Terrible experience. When needing assistance with the lane because balls or pins kept getting stuck the employee assigned to take care of lanes was too busy playing pool with his friends. Also even though it was a nonsmoking facility the lady behind the counter was smoking. For a “family friendly” place it wasn’t. Seemed more like a bar. I just wanted to take my kids bowling.

Nicely renovated. Burgers looked really good, but I didn't get around to trying one. Good menu selection. Bathrooms are nicely updated. Most arcade games are only 25¢ to 75¢ to play. Nice jukebox. Lanes are nicely done with touchscreen scoring system. Staff quickly cleaned and sanitized tables as patrons left. No smoking. Nice family outing.

TERRIBLE experience! Lanes kept breaking down and when I suggested to move us to another lane, me and my son overheard the owner call me an a$$hole! I was never angry or called her any names and when I was discussing this with my son, they tried to deny what they said. Eventually, after I decided to quit bowling, they sent part of us to another lane and seperated our family. Will never go again.

When they did a facelift to the building they needed to up date the lanes themselves... Had to change lanes 3 times last time we were there do to faulty equipment..

They've come a long way in the last year or 2 but still a little behind... they have automatic scorers now so you dont have to keep your own score anymore which is a plus but we had lots of problems on the two lanes we had with balls not returning or the pins not resetting.

I went here with two friends. We asked the woman at the front for shoes and she told us that a man would be right up to help us. We waited around for at least fifteen minutes (the place wasn’t empty but it wasn’t extremely busy) with no service. Nobody showed up to help us and we ended up leaving.
