Nice enviance. I go here all the time and that is probably their best quality. Unless you go during happy hour, food and drinks are overpriced for the neighborhood. I love the lanes here, professional grade. But be prepared to pay upwards of $5/game and $4/shoes. My friend and I paid $40 to play 3 games and were done in an hour. Felt robbed.. didn't even buy a drink either because they're $5. Idk maybe I'm cheap, but they seem to make a lot of money, maybe they waste it all on their arcade? Idk

Most front desk employees have no idea how to answer your question without calling somebody over. Which is totally fine! They just need a better reaction and response to the customer...and ask for the help when needed! (Responses r crazy sometimes-but im there w/the family, its not that serious4me) It's annoying tho when the bowling lane has had some kind of a malfunction and wipes out ur spare opportunity, or just gives and auto strike or gutter. Happening multiple times just makes it impossible to have an accurate score. Also, bartenders can be rude! I continue to be polite but am just appalled with their attitude! Employees are expected to do their job. Why would I want to tip a service who seems annoyed to take my order?! (Owner response is very much an "automated" response or just B.S. Because this review I made is very detailed in activities we took part in and the problem areas we experienced)

My sons 9th birthday party was a success thanks to these guys! They were very helpful at all times. The food and adult beverages were also great! I ordered hot wings and definitely got my money's worth! We will be going back soon!

Cool place lots of different cool people. Some staff can be more friendly some are So Amazing and genuinely friendly. Just if you work thier try to contribute to the atmosphere. It's alright to be low key but at least smile and say hi once in a while. The people who are friendly make your time there so much better and makes you feel like you are valued as a person. More diverse drink specials please;) keep up the amazing place god bless.

They shut down out lane 10 minutes before close with half a frame left. Couldn't be bothered to let us finish out while several other lanes were still going. 6/10 why bother.

Came here for "Parents Night Out" on a Wednesday evening. Had a great time! Mackenzie at the front desk super sweet and helpful as this was our first time here! We took advantage of the Wednesday daily deal which was $0.75 wings and $6 for 2 games plus shoe rental. We also signed up for their email club and saved an additional $5! We upgraded to the "suite" which was almost like a "glow in the dark" experience which was really cool! The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because the female bartender for the evening was a bit rude and seemed annoyed as we were placing our order. As a bartender myself, I get it, I've had bad days/nights too but I NEVER let me guests see that. There was a group of 4 of us and we ordered at the bar and she just assumed we were all paying together. Once we mentioned that the bill would be separate she gave this look as if she was super annoyed, not cool! She could've easily asked us if we were all together or separate before she rang up the transaction! The female manager was really nice and sweet, she really made us feel welcomed! We will be back and hopefully the bartender can at least pretend to be not annoyed. We ordered drinks, pizza, wings (needed more dry rub seasoning), fried oreos and a skillet cookie! The food options were good! Overall a great time in a fun environment!

We had so much fun taking the kids here. I remember comming here when I was younger about ten years ago. They have vastly improved. The price is definitely great. The employees here are extremely patient with younger children. The arcade was awesome. Definitely recommend for a family outting.

My group had an awesome time last night. The prices were great and the shoes weren't bad either! It was my 7 yr old nephews first time bowling and he had a blast! From the moment we walked in the young ladies at the front desk were very nice, upbeat and fast. Got us all shoes and set up in a flash! There were plenty of balls to choose from, the music was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. You could definitely tell everyone was having a great time.

Lanes, shoes and balls were neat and clean. We had called ahead and the guy on the phone was super nice and explained lots of options to host our party. Team Building Event turned out perfectly. Came here for a Bachelor party of 12 and had a fantastic time. Definitely one of the nicest bowling allies I've ever been to. Leather couches, beautiful bar, legit arcade, and quality bowling lanes. This place has sensors for if you cross over the line onto the bowling lane you'll get a foul. I never knew that was a thing but this place has it! Kinda cool. We got 3 pizzas which were all amazing and were received in a timely manner. I highly recommend JB's on 41!!!

Because I’m always in a big group, they have a cool special where you can rent a lane (up to 6 people) for an hour and it comes with a pizza and $20 arcade card. It’s a fun time for everyone. Only thing is that the lanes freeze up or need to be reset way too often during a game

We came here for my son's 5th birthday party. We reserved two lanes on the Suite 41 side, and it was great! We had a fantastic time. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and had great attitudes. And we even got bowling pins for the kids to take home as a party favor. Everyone had fun in the arcade after bowling was done. The pizzas we had were delicious, and we were able to bring in our own cake. It was awesome and we will definitely be back!

Was a great place beautiful inside kind of old fashion on the outside and some of the people in there was kind of racist and i dont judge people but that's a place where they need to understand respect for the consumer no matter the skin color and i love bowling so for them to treat us like that i still remember when that place was called olympic lanes and i was about ten or twelve so think about how much i really loved y'all lanes but now i see how life is still at that point of racism thanks anyway I'll go elsewhere for now on God bless JB's on 41 may they always grow as a family!!!!! Haven't been to a bowling establishment for years but this was one of the nicest and comfortable ones I remember. Padded seats buy alleys and large video screens for sports on one third of the lanes.

This place was packed on a Saturday night. Instead of bowling by # of games the price packages were best to bowl for an hour - with kids that meant we were cut off before we finished, I was having the best game (score) of my life but I'll never know what the 10th could have been. I'll never bowl by time again, personal lesson learned! The arcade was fun with newer games that rewarded electronic tickets exchangeable for baubles. Pizza was on par and beer was cold. 2 hours of entertainment/food/beer for six people for only $90 jumped this from a 4 to 5 star for it's great value.

Paid for an hour of bowling and our balls kept getting stuck and not returning. (no less than 5 times) When called for service they would come over in a good amount of time to fix the problem however they don't stop your 1 hour timer while they fix the problem. We probably lost 15 minutes of bowling time due to the problem.

I was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this bowling alley. JB's on 41 is the old Olympic Lanes. Typically, I choose AMF Classic Lanes when wanting to bowl....but decided on something different. JB's on 41 is an upbeat bowling alley. The place is smaller which provides an intimate and very cozy atmosphere making it enjoyable for the bowlers. This is not just a bowling alley! Here, you find a happening bar featuring slot machines, pool tables, karaoke, and live music nights. If those two aren't alluring enough, you can test your gaming skills in the large arcade featuring a variety vast variety of games for all ages. And to top all of that off, the prices are unbelievably low! My husband and I bowled 2 games and rented shoes for only $12.97. I pay nearly that amount for one person to bowl 2 games and rent shoes anywhere else. I will definitely be returning, many more times, to JB's on 41.

Always love coming to this bowling alley. It's well kept, nice vibe, and we always have a great time. Only minor thing is you can't bring a cake unless you give them money for one of their expensive party plans.

Worst bowling experience I've ever had! SLOW bowling, lanes shutting down needing assistance constantly throughout our timed hour bowling. Much more expensive than other places in the area. To top off our night, someone threw garbage on our handicapped car in their parking lot while we were bowling. Bad crowd of people and will discourage anyone else from going here. 1 STAR

One hour of bowling for 2 people 20 bucks great deal and it was a group of 4 with a kid. Also got arcade cards with ten bucks on it. Honestly my kids enjoyed there games way better than janky ass chuck e cheese

We had a company party here a few weeks back. First time I was there, great place! Environment was fresh and clean. Nice layout and plenty of room when bowling. Also we ordered some snacks and pizza, great food. Much better than I would have expected from a bowling alley. I would go back just to have dinner. If you haven't been here, check it out.

What a wonderful place! The staffs are kind and friendly. The lanes are in a pretty good shape, although the pines come in different colors aside from the orginal color. By different colors, I mean some of the pines in our lane were high light yellow. The food were pretty good and at a decent price as well. Overall, the experience was good. It isn't a very busy place either, plus they have a wonderful arcade section. Would come back again.

What a fun bowling center! A huge step up from the cold, almost sterile atmospheres of bowling centers of the past. You can watch sports on TV's right on the lanes. Comfy couches vs. the old plastic seats. And finding the right fitting bowling balls has been made easy.

Love it. Great friendly place. My daughter has autism and she really enjoyed herself and they gave a nice arcade area and food service. Its very accessible on the bus line. We stayed for 3 hours and my little girl.usually on lasts about an hour for any outing. Bowling at JB's was the best time we ever had she wanted to stay all day. All she talks about is going back.
