You must have seen that the average score it has is high, and it is founded on a large number of opinions, so we may say that the rating is very faithful. If people have bothered to give their opinion when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Bowling Alley is classified in the category of Bowling alley.
Five stars for a bowling alley. Not anything fancy, but overall good experience. The food was about what you expect but they had surprisingly good lane side service. Everything was functional. The bathrooms were strange, but I think it’s just because it’s an old building. Nothing I can think of that was negative about the experience.
Small bowling alley. The bowling lane kept losing track of turns, but luckily kids didn't care. The arcade was kinda cool.
Good wings, good food, good deals on bowling on certain days.
#localspot I love their food, good vibes and always usually busy
Excellent experience!! I loved bowling with decent priced beer and wings! Plus tasty Chinese cuisine!!
Been 4 times, really dig how their poker tournaments are run, they do a great job. Great place to play small stakes.
Been going there since i was a kid great place Chinese food is excellent
Great food until 2am. You must try the salt & pepper wings! Hometown bar atmosphere.
Brought the kids I Nanny here on a day off of school. We were there during the day, so it wasn't busy at all. The staff was friendly, but was hard to track down when we had issues with our lanes. They did have a great deal for our bowling because it was a no school day.
Fun cosmic bowling on the weekends. A decent restaurant, suprisingly good pizza, but too long of a wait at the bar.
Love it!
Best Chinese food in West Seattle area hands down.
This is a great place to hang. I will say this first, the French fries are some of the best I've had, and the chicken wings are made from Greek gods on Mount Olympus after a night of sex with multiple goddesses on a bed of garlic and crisp. The beers we're cold and the bowling was great! I will definitely be going back. I would also like to point out that they have the big Smarties if you win enough tokens at the arcade, as well as black jack on the other end if you're feeling froggy.
I use to like bowling, now you step in people's water, beer and soda ... All over the lane sitting area for bowlers.. real sad
Got a Groupon, made a reservation and had fun with my family. Really a friendly place and easy experience. The food prices are too high for what you get...but overall it was a fun family outing.
Good place to rid oneself of stress. Good fries and terrific chicken wings!!
Great food
Love the food, great games, fun place
Good place to take the family for some bowling, especially if you want to let some of the adults wander off and do some adulting fun. With a bar, food and a casino on top of a bowling alley no one is going to get bored. The place is pretty run down and dated but they do a good job of keeping clean. They would really benefit from an facelift. Food is 5 star greasy diner food.
Bowling here is fun and prices are fair. Food is pretty good. Liked our experience.
Not a bad little bowling alley. Clean, nice people working there.
Nice family and friends kinda place. I highly recommend it
Cool place... it has a small casino/card room. It has a sports/dive bar. It has a bowling alley and kids arcade plus a restaurant that serves appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and real good chinese food.
This place has great food great drinks and great fun at the new arcade my son spends hours having a blast well I can order us lunch or dinner and have sometime to discuss business on the phone and online they have a casino as well everyone is very friendly as well as huge parking lotthey're open late and very easy to find with great location next to 24 hour Safeway
Loved it with my family
Roxbury Lanes is awesome! Great resonably priced fun! #localspot
No 'to go' orders after 5pm on weekends. Tanisha was very courteous and prompt!
My son loves the new arcade
Great food and fun nice bartender Sarah
Great costumer service great food!! And great pricing!!
Drunk people standing in the parking lot smoking and cursing, pseudo gambling machines inside, terrible food. If not for my neighbor's kid's birthday, I wouldn't have patronized the establishment.
Great staff and service . Wings were amazing
Very nice poker room. Very professional and friendly staff. I'll be back.
Best wings ever!!
Used to love this place... Seems like the kitchen staff changed and the food has not been the same... Two stars for hopes they get their act together because it has been a very disappointing last couple of trips.
Best chicken wings in town
The food is always so damn good! It's not always the cleanest and the construction is underway but the food is amazing! The chicken fried steak, wings, house special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken is the BOMB!
Good food good people good service
I hang out here a fair amount. Best neighborhood bar there is!
Love this place. So cheap and friendly environment
This is hands down the best bowling lanes in seattle, go on monday 16 dollars untill 10 45
Best wings everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Try them.... You're welcome. Keep your belongings close though. ;)
The food was great bowling alley style food, greasy burgers and tasty wings. The bartenders were great, and alcohol is allowed in the bowling area which is a great plus over other bowling alley I've been to. Kinda limited with their scoring system and some of their equipment to rent was a little past "gently worn" but the prices were cheap so I didn't mind too much! I'll definitely be back :)
The bowling alley was great. The food not so great!
One of the best lanes in Seattle. Don't judge a book by its cover. I've had several of my son's bday here. And they love it.
Very good food for a great price. I had the garlic wings and they were so good. I would definitely recommend this place been going here for years.
Great food great fun!!
Good food
Food was great, drinks were great, service was phenomenal, Camiela was an outstanding server very fast paced and very nice and hardworking, will definetly be coming back.
Fun bowling, but make employee was very rude. Also balls , shoes in very bad condition
Food is surprisingly good game area bowling a full bar and a card room.
Solid bowling alley with a small arcade to keep the kids entertained. They have a great variety of food, their Chinese options are better than you might expect. I love the 70s psychedelic galaxy backdrop on the lanes.
I love the salt n' pepper wings, but never get the dummies when I order. That's the only reason 3 stars. Would be 5 if I got an even mix!
Theyare fun and it's a great place to people watch
New transplant to West Seattle wanted to take the family bowling
Love the salt and pepper wings. Just don't bring the kids--too many unsavory characters
Lovely place to hang out
Recently got remodel with new arcade area. They have the best fried chicken in town.
Good fun!
The bowling is fun BUT the Chinese food is surprisingly really good. Good place for late night eats!
New pit boss is rude and he don't want to give comps! Spend your money elsewhere!!!
Place is run down. Food was pretty good though
This is a great bowling alley to roll a few games, drink some drinks, and eat some Chinese food! Lane conditions are decent and the staff are very attentive.
Bowling and a little arcade time has been great for my psyche.
I come here every time we are in Seattle the salt and pepper chicken wings and shrimp fried rice are a must
The lanes seemed like they needee maintenance done but still fun and the arcade room inside is a fun bonus
Fun family oriented place, cheap games, arcade and of course adult drinks
Salt and pepper wings are awesome. Good old bowling alley feel but not your standard bowling alley food. Great neighborhood hangout.
Best salt and pepper wings in the state!
Sterling, the bartender, was amazing. The building lost power while my girlfriend and I were there to watch a playoff game. He cut a plastic cup so he could prop his phone up for us, and we watched it on that. Great experience! We will be back.
I've been going here for years but my understanding is it is under new ownership. There are 3 main sections: bowling alley, restaurant and bar, and casino. 1) bowling - ok, well I'm old school and I like the feel here...it ain't all flashy like the new places. But it is old..there are equipment issues, slow ball return is the biggest issue...it isn't always. It does have auto score but it is an older system...it works and is accurate. If you are a serious bowler...the oil is a challenge...sometimes standard house pattern other times so challenging it takes awhile to dial in. 2) restaurant - pretty good actually at reasonable rates. Staff is friendly and prompt. American and Asian are the main dishes with a good assortment of appetizers. 3) casino - I honestly haven't been in it for years so cannot comment here. Overall I enjoy it. If you are looking for a more down to earth bowling experience...I recommend Roxbury.
I go here to meet some friends close to work. Its a nice place. The food is good, specially the spicy chicken wings. They also have a bar, casino, and bowling alley. They also have a little section with arcade games
Family day time trip and we had a blast. Grabbed a quick lunch in the lounge which we all enjoyed. We'll be back again.
It was a blast. It's my old stomping grounds. I am so happy ROXBURY LANES lives on.
Great place! Ladies night is Thursday in the Roxy Lounge as is Karaoke. Only downer is the waitress. They brought our food, no plates or utensils. We waited and had to get them ourselves. Also had to bus our own table. Chicken wings are amazing!!
Friendly staff, decent prices all they are missing is a pro shop.
Don't compliment the waitresses. They might take it wrong.
Food here is iffy,my brother came home puking after eating here. Food was greasy and kitchen seemed gross even from the out side. It scares me a little seeing that their food safety is rated 2-4 on King Counties new food safety rating method. The Frowny/Smiley faced papers at the front of food-serving establishments. Some of the cashiers at the restaurant are a little stuck up and disrespectful, I only wait for the waiter/ress to come around and take our order because I hate talking to the cashier directly (if we even order food). Anyways, I only bowl here when the WS Bowl is full or were not looking to spend a lot of money. The arcades cool I guess, but gets really hectic at times. They seem to spend money on other things instead of better equipment when theirs is very glitchy and unresponsive. I would eat at anywhere else than their restaurant, somewhere with food that doesn’t cause someone to vomit on the way home. Should I mention my brother has no food allergies whatsoever. Only come here if you’re on a budget, and not hungry!
Nachos awesome so was pot stickers awesome .service in bar was awsome.but they do need to learn how to make orange chicken was over cooked
The bathrooms are clean, very important, says a lot about the rest of the establishments ability ro keep the kitchen clean... also the food is really quit good and they make a good drink. We go about once or twice a week.
It is pretty good
Roxbury is a wonderful family bowling center. We need to support and enjoy the remaining bowling alleys in and around Seattle before they are all gone.
Great place to bowl. Asian American food good too.
My wings were dry and I drove from far just to get them cause their my favorite.. #Salt and pepper chicken wings
Good bowling alley. Nothing fancy. Just like the place I used to go as a kid.
Great Bowling Alley with a full arcade, bar, casino with a kitchen serving American & best Chinese food late night.
I kept coming back because of their Chicken Wings was the best, but food attendant Jessica was not attentive and friendly.
Off the trail neighborhood bowling alley with good little asian eats and great little bar. Actually a little somwthing for everyone including a game area for the kids. They are doing some bathroom remodeling right now but do have luxury porta potties outside. No, honest, the portable johns are in a trailer and nice than almost any public toilet you come across.
Kids played at the arcade and had pizza at a reasonable price
Good but wonder why so few of players for the Sunday's evening?
Meh, not many lanes & the dude at the counter was kind of a d*ck
Hands down best wings I have ever had!!!!
Such a very fun bowling alley in Friendly people got a casino and they're going to have a new strategy art arcade and family room so if you have a chance come and see Roxbury Lanes.
The food was cold and so is my coffee
Wow. Great basic food. Won ton soup with noodles.
I went there for the food. The chicken wings they do are very good
Cheap prices, friendly staff, good family fun!
Great fun for the entire family.
Great neighborhood family place. Yummy Chinese food (not 'authentic' but good greasy spoon style) affordable cocktails and super kid friendly. The staff is wonderful too.
Some of the best Chineese food in Seattle.
If your not from the hood you just wouldn't understand.
I love this place!!! Great food, drinks, and atmosphere for a wonderful price!!!
Food and are always good
So much fun here... chicken wings beer and bowing the way to go!!
Went for the Garlic Chicken Wings. Good as always.
One of my favorite places to go bowling! Currently under renovations to get even better.
Good greasy Chinese food, great bowling, semi stiff drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere.
Food is great, staff is a bit aloof! They seem to get along with each other, though, by the amount of time they talked amongst themselves while I waited with my empty glass!
Bowling and an arcade for family fun. Also pretty good food and a casino and bar for table gambling and drinking. Went to a company Christmas party here once. It was fun!
Man this place is near and dear to my heart. Started back in the day with the family bowling then the arcade was a staple after school hangout to my favorite wild turkey watering hole and finally my favorite dealers and staff of any card room I know. Look for me I will be there the guy stacking on the Spanish 21 tables. Stay classy Seattle
Its ok
Chinese food is Great here!
Nice place to go bowling it's not as nice as Acme but it's not near as expensive either. They just added an arcade looks like they are trying to cader to kids party's. $8.30 to bowl including shore rental. I will go there again. They are still doing some upgrading so you have to pardon their dust.
Great place to bowl!
The food is pretty good, but I just cant figure out how they recently remodeled and the ceiling over the kitchen and dining area looks strait out of a horror movie... smh
Nice place. It's got a Casino and Bowling. Great food. Bar pull tabs arcade.
The most laid back and fun little casino I've ever been to. Card room ( no slots) separate lounge, eatery AND bowling alley! Chinese and American food is good, too.
Had to delete this review due to cucks at the alley but had to speak my truth
Dive bar, bowling, good jalapeno wings. Good to go and be in your own space.
Got to have fun
Noon poker tournament is always a good time.
Good food, nice variety, great price
Nice place. Good
Great food and casino was a great time. They had nice tables and the atmosphere was cool, had a lot of fun with some friends here. the bowling is nice too if your into that
Best lanes in Washington. Best food, especially the wings. Solid prices
Food is NOT good! Except for Garlic Wings! Drinks are okay
Best bowling alley. Worst casino.
I like Roxbury Lane. It is upgrading. Family place. Some gambling off the side. Sports bar with some pretty good food.
Best bowling prices in westseattle. Beer is inexpensive also.
Delicious wings and reasonably priced bowling
Sara amazing as always! Patty Melt Best Ever!
Very pleased.
Need more remodeling.
Great place! Fun bowling, awesome food and staff!
Never thought my first bad review would be for a bowling alley, but this experience was too terrible for me to let it happen again. When we arrived we had to wait one hour before getting our lanes. When we finally started playing, the machine broke down several times. We even switched lanes and the machine broke down there as well. We paid for 2 games for 14 people and barely 5 people completed their games because of the machine issues. We thought it was justified to ask to be refunded for the games we did not complete. The lady was not ready to give us back more than 2 people's fee. We were already super unhappy about not being able to bowl, and the lady just did not care to compensate us for the time we wasted here. To make things worse, she falsely accused us of throwing money at her face and had security kick us out. This was possibly the worst experience I've had in any venue whatsoever with both staff and equipment. Safe to say we won't be coming back and I strongly suggest you to not even consider them for your next bowling game.
Four Words..... Salt and Pepper Wings
Very fun!!! You get a bowling alley, casino, arcade and restaurant in one facility!!!! Oh and don't forget to go to the bar...
Good neighborhood spot. Sara, the bartender is the best.
A place to go bowling it wasn't the worst bowling alley I've been to check it out if you're interested
Love to grab food from here, it always taste great, but it is a bit pricy. The facility it's self could use a remodel.
Completely unfussy and free of illusions, this lane is idyllic America. The usual suspects are here, from rental shoes that look a bit too rented, to the food-staff that seem to worry not for time (which is part of a bowling alley's charm, I'll argue). But Roxbury is quietly the best bowling alley. Games are as low as $2.50, and the food is really quite good (try the wings). Never too busy but always host to a noisy children's party, come here for the full monty.
Fun to play
It's a nice bowling alley with great food. I grew up in the White Center area. My brother still lives there. When I visit, and there is a local team playing on TV, we watch it at Roxie's. Good food, good beer, or good diet coke, in my case, good friends and sassy waitresses. What more could you ask for?
Good Chinese food, bowling lanes with small casino for adults
Poor service good large selection of food
It has come a long way in the last 20years
It's like Vegas for kids! Lots of ticket machines and a decent ticket gift shop. Restaurant has delicious Chinese food. And oh yeah, bowling!
A great place to go bowling. They remodeled the area to have a bigger arcade.
Too many losers there.
It was so fun and the food was good too,but didint let me Whare a hood, but understandable.
Always the best place for our family fun on Sunday
Roxbury Lanes is a very family-friendly place for kids and adults you can have parties where ever you choose even in the small but cozy intiment Bar and Casino the Staff are all really nice and helpful from bowling to Gambling and the food is great too.
Cheap bowling, the machines had issues while bowling 3 times, changed Lanes and still persisted. Attendant couldn't be reached quickly as they keep leaving too smoke or whatever. But what do you expect for$2a game.
Great Summer fun with the family.
Place is a dump
I stopped in while I was in Seattle, super glad I did. Drink prices are good in the bar, bowling alley was traditional; clean and well kept, food is amazing. Best Chinese food, you wouldn’t think Chinese would fit in a place like this but it does and it’s amazing. Huge portions big enough for two people and very good prices. One time visit or regular gathering place, this is it.
Great bowling ally with huge arcade fire kiddos
Everyone was super nice there! They didnt even shun us for being from Kansas
