Great atmosphere, good for children, cash only for food but they have an ATM. All in all one of the best places to go around here. ABC on/off, Jukebox, vending machines, claw machines and games.

I think this is a great family friendly place to visit and have a good time. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and I have always enjoyed coming to this bowling alley. (Unfortunately, when I leave I am reminded of how terrible I am at bowling but that is my fault, not theirs!)

Cleanest bathrooms I've seen in public, and great lanes. They were rewaxing the unused lanes while we were bowling. Only downside is that you have to pay for beer in cash, no tabs. Good for families or a night out.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Every once in a while balls get stuck or the pins don't score correctly, but it's all easily fixed with a reset or help from the staff. Food is a little limited, mostly fried stuff. Staunton Lanes participates in Kids Bowl Free, which lets us take our daughter and her grandparents for inexpensive bowling all summer.

Teens from our church were here bowling and then going to get something to eat. Nice lanes, reasonably priced, bowling shoes available for rent, bowling balls provided. Snack bar, restrooms available. Music playing while bowling. Good time had by all.

Great prices and a lot of fun. Staunton Lanes is perfect for everyone, young and old alike. Food is cash only, so if you're coming hungry make sure you have cash on you.

If you're a person of color they will make you remove one of your shoes and keep it so you don't steal their shoes...and what ever other reasons.. I wonder which kind of public place treats people like that....I couldn't believe it.

If you don't cut in any of the lines, you are not normal. Smh, several times while standing in line, others cut in front and after I saw them being served, I advised that I was clearly next. The guy working the front came out to work the lanes cleaning up, so I tried telling him that the racks, pins and scoreboard wasn't working properly and he said go stand in line and tell the lady, smh, back to the line where people cut in front of you....At checkout, she gave I think 2 of my older children the kids rate. The 2 ladies working the kitchen were great! Good food too.

My family and I have been here for birthday parties, family get togethers and just just my family and I, we always have a blast! Chad and staff are very attentive and nice! Lots to do from the games to food/beer bar to of course bowling! Love it! Highly recommended!

5/19/18. Really? Are you freaking kidding me? Saturday night around 8pm. Only one person working behind the shoe counter?! Young man struggling behind the counter. Two older women in the "kitchen" just watching. Huge line at the door, people cutting, and the struggling gentlemen was just checking the people out. I mean a long line of people checking out. Outs one pair of shoes away at a time! Losing shoes, for real, it was a half hour hold on everything because he couldn't fine a grey converse! Desperately asking for help one of the ladies finally steps in....just to become lost in the madness and even more confused than the shoes themselves. I honestly hope that nobody in the rest of my entire lifetime asks me to join them in bowling in Staunton again.! Next time, I'll just knock the dust off of the old outdated WII and have people over. What a joke!!

I come to realize at this place they only ask the black folks to take off 1 foot of their shoes and give them. Believing we are going to just leave after bowling. If it was a policy they would have the notice posted so everybody could see, but they have around the desk and when u go to get your bowling shoes they take it out and show u. You running business so run a business

Good little bowling alley in small town Staunton. The downside is their summer hours have them closed on Mondays! Aren't you supposed to open more during the summer? Oh well, I enjoyed bowling there the time I came.
