As you can see the average score it has is good, and it's based on a very high number of reviews, so we may say that the valuation is very accurate. If people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write opinions when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

Laid back and fun
I'm a frequent Riverside lanes customer and I decided to visit you guys tonight, I was highly dissatisfied with how the bowling alley is, the music wasn't the best. The lanes need to be updated, our original lane kept breaking down, so we couldn't bowl for 20 minutes. And the lady at the front counter didn't really care about what happened tonight. She was on her phone more times that I can count. If you guys want to get more customers update the place.
Great fun
Normal bowling ally. My biggest issue with this place was one of the workers; I went to the food counter to order a drink and there was an old man in the back of the kitchen making himself a sandwich and eating it purosefuly ignoring me. This was a bad first experience and it ruined the time I was there, I will not be coming back.
It was very quiet when we visited. Got on a lane right away. The staff was SUPER friendly! Lanes are well maintained. Very easy to use scoring system.
Strawberry Lanes is a classic old bowling alley, it could definitely use an update. The food is okay, beer is cold, service at the front counter is not the best. A lot of the balls are chipped and pitted making them roll inaccurately. The price has gone up considerably since we first started coming, yet none of the other services have become better. It is good in a pinch but for the money and quality I would recommend going to another alley.
Old and run down. Could use a makeover. Cheaper than most alleys around.
Large woman on the front desk is very very rude. Was looked at like I was a criminal when I asked for an open lane on a Saturday! Would find somewhere else to bowl for sure.
Nice alley and atmosphere. Well maintained and has all the features for any skill level. Does have older equipment and could use an update
Friendly service at good prices. A favorite for the locals!
Tried calling for a reservation for a birthday party and the lady was completely rude. Will not be going here ever again
Very fun time and an old school theme
My 4 year old had a blast
Expensive
They offer military discount and they bring food you order straight to your lane.
Fun and clean
It's Good in all with bowling but there vending machine is horrible it include taxes
Travis said it was 4.25 we called 4 hung up both times
Nice lanes and good chili cheese fries
Get my life to be Barbara Welcome
It was a blast and kid friendly
Fun place
The lady at the counter with long black curly hair, darker complexion, mid 30s has horrible customer service skills and is extremely rude to every customer who comes to the counter and treats customers as if they just offended her or ruined her day by asking the most simple of questions which are usually met with a offensive blank stare and a unexplained "nooo" with the look of "get out of my face your wasting my time". I don't understand how someone so rude to every customer and with the worst customers service skills I personally have ever seen still has a job. I wouldn't recommend someone going there if she's working but the rest of the alley is good and the lanes are nice and the rest of the employees are friendly. It would be better if they took reservations over the phone. Overall good place but counter lady is a cun+
Called to get our names on the list and the woman we spoke to did not say they don't put people on the list over the phone. Got there at the time we said we would and we weren't on the list. The employees were rude about it and said they do not put names on the list over the phone. Probably won't be returning to this place.
This place is truly awful. The balls are greasy and the management is truly awful. They won't cooroperate with you in any sort of way whatsoever. Don't waste your money at this establishment.
Good time put a team together and check into game night
This place is old and dingy and everything looks like it needs an update. They need to accommodate a new bowling ramp because the ramp is unstable and shaky. It made the ball very inaccurate.
Fun place, cool atmosphere
They have lot's of balls to finger
George at the front desk is very helpful, it kind of has an older feel to a community of bowling
Im not a league bowler but understand businesses must make a base revenue on regular business meaning league bowling so I dont get the complaints about it being busy a couple nights a week for that. We go bowling at least twice to three times weekly and it feels very much like being in a country town. Everyone is friendly, good choice of ball weights. They just ordered new shoes and its cheap fun for us. We are very average bowlers which makes competition with our children very enjoyable. A+ for effort. A solid local family business which we will continue to support. There are so few family entertainment options around these days. And they serve alcohol which can only improve my game.
Great place to bowl. The environment is always a lot of fun.
Bring noise canceling headphones to protect your ears. The older sound system and speakers pump out a ton of treble which can be irritating. The score keeping software is also a bit dated and basic compared to the newer bowling alleys. For example when you get a strike no special graphics to celebrate with you :( On a positive note the food service was very good!
Every time we come here it's always easy and quick to get a lane. I always bring my little boy with me and he has a great time!
How can you not love the atmosphere of a bowling alley?
It's good for the low prices. All the equipment and furnishings could use an update, but everything seemed to be functioning well.
Monday night Double Ms league bowling is always a fun time.
Lanes are constantly in need of repair...pin machines are always dropping pins which is a pain in the but when bowling
Lane conditions are terrible and getting worse each week. Machine maintenance is poor at best. If there was another option in Marysville Strawberry lanes would be doomed.
Like to bowl its there
An older bowling alley without all the bells and whistles (and added cost) of the newer alleys. We we're able to get a lane on a Saturday afternoon right away, which was amazing!
Great place had fun
I hate to give this place a 2 out of 5. I used to come here all the time when I was younger and had alot of fun. But lately when ever I go the staff is always unpleasant and has a huge attitude. Quiet a few of the balls are chipped. It's sad to say but the only saving grace here is that the food ain't half bad.
The lady at the front counter is terrible at customer service. I walked up and asked her if they had open lanes. She responded with a very unfriendly "No". Then just looked at me. I asked her when they might have one and she said "just wait ok". My simple questions were the most inconvenient thing to happen to her all day apparently. I've called a few times and came to realize I didn't catch her on an off day, she just has a horrible attitude all the time.
I can relate to alot of other reviews about the women, yes two big women, behind the main counter and one behind food counter. VERY RUDE AND NO CUST SERVICE SKILLS, HORRIBLE FOOD. And the balls are chipped pitted and probably dont roll accurately
Not coming here ever again unless with a child. When you suck at bowling and you don't like to lose, it really takes away all the fun when they refuse to put up the gutter rails. Left in a totally bad mood and don't plan on coming back anytime soon.
Great place for family time <3
Called one week in advance, Reservation was never took. Called the day of, in the morning to make sure reservation was set. Showed up and didnt have my reservation. Then was informed it was a gambling session. At 830pm and kids obviously couldn't play being a gambling session. This is Marysville for you.
This place is inexpensive, and the atmosphere there is wonderful. The staff is helpful, and service is very quick.
Dated establishment but the employees were very polite and caring to our group.
Great place for family fun and they also have a great na meeting there too one day a week!!
Service was mediocre. Semi clean establishment. Decent for being a rural bowling alley.
Fun place. Family loved it.
Bowled with my grandkids and my sister from Alaska! Helpful staff. Fun was had by all!
Staff was friendly, fellow bowlers were pleasant. Fair pricing. Decent food. Balls were pretty greasy and gross and the bathroom smelled terrible. Maybe a few scented urinal cakes and some whipes for the balls and they would be getting 5 stars.
Fun place older...could use a remodel
Super fun!
Super cheep, great fried food, looks exactly the same as it did 20 years ago. Definitely needs some remodeling done... Half the kids games are out of order. But it was a fun time and it was packed in there on a Sunday night.
Older lanes, but a fun place .could use better ventilation.
Fun, great people that work there, great family activity, you can e even go by yourself and practice. Love going there
Reasonable prices good people
Cute little bowling alley
This bowling alley contains more lanes than Twin City Lanes in Stanwood, Washington. Has more bowling hours than Twin City Lanes.
This was a great spot for a get together. Full bar and food service.
I've come here all my life nice home town feel great people and great prices
Fun place
A simple family fun place.
Small-town Bowling league fun!
Hard to tell what balls are public, and which are private, but maybe it was league night, and that's why so busy, not sure. They have liquor, but you wouldn't know from the menu. It's like, a secret, it seems. Lane seemed alright, though it seemed crowned, like, if you don't run down center, your ball will drastically drift to gutter. Once I found center it was all strikes, though.
Could use updating/remodel but it is still a really cool place to bowl.
Divey but staff was nice. No music or arcade. This place is great if you desire straight up bowling and bowling only. Great for older crowd. Handful of games for kids to play.
I like these lanes. Ball selection is a bit limited and coated in a lot of oil. Shoes are the typical very used bowling shoes. 20 lanes. Bumpers for ages 8 and younger. Seating is okay. Overall I like the bowling alley but it could use a make over. Stuffs a bit dated.
Not enough bowling balls available and the ones that were there were very old and had clips and the ball return had troubles. Only 20 lanes. But when we went on Sunday 1:00 we got a lane . Desk very friendly
Clean, friendly service. Very busy on a Friday.
My boy and I played 3 games...he came close, but I won all three!!
Kids loved it
Decent small town bowling alley. Family owned since mid 1970s. Staff not exactly top notch but typical for a bowling alley I suppose.
Great local and friendly bowling alley
Very fun
Fun place...kids loved it
Fun place to bowl. Been going there for years!
Such a cool old place. I feel lie it's a part of Marysville history. If you live in Marysville, and haven't been. YOU GOT TO GO!
awesome place to take the kids
Amazing home town feel. Very friendly atmosphere. Always a good time i go.
i suck at bowling.
Old school fun...
Its a small dingy place that gets busy and crowded. Food is expensive.
We love this place!! We thank Strawberry Lanes for being part of our community!!
Staff is mean. Food is delicious. Lanes always have malfunctions.
The front desk is very unpleasant to talk to. And they lie about their wait times and the availability of the lanes.
Pizza is not very good here. They wont let you bring in outside food.
Not a lot of lanes but overall good condition equipment and quick service. I didn't try any food but they offered typical bowling alley food. Prices are competitive and they offer various discounts.
6 people 2 hours of fun 39.00.
Family friendly. Good times.
wrong she size tooo expennsize
First the lady that took our orders gave us attitude and smart remarks for every question, then when we got our 10 dollar burger and sandwiches it came with 10 fries on each plate which is not even a full potato. They man in the kitchen gave attitude after asking for more but still gave us a small fry to make up for it. My brother asked the same lady that gave us attitude earlier if they had free refills and instead of simply answering yes or no, she asked him how much he paid for the soda, he answered, then she said “Well there you go” Coming from a former Waiter, this service was unacceptable. The lady with white hair and the man in the kitchen do not seem happy there and should move on to something else or not take it out on customers. The other two employees that were there weren’t to bad which is why I’m giving it 3 stars
A great place to just have a good time. And their fries and tartar sauce are a must.
The lady at the cash register was very rude, when asked if we could have a lane on the end because we had a rather large group and didnt want to bother others, she just said nope in a rude tone.
Child- friendly, special abilities-friendly.
Fun place not too busy good prices
Lanes had an incredibly high friction and the shoes were some of the worst I've had
Always been one of our family favorites...
Bowled 134!
Good good beer garden and great races
Very simple bowling place, cozy and the food is not terrible, I had a great time
Great family experience
The place was extremely messy, chaotic , and not to mention very unorganized. My family and I were kept waiting for nearly an hour. We decided to make the best of the situation munching on nachos , and fries while we were waiting for a lane to open. (Server guy was very nice ) We were added to the waiting list by the cashier woman since the rest of the lanes were supposedly “closed”. We noticed that nearly half of the bowling lanes were shut down and being unused while they were clearly not out of order. When we asked about this they kept saying they were cleaning up the lanes (no one was cleaning at the time ) After waiting for nearly an hour we decided to go home. It’s worth the extra time to go to Everett or Lynnwood.
Unprofessional employees who like about the wait time and don't give straight answers
Just ate there didn't play
Fun place with amazing owners!
Small house to bowl not a good place to bowl either
Family oriented
Fun local alley. Could use some updates but the price is fair
So much family fun.
Very old outdated bowling alley that doesn’t have proper chairs and it even comes with complimentary boogers on the side! They have a young face in the front, taking care of the lanes/shoes and keep the old school judgmental folks in the concessions. Service was slower than a turtle, took me a full 30 minutes just to order. I’m surprised I even got my food, I thought I was going to be rejected by the stuck up old man wearing a “make America great again” hat based on the way I looked
Had fun with Wal-Mart employees bowling
The customer service here is the absolute worst compared to any other alley, or really any other place I’ve been to. Don’t come here unless you want to have people look at you weird or make you feel bad for coming here. Me and my boyfriend hate coming here but it’s the only alley in marysville. Sigh
Awesome place, great place for bowling.
Friendly environment. Usually lanes open
Love it. Great for the whole family
Awesome spot to bowl and have a good time!
Average. Really needs to be updated and more help in the food service area.
Really fun. Wasnt too busy. Lady at concession stand was super duper nice i had lots of fun and this is priced well. Thanks for the good time
Very nice place. Started a league and it is fun. Food is good.
Small and a bit older but ease of use, clean, and friendly.
Decent place, serve beer and food. Kid friendly
Lanes glitches over 10 times in two games, filthy bathroom, good food.
Its always cold inside like a cave .
Pizza was not the best. Bowling was fun.
Bad service and very dirty. :(
Your fairly classic old bowling alley. Food is ok and cheap, beer is cold, and service at the front counter is terrible. But that being said, it's a bowling alley and I don't expect service, but open lanes.
Family owned and run. Just started my 4th bowling league year after never really bowling at all. The people are great, and very helpful.
Went to get a lane and when we asked the server lady was very rude about any questions asked and always had a snarky attitude.
This older and smaller bowling alley is still goin! There's a kitchen that has pizza along with fries and tots along with beer and drinks as well. There's even a small event room that works for partys. The actual alleys are still holding up and there's a digital scoring system. Plenty of parking available.
Always a fun local place to have fun, either on date night or family night! We love the people and more importantly the food.
Fun time for a Sunday night adventure.
Old and the food sucks. Service was good.
Great place to bowl and very accommodating for those with special needs.
Fun times
Good people! Great prices!
Nice place to take the family to bowl a few rounds.
Love bowling and we ALWAYS get a lane
It was fun ig
Good food... Great fun
You can expect a long wait on the weekends, but they have great food, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Felt out of place. A friend and i went in... The only two colored folks in the place... Went to get a labe and some shoes... White male was rude... Wouldnt give us eye contact and brushed off any questions we had pertaining to the place. It was our first time... And our last. We love bowling.
Sadly the place is in poor condition. But most the bowling alley's in the Snohomish County area aren't very nice. On top of that our lane must have messed up on us 10-15 times during our game (5 total players). Awarding strikes when there wasn't, not reading pins that were knocked down or reading pins what weren't. Totally skipping a players frame (but for some reason went back to that frame during the 10th frame). Having to adjust the score at least 4 times. Press the lane reset button at least 6 times. But only actually had to call for service once. Food, burger dip, was actually good. Definitely won't be bowling here with the kids again.
Friendly service good pricing good food
