Ok El-Ra bowl your food is good. Typical bar food. Your little short employee with glasses older guy, disrespectful, terrible with communication skills. You mistreat everyone. I see it all the time when I go here, must be really low on $ because I seen people who came there for a birthday get treated like garbage. IDK I'll rather go to Riversedge from now on, El-Ra seriously is just unprofessional

This is cheap and very fun but the customer service was poor. 3 different employees had attitudes. One of our bowlers ordered food and when it came, the man asked her if it was hers, she said yes then yanked it away from her, said something rude then gave it to the next lane over.

Duncan is the best employee of this center and they have new lanes and new scoring with automatic bumpers and spark bowling and they are the only one in the world to have it the center is always clean lanes are always freshly oiled

We went here for a family fun night. It's a relatively well-maintained facility, minus the arcade area. For those that aren't going to be bowling, there's really nothing to do but sit and watch. The food service was fast and the food was pretty good.

Friday night Glow bowl was very fun. The service on the other hand is why i only gave one star. The bartender ignored us for almost 20 minutes with the exception of walking over and handing us a menu about ten minutes in. Hardly said a word to us ( a group of about 20 people) even when getting our orders. All around felt like we were a hastle and a waste of her time. The gentlemen working were better, but seemed like when you would ask them a question they would respond like you were an idiot. They might want to look into some guest relation training as they are in the customer service industry.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a birthday party venue. My disappointment with my experience was due to the lack of honoring the information provided on their website for birthday parties. I called to reserve for a party of 40 guests for my daughter's birthday party, prepaid for $320, and was provided the complete opposite of what was supposed to be included in the party package. I called 2 days prior to my party date to confirm I heard correctly. I spoke with a man named Chris who informed me that we needed to keep the floors clean, we couldn't bring any food except for cake (supposed to be included), we needed to provide our own cutlery and since "glow bowling starts at 7, you need to be out by 7". We had booked from 5-7pm. Confused, I hung up the phone with no further questions thinking everything will be worked out the day of the party. I was DEAD WRONG! Getting there, I ordered the pizzas and asked what sodas were included with the package, so I could get them out for my guests. I was told they weren't included (yet stated on the website they were). I was addressed by a man named Tim to tell me that birthday packages weren't provided during glow bowl hours. Great! I booked from 5-7pm! Only at that moment was I told that glow bowling started at 5pm on Saturdays. So nothing in my prepayment of $320 was included with the birthday package I was expecting to receive. Chris was then brought in to answer my concerns. He wasn't any help. Just repeated what I had been explained by Tim but in a more insulting manner. My tab at the end of the night was $95. I paid $415 to reserve a birthday party that didn't include anything listed on the website, except the 2 hours of bowling (which we had to sacrifice 30 minutes for present opening since we HAD to be out by 7) and poor customer service skills. I will not be attending this poor excuse of an establishment again.

We went in the off hours for a game of bowling with our family of 4 small kids. We were greeted immediately and the staff was very polite. We had the place to ourselves the entire time. I remember way back when El-Ra used to be very dirty and of the 3 Janesville bowling alleys, would've been the least likely one I would go to. Pleased to say it has come a long way and is very clean and well maintained. We ordered pizza and a burger as well while we were there and our food was fast and very good. Would definitely recommend this bowling alley and we will be back for sure

This is a pleasant bowling alley. It was clean and well cared for. The service was cheerful and quick to respond. The food was tasty. And the computer system was easy to use with cute little animations to celebrate or mock your scores.

the workers are honestly racist . the food is good and all, but the workers really need to work on smiling and attending . you can't come here all happy because they right away give you the bad vibes . and when i first came they were taking forever to attend us . Im Hispanic and even when we're here first, they attend white people first .
