I live here and I’ve been to this place there arcade machines are rigged in their car machine is horrible only game you can when is the road trip one the one where you stack the blocks glitches out in his lights are malfunctioning

The lanes and equipment were fine for a town the size of Lake Geneva--3 stars for all that. 5 stars for the french fries and the great service--the shoe guy was really great (and patient!) with our kids.

Beyond terrible service at the bar. The bartender seemed super annoyed that we even showed up to the place. She was very rude and obviously didn't care about her job. I've been coming here since I was a kid for the dollar bowling, but if I can't even ask for some change to play pool without getting an attitude I really don't see the point of coming to this place. There's dollar bowling in Delavan if you live in the area. Pretty disappointed.

Lake Geneva Lanes is a staple to Lake Geneva. It's long standing great service and entertainment can't be beat. They provide shoes and balls that can accommodate the youngest or oldest bowler. Need a ball that doesn't weigh much? Visit the desk, they'll hook you up. Arcade room, leagues and walk-in bowling are available. Highly suggested to call ahead and check wait times on the weekends.

New Years Eve Bowling. 2 hours of bowling, a small 1 topping pizza, pitcher of beer for $30.00 a lane. Played great music. Lots of fun. Could be our new go to for New Years. Had a blast.

Lanes were nice but balls were the worst I have ever seen. Lots of dents or more like gouges! Beers were cold! Staff friendly and parking easy. Place was dead when we went so would love to see more specials ran. Thursday is their deal day so go then. They have food but didn't try it.

Nice modern bowling lanes. I was impressed with the scoring display, and the "bumper" rail system. We bowl casually as a family activity. The system here can automatically raise and lower the bumper rails as set for each player, so they can be up for the kids and down when the adults bowl. Sunday's are dollar bowling and the whole family can go for a very reasonable price.

This place needs NO STARS. Lazy worker don't want to work just want to sit on there ass. Made it there@ 935 they said they close@10 website say 11pm door says 12am. My family was very disappointed. Funny thing was we still had 25 mins they could have at least let us bowl 1 game.

The "regular" patrons are LOUD and CONFRONTATIONAL!!! We were in the bar area and HAD to confront a "regular" around 6pm about being loud and disrespectful. The response was not good! These "regulars" should not be allowed in there! The worst part is the staff didn't do anything about it...in fact they thought it was funny! SPENDING TIME OR MONEY HERE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WORTH IT!!!!

They advertise 1 dollar bowling from 10am-2pm and it’s posted on website and on counter and they said there not doing dollar game because it’s New Year’s Eve and they figure they can rip customers off. If they had negative stars I would. I’ve been there 2 times and both times SUCKED. They need new owners who care

Another bowling alley called our cub scout troop (5 year olds) at 0930 to let us know they could no longer accommodate our group that night (that was planned for weeks). Lake Geneva Lanes welcomed our group and provided great service, making it a wonderful family event.

Unfortunately we came in the day after Thanksgiving. After giving plenty of thanks for food and family, it seems many families were also interested in bowling. 2 lanes were empty, all others were full. The Lake Geneva Lanes had no one at the counter, or possibly 1 lady handling both food delivery from the bar and handing out shoes/bowling tickets. After waiting 10 minutes, someone said they would be there soon. Another much larger set of families came by, and we waited another 5 minutes. They asked if we spoke to anyone yet. We have kids so at this point I felt it was best to not spend more time waiting. Possibly management wanted to stay open, but did not staff it with enough help. I'm sure the Lanes are great, we didn't get to use them on this day. We'll possibly try another day. Shoes are $1, games are $1. For about 20-30 minutes of fun at less than $10 the economics on super busy days just does not work out. I usually post positive reviews, but this one did not turn out well.

Ball kept getting stuck inside the lane, when asking the workers to help they had me switch lanes and never even turned it on. Price wasn't the greatest and my family left the establishment unsatisfied. Do not recommend.

Kind of an old-school lanes, but with modern computerized scoring equipment. We were there during a slow time and enjoyed picking up a couple of games which things were quiet. Clean and nicely kept.

I've been here a lot it's cash only or at least used to be depending how far into the future you're reading this. They have cosmic bowling which is fun and a game room with a few things and a pool table. Depending on the day it can be packed with a wait even outside of league night.
