I was at this establishment tonight with two friends. We voiced our concerns with staff about a person throwing his ball in the air down the lane, but fell on deaf ears. In there rules it state we are here to serve you report if a player is interfering with you safe fun. For all players safety please conduct your self appropriately. We didn't even finish our games we paid for and got a full refund for the games we didn't finish. Needless to say, we will not be returning, and I will not be using their pro shop to purchase my pink glow bowling ball.

I was at their banquet room for an event. There were about a hundred people and they handled the crowd well. We had to change the date and they were very flexible in making the change. The room was clean, with newly painted walls. The sound system was ok, but adequate for our purposes. The cash bar was good and the pours were generous, the way Wisconsinites like it. The meal was a buffet prepared by an outside caterer, but one they typically use. The broasted chicken and ham were great and the side dishes were ok to good. We certainly would consider using Lakeshore Lanes again.

Came to bowl with another couple, our first impression when we got to the counter was that the staff were rude and uninterested in their customers. We got drinks and food and we had the same results. We had a few issues with our lane so our bowling got cut short and we couldn’t finish our game. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

Nice bowling alley, most of the staff is nice but some seem a bit flighty, not attentive when you are waiting at the bar for over 20 mins especially when it's not even busy. One of the older gentlemen is awesome great personality!

Friends where kicked out for being “ to slow” the establishment had not told them league started at 6 until it was 5:30 as if they expected the group to know that. They where not given a full refund, I Recomend you take you’re business to maple lanes better environment and a management staff with more than half a brain .

Although we had one unpleasant experience when dealing with 2 guys misusing the lanes, it was dealt with later on. I did return to the bowling alley to bowl with open door drop in center event. I enjoyed it immensely, and was glad to see that new day also uses it. I partook in the christmas party held here by sunny ridge. They did a great job serving our staff. I ordered a glow ball for moonglo bowling and so did my girlfriend. The owner was very kind and accomadating. I hear tell hes own the place for all the years its been around. I can see why he has, the place has alot to offer and is clean and welcoming. It is a nice bowling alley eith a good menu too, as i like to order the burgers sometimes. I look forward to bowling with my new moonglo ball.

As far as their wedding services go if you're thinking about having your wedding here because it's a smaller more relaxed group skip this place and keep looking. First of all you have use there caterer the food was clearly out of a GFS can or something like that. The bride had told them that there was going to be 150 people. They ended up running out of food. First the event manager told the groom that people were taking too much food at a buffett then after that fooled no one she insisted that the bride told her the wrong number of people. Even though she had set up 150 chairs. So more lies. Most of the staff had never done a wedding before. Very nice kids but they were just that, kids. Very disorganized. Bartender did great. The event manager kept trying to take the DJs mic to make annoucments rather than just letting the DJ do her job and make them. The event manager was very rude and made the dinner service more unpleasant.

Went to go bowl with my fiance and our two friends and we waited and waited and no one acknowledged us. One of the workers saw us and blatantly ignored us. Very unprofessional. He was standing at the counter not doing anything and could have easily helped us. I guess we'll just have to make the trip to Odyssey for now on.

Horrible! They do not care about you if you aren't in a league. If you get there close to a league time they will not tell you until after you have already paid. Then if "YOU" TAKE TOO LONG, aka talk to much with your friends, they will kick you out. But at least we get our money back right? Of course not, the shoes all of a sudden cost more than you thought. Thanks for making "Me" feel stupid for coming there.

So we had a party with about 40 planned for over a month. We got kicked out because we took to long. We paid for 2 games and only were allowed to play one. We got kicked out because they needed to make room for the league. They said it was our fault, we should have spread out more, we should have gone faster. I'm sorry i spent money at your bar getting a drink and nachos. Don't worry, i will never be back. Sheboygan has another wonderful bowling alley called Maple Lanes. I highly recommend that place over the crappy service of lakeshore lanes. They didn't even refund our full money for the game we never played. We were never told we had a time limit. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!

Went in to bowl with friends. Saw an open lane at the end of stretch and waited to ask about it/pay and get shoes. The man working the counter (younger, long blonde hair) eyed our group up multiple times and refused to even acknowledge we were there. Rude, unpleasant, and I expect more from the only bowling alley in town. Customer service is so important, and I’m beyond offended by the lack thereof.

It's a bowling alley and is pretty much what you expect from one, with a bit more care and upkeep than others. Great atmosphere with a large game room and bar area for the adults.

Drunk owner came by us to tell us our 4 year old crossed the foul line ( by about 6 inches).. We understood,but he kept jabbering on about it. It was really off putting . On a good note prices are fair and the pizza was good.

The bowling is good but the bar is shady. Watch out, they mistakenly closed our tab out "and accidentally" added a tip... When we went to close our tab, they had to dig through their receipts to find ours, which was closed out with a tip added, no signature required. I have worked in bars before and never heard of anything like this. Then, she had the nerve to call call me a cheap b**stard. I will not be going back and if you do, you should watch your money. Oh yeah, and they decided to add a $ 4.00 tip on a $9.00 tab. They clearly think very highly of themselves for ripping people off
