Got hustled by their arcade system. They make you pay ($1.00) for a card to play games in their arcade. What kind of garbage is that? I hate when businesses work angles like this and this left real sour taste with me. I had a party of 20 kids, so they made $20 off of me for just loading up cards for them to play. Garbage.

Front desk area is confusing and employees are rude. Went up to where it said check-in and waited for a good minute until the employees that were right there looking at me actually acknowledged me and told me where to actually go (like it was obvious). We waited over an hour to get a lane...At one point we were #3 on the list and still had to wait a long time even though we were literally sitting in front of 5 open lanes (no they weren’t closed for maintenance). It was $85 for 3 people to bowl 3 games, absolutely absurd! The food wasn’t that great- I’ve had much better food at little shady Everett bowling alleys! They literally had so many employees working (lots just standing around with nothing to do) so food and drink service was at least quick. My two stars are for the yummy drink I had and the super friendly bartender! You guys seriously need to lower your prices and work on getting your customers to open lanes quicker! Unfortunately as things are now, this is not a place you could go to weekly (or even monthly) for an affordable activity with the family! Probably won’t be back anytime soon!

Worst customer service experience I had for a long while. Called in earlier in the day, was told there is a league playing until about 9pm and there is first come first serve after it. Came in around 9:30, barely any people there. 90% of lanes wide open. Was told I need to get on a waiting list. Asked about estimated wait time, was told they have to clean lanes and don’t know how long it will take. Very rude front desk. Never told me about any of that on the phone. Had no desire to help. This was my second attempt going here in the last 12 month. Had guests from Europe with me. Very imbarassing and disappointing. Wish they would have kept the old place, they had much better service back then.

We had a great time! The menu is a little pricy and they were out of some drinks we really wanted but I kind of understand they were slammed! They came by to let us know they were a little slow on food which was no biggie but so appreciated they let us know. The bowling was a blast, the music was great, the whole atmosphere was fun! This was my first time here and I had a fun time. Went with a few friends. The service was at the counter was brisk, guessing they just want to get through people quickly. The rest of the staff was really friendly though. Oh and you could order food right from your lane on the machine.

We went here for my daughter's 31st bday. So much fun! Super friendly staff, good "bad" food and drinks. Really fun gaming area that makes you feel like a kid again.

Had tons of fun went for one of our kids birthday . One thing we should've done prior was paid for the $75 event fee;we did it the which wasn't as smooth as we wanted to go. With that you got a party planner who waited on you, you got a special menu to order from which included 30 mozzarella vs getting just 10. There was a party starter which included pretzel bites, quesadillas, nachos, wings, mozzarella sticks, and fries. You get unlimited bowling for 2 hours. The only downside, not their fault, the was another birthday next to us with younger kids. They would carelessly walk in front of us right before we bowled. More than one of them going up to bowl to stand right behind the person and almost get in your lane. Twirl around with pop which if they spilled it would've ruined our games as well. We had older people in our group late teens and adults. We know basic bowling courtesies, you don't bowl when someone next to you is bowling no drinks down below keep them up above and definitely don't be bothering the bowler or anyone else. The other birthday party did put a slight damper on it but overall we did have a blast can't wait to go back.

Despite being insanely busy, and having a wait list, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given 10 credits each to play in the arcade while we waited for a lane to be ready. When our lane was ready, a text was sent to my phone asking our party to come to the front desk to check in. There only hitch is the food ordering system. We ordered beers, which came instantly, but the drinks for the kids took approximately one million years, according to my kids. Food took a while, but again, they were busy. I definitely recommend making lane reservations. *Our food order was an ABSOLUTE disaster. By the time it was sorted out and all of our food was delivered, we'd been waiting well over an hour. Initially the manager had offered to take the French fries off of our $80 food order, but upon hearing the many, many follies by the wait staff, kitchen staff, and electronic food ordering system, she just refunded our entire order. It was way late, and mostly cold, but they took care of it for us. I think this is probably a mostly isolated incident, but I thought it worth including in my review.

Took my three young boys and had a great time. Quite pricey though. We ate lunch (3 kids meals and one adult meal), bowled one game with three pairs of bowling shoes and got an arcade card and it cost ~$110. Hard to make it a regular outing at that price.

All in all nice atmosphere. Recently remodeled so visually it's pretty new. Equipment and lanes are the same as previously. New management is not as league friendly as it was before. Seems to be a turn off to many league bowlers in my league. Besides some changes in the league treatment a decent spit to come bowl for fun.

Don't stack groups side by side in lanes when you have 15 other lanes open.... And please do something about the bar waiting 15 minutes to get a drink and then being ignored slash skipped is frustrating. I know you want us to use your "ordering system" at the lane but when your smashed in with another large group that becomes difficult....

I don't know much about bowling but I think this place was pretty cool and frankly I had fun. The cost seemed pretty expensive (but apparently it wasn't according to my friends), there was some food (though I didn't try any), and the bowling works. The lane broke once so we had to move, but it didn't deter from the experience.

Nicest bowling alley in Washington! Huge selection of balls that aren't all beat up, and the balls have big enough holes for an adult human to use. The lanes are really nice, and the score screen will tell you how fast you're chucking that ball down the lane. They also have a large arcade, full bar, and a snack bar with food like pizza, chicken strips, hot dogs, ect. You can order food and drinks from a touch screen at your lane. This bowling alley is very nice and clean, it also has 40 bowling lanes so it's very large.

Had a great time! Really liked that they had wait staff come up to your bowling area and serve you. Not sure if that was just because we reserved a lane ahead of time for a small "event" (6 people), or if they do it for everyone.. but it was really cool. Also like some of the updates they did from the place from before when ur was Brunswick.

Two friends and I went here on a Sunday night. We played six games and were charged more than $80. To me $80 is excessive, over the top and really ruins the spirit of bowling. This place charges per-person, per-game, per-lane instead of just charging us for the lane and shoes. No one at this place informed us that they charged us per-person, per-game, per-lane. If you want to go broke bowling then this is the place. Plus, their ball return doesn’t work too well. I waited minutes for my ball to be returned. One time it took 5 minutes to get it back.

Really fun place to bowl with up-to-date Lanes, and a vast arcade with lots of fun games. The only tidbit about the arcade is that it costs $0.50 per credit, and most games are two or more credits. But the bowling is really cheap and really fun, and the shoes are kept in good condition

Busy, under staffed. Felt like we were inconveniencing the staff anytime we ordered food or drinks, or even wanted to play a third game. The one helpful, friendly guy came fairly quickly when there was a pin stuck in our lane.

I've been bowling at Brunswick for a few years now. I watched as the Brunswick I knew was sold and turned over to bowlero. I have no issues with that. Businesses are bought and sold all the time. My issue is that for how much money they put into the alley with the new owner, they put none of it to the actual lanes. They simply worked on astetics. For that matter, all I would've liked to see is some of that money put into the lanes. Then on top of that, maybe it's just me, but they seem to be less serious league oriented and more about the money. They upped the price on everything (air hockey, for instance, was one dollar and is now three dollars) and they don't have any serious leagues for bowlers. Mostly a junior bowl, senior bowl, and a couple handicapped bowl leagues. This is all just my opinion, anyways.

I (unfortunately) bowl league here. I have worked customer service for many years and I know how it goes. However, they are the rudest front staff I have ever encountered. I will not be returning next season. They do not care about the lanes, bowlers, or well being of people. They ONLY care about taking our money. Spiteful? Maybe, but valid. They do not oil the lanes prior to our league, but they do before the men's league and they WALK across the lanes with STREET SHOES to get deadwood. I mentioned this and one of the girls at the front was incredibly rude. Their customer service is inexcusable.

Took the family bowling, was fun but when we got there there was only a few staff members, we waited almost 10 min at the desk just to be greeted... Then ordered drinks from the bar which was the cook so and seemed overwhelmed, then ordered food and drinks from the bowling computer which we thought was a cool addition... After 40 minutes I went up to the counter and there printer was down :( so we re ordered and waited another 20 minutes... I don't feel there was enough staff members to help the amount of customers that we're present!

This was our fourth time here. Every time the system could not accurately track the score and we wasted a lot of time trying to fix it. They accuse you of causing the problem and take 45 minutes to fix it. By the time they fixed it, the bowlers had already returned their shoes and were ready to leave. I paid for summer passes for my whole family, so we will probably be back, but I wish I had never paid anything here. They should make bowing free until they get their computers to work. If you have a choice, don’t come here.

I went there for a college night bowl on Thursday which was around $8 for unlimited bowling from 9-12pm. The employees were very kind and patient despite it being very packed. The place itself is very clean and well kept. You can also get coupons from Groupon which are very helpful to bring the price down!!

The lanes here were very dirty. I mean that in the most literal way. I fell during my first approach... I slipped on a patch of sandy dirt covering the floor. When I told the person at the desk how dirty and dangerous it was, she said: 'Ok. What do you want?' Her body language and tone if voice told me that she didn't care at all. I told her I wanted my money back and that I was leaving. She shrugged and processed the refund. I will never even try to bowl here again.

My team had a Christmas party here and we had amazing time here. We played multiple games. It was a lot of fun. We had preordered food (wings, pizza, spring rolls big buckets) and had drink tickets. We spent two hours here. The staff was friendly. They had good food options as well. The bar was good and the bartender lady was friendly.

My friend and I came here for a couple hours and even though it’s a nice place they charge you double the amount. We played 4 games and they charged us for 8 games! $75 for two people to play. It’s unreal and the the last time we will ever do business at this place. The manager was also very rude and didn’t seem to care about the customers.

Amazing staff all around!! Last night we had to deal with a group of people who kept taking up our lane and were messing with us. The staff was incredible. They were so quick to help us out, and we are very greatful for that! The situation apparently got worse, we found out that this group, two of them pretended they were us before we got on our lane and tried to ask for shoes for a lane we paid for. They were also very disrespectful to a few staff members. Again, the staff was incredible. We met several staff members in many departments, including the manager who was on last night, and everyone was super nice to us and supportive. We will DEFINITELY be returning and spending money in your establishment again! Thank you for last night, because of the staff our experience went from horrible to having a blast! :)

We went to celebrate our daughters birthday. The place was pretty empty when we got there, so we ordered food right away. It took over 40 minutes to receive the one sampler we ordered. And it was awful. My kids ate it because they were hungry, and we didn't want to wait again for food. On our second game, we got asked to move lanes because leagues were starting. We moved, and our lane stopped working. We decided not to finish our last game. We were 3 frames in. The manger comped our bowling games. So we decided to check out the arcade since the gave my daughter a play card for it for her birthday. Almost every game just took our money and didn't let us play, or didn't give tickets. $100 spent in the arcade and my kids couldn't even get any prizes for the prize machine. I'm highly disappointed, we saved up money for this experience, and the trouble was not worth all the money we spent. And my kids left very upset.

I celebrated my birthday here last year and it was awesome! We bowled and we ordered a ton of food, and since we were a large group, the pretty much set up a private catering table with chafing dishes and everything. I came here last week and used a groupon for the arcade and had a really good time. There was only one game that took my points and didn't initiate a game, but that's okay. The rest of the games were new and working really well. Great place for a family night!

Place was allright. Food was mediocre as expected and expensive, bowling also seemed expensive (don't know the average price), and the beer was averaged priced. Had a bad experience with one of the staff but I won't hold an entire establishment responsible for one person's actions. It's updated inside and is setup pretty nice. If it wasn't for the bad taste in my mouth from an employee having a bad day and the sting to my wallet I would probably visit more often.

This establishment does not care about their league bowlers. They charge way to much for food and drinks ($7.19 for a bottle of Carona). I don't think this place owns a broom. It's the dirtiest bowling alley I've ever bowled in. The dust mice under the seats are bigger than my cat. I do not recommend this place in any way.

Slow service all around. Food or drink, doesn't matter... Prepare to wait half a game to get a drink. I will say the drinks are prepared well but not worth the 30 minute wait. Only reason I gave it two stars was because of the selection of balls that fit my tiny hands and strong arms.

Fun spot! The facilities feel a little more updated and modern than other bowling alleys in the area, which is nice, and service has been good the few times we've visited. The prices are a bit steeper than we'd like, but every once in a while we catch a Groupon deal. Balls are actually organized by weight and finger hole size so you can easily find what you need. Would recommend!

The overall update is okay. Weird colored lights. The place was warmer than it should have been considering it was in the 50s outside. The appetizers cost as much or more than the burgers. The burger I got es very good. I bowled in a tourney so I did not try the bar or food there. The staff were all nice hence giving the benefit of the doubt.

I had my 53rd birthday at Bowlero. So I decided to have my daughters going away to college party there. It was so awesome! Thank you Bowlero! The GM Sarah was VERY hospitable. I would recommend Bowlero everytime! Music, food and drinks are awesome!

Giant tv screens glare the whole lane which makes it very challenging to bowl a good game. I asked if I could move to one of the lanes where the screen was off and they told me they were for league only. Everything else was average.

Awesome bowling alley. The arcade is a bit spendy, but between the bowling and arcade my family had a great time. There are 30+ lanes and on a Sunday night we had no trouble getting one. They bring food and drinks to you at your lane too!

This is a fun place for hosting small parties. The Bowling lanes are nice and servers seemed friendly. You have to wait for long periods in peak hours and the lanes are also higher priced on weekends. $59 for 3 games for 2 people including shoes.

The place is nice and clean for bowling but its way to expensive. The arcade is ridiculously expensive. You can barely play for 10 minutes with $20. The games charge 3-6 credits per game. Whatever happened to having fun and not go broke

Aesthetically pleasing, but the lanes themselves need work. We had multiple issues requiring assistance with our lane. Lanes dont look to have been updated like everything else. Huge screens inhibit your ability to see arrows on lanes. A great place to hang out with friends and have a good time, not a good place if you are actually wanting to bowl.

The bowling staff were friendly and helpful. Their snack bar is delicious. You can even visit their arcade for a round of Mario Kart or a game of Space Invaders: Frenzy

It is so cool here. It is dark when you enter the bowling balls are already in the rack. It is much better and cooler than Glacier lanes.

Aesthetically pleasing. Food sucks. The customer service sucks. Bowling is fun. Food sucks. If they change the menu, let us know as we order you don’t offer it. Don’t bring us different food and say “oh yeah, we don’t have that anymore. Sorry. I’ll send the manager over.” Waiting 30 minutes and still no manager. We ordered adult drinks, wrong ones. Ordered sodas, $4 each for a small cup. Rip off. And the price of games here is awful expensive. Go to any other one before coming here. We don’t plan on coming back.

I had my kiddos birthday party here on a Friday night, I was hesitant at first because I've had birthday parties at Lucky Strike and we just didn't fit since we're such a big group! Bowlero exceeded my expectations! We were a group of 24 bowlers not including other guests that were just there to mingle. They were so welcoming, I was able to relax and enjoy seeing everyone have fun. The food and beverages seemed endless, the staff was on top of our needs and there is plenty of space for kids and adults to be moving around. I didnt hear or have a single complaint I will absolutely be coming be back.

It was my first time there since the remodel I like the more open space and ease of getting the wheelchair there because we're with Special Olympics. I don't like the orange lights that they put or the chairs they're not comfortable for the people that are watching. The bowling Pits are really nice.

Bowling is good fun, and Bowlero is one of the few clean bowling establishments. I had previously rated the place a 5, but last night it was obvious several of the employees absolutely hated their jobs and didn't want to be there.

Some reason Bowlero thinks we go bowling to watch TV. Not...so they put up big screen TV right above the all pins so the glare from the screens hide all the lane arrows thus eliminating the ability to aim. So if you bowl to get better...go to Glacier Lanes instead.
