I came here a couple times when I was a kid for birthday parties. Didn't have a great experience when I went recently. I don't think I will go to this bowling ally again any time soon. I prefer GRC over this one any day. Maybe the staff were just having a bad day. I understand that, everyone has a bad day once in a while but it still was uncalled for.

Overly priced and cheaply made......Orders 2 philly cheese steaks. One with peppers and onions on the side along with double meat. The other just regular. Completely awful. Both had no meat and came with everything on side. Dont recommend the phillys....

This bowling alley has progressively become better over the years. It's a good place to take family and friends for an evening activity or join a league if you are looking for something more constant. They have an excellent bar and restaurant connected, the alley is clean and has plenty of lanes. Possibly the best bowling alley in the area.

Very helpful and friendly, I used to go to GRC in kenosha and they were always rude so its a breath of fresh air coming here. The lanes didnt mess up at all which was another huge problem at GRC. When we asked for bumpers for our child they came over right away. The food from the bar/restaurant inside of the lanes was phenomenal and not too pricey. Over all my family had a great time.

Outdated and dirty, not the friendliest. I wouldn't take my kids there on a weekend evening because of the bar, but the rest of the time would be alright.

My kids have a blast bowling here and it's a sure hit for birthday parties too. They get Chili Dogs and Italian Beef from Tommy's Chicago Dogs, my wife and I order a perfectly grilled steak and Classic Fish Fry from Angry Brothers Pub, then they bring it right to you at your lane. Good food and fun times! Also, I really like how they remodeled the place too, you can tell they are invested into this bowling alley.

Great family fun. Sundays after 5pm family fun bowling is $39.99, included : two hours of bowling and shoes for up to six people, a large pizza, and pitcher of soda. The staff us friendly and the bartender on the bowling side is warm and thoughtful. The owners always make my kids feel special. We love to spend a couple of hours at the lanes on 20 bowling, laughing, and enjoying each other without tablets or smartphones. A wonderful device free evening at a good price makes the Lanes on 20 a perfect family enternianment destination.

I took my 8 year old for some famiky fun at cosmic bowling. As soon as we walked in the first employee said he didnt want us to bowl je was hoping to take an easy for the night. We laughed it off and started playing. Our lane kept skipping our 2nd turns. This happened like 4 times. Than all of our balls got stuck in the back and we spent about 15 or 20 minutes waiting to play. The employee came out looking down our lane and we asked what was going on and he just ignored us and walked away. 5 minutes later they come out and say they are moving us to another lane. We move all our food and drinks and balls to the other end and that lane started to freeze and my sons ball kept getting stuck. They gave us a little extra time for the trouble which wouldnt of been a 2 star rating if staff was more attentive or had better customer service skills or even pretended they liked their job. Usually this place is great but lately it seems to be more careless. Im pretty disappointed and so was my 8 year old. =/

Hell I don't know, was there for a work holiday party. The place seems ok, I'm not much of a bowler. Can't really comment much on the bowling, place seems somewhat outdated.

The benefit we went for was a great time but the lanes, balls and mechanics of the alley weren't. Definitely needs some work. Most of our "Strikes" were actually only 7 to 9 pins down. They kid ramps were in terrible shape too. Didnt try any food from the restaurant but it smelled amazing!!

I will never go back to this place again. The gentleman at the counter was so rude. Its advertised online for moonlight bowling from 10pm-1am for $10, he told us it was only for 2 hours. If it were anywhere else they would have to honor what was advertised because my I came from Illinois. We also called before we went to make sure. He also wouldnt allow us to get an extra lane because they expected to be busy. Another lie, there were only a few lanes total being used. You need to get new customer service before I walk back in there.

36 lanes, great set up on the lanes, lots of room to move and sit. We ate in the restaurant too. Had the Friday fish fry with tater tots. Nice thick, meaty, beer batter cod and delicious coleslaw. They also have a large selection of beers.

Very rude old man in wheelchair which I am assuming is the owner but wore no identifying shirt, name tag or anything and assumed I am suppose to know who he is. Brought my daughter to a bday party and tried to distant myself from the party (it's pretty empty here) and sat at a table with my "outside" soda and he kept driving his cart by me shaking his head.... finally he comes up to me and states my "outside" beverage is not permitted inside because I can order food/drink from the restaurant and I am taking business away.... I stated I am not in the restaurant and there are no signs stating no outside soda allowed and am (literally) sitting away from everyone and he rudely stated the entire bowling alley is a restaurant. For the additional hour and a half, he has been driving his cart around me and what I assume is his wife behind the bar area keep pointing and talking smack about me quietly sitting at a table. Not to mention when he screamed, yes screamed, at some kids briskfully (excitingly) walking and once again acted as if people should know who he is. This is the third time we have been invited to this establishment for events and have been met with nothing but rude, unprofessional personnel. Personally, I would not hold an event here nor would I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a family atmosphere.

My all in all a good experience. However, I wouldn't recommend the boody mary's from the alley bar and the pizza was like barely sauced carboard baked with a layer of tasteless cheese. Other than that, comparable prices for bowling and the actual lanes themselves were kept in good shape.

We were in the Angry Brothers portion of the Lanes. The bartenders are cheerful and FAST. We've been here numerous times and have always been pleased. If you sit at a table you won't wait long to be served. The waitress also paid close attention to when our drinks were getting low. The food is good...although I thought it was better with their previous cook Chester. Friday night karaoke with Lisa is a hoot! They've made beautiful improvements to the entire bowling alley. They have great family discount packages for bowling. Now, if they'd only fix that horrible parking lot that has been a disaster since it was Paradise West.
