We visit the bowling alley about once a year. Every time we come it is with a large group of family with about 12 kids under the age of 10. The employees are very helpful and accommodating for a large group, especially one with so many young children. The lanes have bumpers, if need be. The young kids loved being able to knock down the pins! They also have a ramp that allows the ball to roll down it and all you have to do is aim the ramp at the pins. Some of our younger kids LOVED the ramp as they were too young to roll the ball. Great staff. Great fun. Highly recommend! If you have a large group call ahead!

Had a fun time a few weeks ago here with my family. The guy who helped us with our shoe and lane rental however was somewhat rude and not friendly. We played another 2 games after our first 2, and he didn't seemed pleased for some reason that we were playing more and it was only 9pm on a Saturday. Also thought it was pretty cheap that you don't get free refills on soda like anywhere else. Nice bowling alley however and the lanes are well upkept.

Visited for my friend’s kids birthday party and the staff was very friendly and helpful for a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The staff was very accommodating and assisted the little ones while they tied to bowl. I thought they might have been a bit irritated but not at all! Had a great time.

Awesome place for your entertainmental needs! There's open bowling and league bowling, moonglow bowling, a game room, bar with bar games, a hall for any rental needs! The staff and atmosphere are always friendly, inviting, and fun ... There's fun for all ages!

Came in on a Saturday morning for the scheduled open bowling... I was with my two young boys, two and four years old. They were shockingly rude to me and my family... Open bowl was scheduled to last for another hour, and in so many words told me they didn't want my family to bowl there. I think they saw my young boys and figured we would take longer than an hour to bowl one game... They were so completely rude and both of my boys were then in tears. I was honestly shocked at how mean the woman behind the counter was. There are many other bowling alleys in the area, so there is absolutely no need that you should have to tolerate such poor service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Lady was very rude to my son and never offered the special the day we went. Found out during our first game of the special Could have saved money but was never offered it. Food was not very good. Well never go there again.

The lanes are a little more slick than I like, but the staff is pretty nice, the pizza is fast to get, and they air the games that people actually care about on the T.V.'s. It could use a remodel in the next couple years as it hasn't been updated since I was much younger than I am now. I would still recommend for anyone looking to do something on a slow night!

We go here all the time, because the bars in Hartford are AWFUL. We just like to play pool....in a friendly environment. Kettle Moraine Bowl is a great place- just hope it doesn't go under......the new owners aren't doing anything to get new business & many days it sits with one customer coming in.
