My son loves bowling. Though I am unable to bowl due to injury, his sister and Mom help him. Decent lanes well lit and the computer scoring works pretty well.

We always seem to forget that they have league play on Saturdays so we arrived when they were quite crowded. Nice to see all the families out also. This place always seems clean and well-kept and I have enjoyed bowling here many times. A participant of the kids full free program. They do have the bumper additions and the bowling rack for kids at your request. Digital scorekeeping with animation makes it extra fun. Tons of bowling balls to choose from, the kids lightweight balls are against the wall near the cafe. We played in the arcade this week and noticed some new machines, including a giant crane machine that you just got to see! We were sorry to see several of our favorite games out of order. Love the machine out in the entryway where you exchange your tickets for the prizes. Also noticed two change machines, one lottery machine, and 1 billiard table in the entryway as well. A decent and Busy Cafe exists Within the bowling alley.

Tried to go bowling here twice now with the family and both times I've been told that there is a 2 hour wait. The worst part is is that half of the alley isnt being used and they say it's because the league is coming in. I might not have them come on the weekend afternoons when its busiest.

We've visited more than a couple times. The front desk is usually not too personable but not rude either. The bowling lanes are fine and seem to be kept up. The food is great. The arcade part of the bowling alley is where my low rating comes in. We took our daughter here for family night and literally EVERY game she tried to play except for one, had an issue. Either no tickets, took her coin, no balls to use to play the game, etc.

Paradise is a great place to have fun! The Staff and Management always look out for number one, the customer! We have been bowling here since the ownership change and we're always greeted by the staff like we're family. Come bowl a league, have a party or just come for some fun. They are great at hosting events as well. The General Manager Mike knows how to throw out a spread that will keep people bragging for the rest of the season. Two thumbs up from me

I was waiting at the bar trying to place an order. I waited patiently for more than 20 minutes until I realized that my customer service was affected by my race (Asian). Within the time I was waiting, many others were being served. All three bartenders working this night made eye contacts with me and knew I was there. When I went to complain, the bartenders were quick to lie and say that I was not standing at the bar. The manager seem to not care that the bartenders are treating a customer like this.

Family fun for all ages! Wonderful staff all around the building, with great food either in the cafe, or served right to your lane. Arcade with all the favorites- fun for even the littlest kids. A hidden gem in Parkland, fully remodeled in the last few years- not the Paradise it once was. You definitely won't be disappointed.

This was the first time in idk close to 20 years since ive been there. I went with a close friend and her son to bowl a couple of games. We all have a blast. Place was clean and brought back many memories when we was teenagers hanging out there. Before leavein we stopped and played some video games and yep always good times doing that.

My family went to just have some fun away from the kids. Great staff, fun atmosphere, and plenty of lanes. Mostly clean, and looking nice. Pool tables in and out of the bar. Overall I would recommend this place very strongly.

They need a new bartender and manager with better customer service skills. After years of coming here it is a shame to see how they deal with their customers. Food is slow and cold when it comes out. When it comes to drinks? Forget about it. Speak to a manager about the lack of service? Don't waste your time. I thought under new management the place would be improved. I guess they are selective about who they want to have as customers and not accepting to everyone. The place is remodeled anesthestically which pleasing. However when it comes to service from staff, improvements needs to be made.

I had an employee event here, I called a few weeks in advance to book. They were kind, courteous, detailed, thorough, and efficient on the phone. The booking was easy to make, and they were very flexible with my changing needs regarding my group. The facility itself is a bit older, but well maintained. We rented the VIP room (50$/hr) and were allowed to bring in a cake. We did the pizza package deal, which was two hours of bowling, shoes, and a lane, a pizza, and a pitcher of soda per 5 people, for $13 a person. On-site they were just as kind, flexible, and detailed, and they helped ensure my event was a success. Special shout-outs to Rachel and Don (and one other gentleman who I can't recall the name of- I apologize). They even gave my team an extra ten minutes in the lanes to wrap up a couple of games! Overall a great experience, and we will definitely look to them for our next bowling event.

Took our beers away for being in plastic glasses, and threw them away instead of allowing us to pour them in a glass cup. I was carded for a single pitcher... 3 times. The staff here must enjoy their lives very much. Nice power trip. Edit: I confronted them and asked if they could do something about this. Haha... We're the only Asian folks here. Strange we'd be treated this way. Stay far away if you're colored. Read the other reviews.

This place is fun and chill just like any bowling alley. The lanes are decent. I know people who have came here and had problems with the lanes but I have yet to have a bad experience with one. This place is always really cold. If you look around while you are there almost everyone is wearing jackets. Also the bathrooms are always filthy. Some of the food is good and some of it is bad it just really depends on what you order. The philly cheese steaks and French dips are not worth trying but then their pizza is actually some of the best pizza I have experienced at a bowling alley anywhere. Its their pizza sauce that is delicious. Just make sure if you order food here you stay on top of them getting it to you. They forget people's orders alot. Other then that it's a nice place to go.

My family and I had a blast! We met with some friends and there kids and we bowled until we couldn't pick up the bowling balls. We had one lane for adults and the other with the bumpers for the kids. Even though the kids spent most of the time in the arcade. There is also a bar and a bunch of pool tables. And a restaurant that is also attached. The staff was great considering what there dealing with all the time. I would definitely go back and I recommend this place to everyone.

The worst 20$ I've ever spent on a shrimp scatter and cheese sticks, the fries were so greasy I couldn't eat them the cheese sticks we're real dry and the lemons were so hot, one might think they were boiled. I will never order to go again or stay to eat either.

My and my friends play pool here in the bar. Staff is friendly. Food is pretty good. They have an arcade and of course bowling. Thursday through Saturday they have karaoke in the bar and the people that song are fun to listen to.

This was my family's first visit there since the bowling centers on jblm were closed due to the weather. Not bad at all. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. The pair of lanes we were on was a bit dry, but we made it work. Games are reasonably priced. They also offer a military discount. They have a nice arcade section as well.

Have been coming to this place for years! We always had a great experience here! But the one time we went to the bar on a Saturday, we were totally scammed... Our drinks were $7 in total, I thought a $3 tip would be fine. So that comes to a grand total of $10. Once my bf checked his bank statements (Tuesday) he noticed that there has been another transaction of $7. Yeah $7 isn't a big deal. But to have one of your employees who covered the bar area take advantage, has made me feel some type of way. So I encourage customers to check your bank statements! Use only cash at the bar! Will never go back into the bar again! Not only did it happen to us, it happened to our friend as well. Tipping themselves more than we tipped! This is unacceptable!

Wow this place gets pretty busy on weekends and some weekdays in the evenings... Always a fun place to go and the bar there isn't too bad.. They do karaoke in bar area as well.. Food is spot on.. We enjoy going Moonlight Bowling on Saturday nights here. The food is pretty good for a bowling alley. The staff is always helpful. There are times when the lane equipment malfunctions but they do the best with the age of the equipment.
