could burn off some energy! Thank you Tower Junction!!!

This is the second time in a week I've been to tower junction. I will talk about both experiences. First, I went on Saturday about 1PM. It was self-seating and there were plenty of employees working and lots of seats ooen. The service was not lacking in any way. My wife and I, trying to eat something real that day, we're surprised at how good the steaks were. Between us we had the 12oz ribeye and a baked potato, a 10oz sirloin with cheesy hash browns, salad and soup bar for each, and water to drink. The bill was $35. This steak could have gone up against some of the better steak places in Madison. Second, because of our great Saturday experience, we drove the 35 minutes back and tried out the Friday night buffet last night. As expected, at 6 20 p.m., it was full. We were fourth on the waiting list and got in in 10 minutes. There was a little game room we spend some time in to. We were all quite satisfied with the food offerings, including boiled shrimp, popcorn shrimp, fried sardines, fried cod, chicken tenders, baked cod, fried Buffalo chicken bites, barbecue meatballs, barbecue ribs, tater tots, onion rings, cheesy hash browns, pasta, salad bar, two soups on a soup bar, a variety of desserts and bread options. If I had to choose one thing I did not like, it was that the beef roast was a little dry, but I don't normally eat beef roast anyway. And it really is $12/person. Combine that with $2 1919 root beer on tap, and it's a reasonable and satisfying meal out with your family. My wife even had a glass of wine for only $3.50. We definitely will be back. Also, open bowling Friday night all day Saturday is $2 a line, $1 for shoes.

The five star rating is based on value. For the price, the food and service are absolutely 5 stars. It wasn't the best steak dinner I've ever had, but it was the best steak dinner I've ever had for $14. Let's not forget the delicious cowboy potatoes and unlimited soup and salad bar. $14. And it was good. Nuf said.

I liked the pulled pork sandwich. Only thing it seemed like a long time to get waitresses attention and another ten minutes to get the sandwich after ordering. Seemed to be an older crowd there socializing during their lunch meal. Large bar area there so imagine dinner time could get busy.

I grew up going here. To this day I crave their food when I go without for a long period of time. Friday fish buffet is awesome. Pizza is the best bar pizza around. Prime rib is one of the better selections you can get around here without paying an arm and a leg. Great over all place. Always busy, so call ahead or plan to stand, especially on buffet night or other nights of the week with specials. If you haven't been, you have to go. Great little place for the community.
