Lanes are in good shape and the snack bar has pretty good pizza and wings. I would definitely recommend this bowling alley to everyone.

Can I please give this place zero stars. The owner was disrespectful and quite frankly an ass. We paid to bowl and proceeded to each buy a beer at the bar. The owner said he's never seen the new ny state ids and its 2017!!! He refused to see any other form of ID and said were underage. Most of us were 22 or 23. We got our money back and went to grab a drink across the street. This place was disappointing.

We always have a great time. We've had 3 birthday parties here for my kids and my sister has had birthdays here for her kids. It's the best deal around. The staff is very friendly.

Had an office party here multiple times. Good pizza. Tough oil patterns for bowling but that is part of the fun. Basic bar is my only comment.

If I could give 1 star I would! I would like to say that the experience I’ve had at this bowling alley with my individuals today was heart breaking. They were referred to as special people We were asked to leave by someone bowling here. The female staff working asked us why we came several times, clarified that my agency never comes here so it’s a surprise they did this with a ton of attitude, refused to give receipts, asked us how long we would be here because a league is practicing today and they did not want distractions. The woman accused my staff of not paying and made her show a receipt My guys are Happy quiet and bowling just like everyone else and we’ve been stared at by both people and staff the entire time we’ve been here I strongly urge you to not come here We bring our guys into the community everyday and have never had an experience as terrible as today

This bowling alley is amazing in my opinion. I went here for a bowling league on Saturday mornings and loved it. I can't believe all the bad reviews about the employees. I think the employees are very generous and the owner Jack is very nice too. When I ask for a pair of shoes at the counter, I say "please" and "thank you", and they say "Your welcome" in a nice attitude. Great place to have parties and hang out for some awesome bowling!!!

This place sucks and the employees are rude and horrible. No manager on staff and the owner is no where to be found on weekends. Two kids run the place and don’t know what they’re doing. Am frequently given rude remarks when asking for a lane. They shut off your lane in the middle of a game claiming you would not have enough time to finish anyway. Midnight bowling never starts when advertised, the league is always there late. The place is always left a mess, no one cleans up after themselves and the employees do not either. I do not recommend this place until they hire some better employees with customer service skills.

If it weren't for the refund the employees gave my party, this place would deserve no stars. After waiting for 10 minuets for the owner/bartender to serve us, he proceeded to refuse our business despite our valid ID's. Instead of having a rational conversation about it and looking at valid second forms of ID, the owner grabbed his phone and walked away to hide in the back while we got our refunds.

Had a birthday party there, worst experience ever. Owner doesn't know how to run a business. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Had to pay 100$ for two salads to stay at my daughters birthday. What is this world coming to? Soda machines were down, everyone pretty much bought there only drinks, which was supposed to be included in the price of renting the hall out. They shut the lanes off middle of the games going on n said time was up, only got one game in due to trying to let him keep the salads there. You would think after giving him a 100 erxta dollars he would have been a lil nicer. He said to me after all said n done, I don't know how to run a business. Well buddy I think you doing just as great.. Keep up the good job, you'll never see a pennie out of me or anyone of my friends or family again!

Got yelled at for bringing the end of my food inside, was told there was a sign on the door but picture shows there was not. Kind of frustrated being that it was the end of my dinner and this is the first time I've been told I couldn't bring food in.

So I was walking past here with a friend on a cold night. I'm a regular customer and I figured we would stop in for a few minutes to warm up. My friend had a hurt wrist and we couldn't afford to bowl. Anyways I'm a regular customer and have been here 20 times in the past year. Anyways I was sitting inside for a few mins quietly talking and the guy (the owner I think) flipped out on us. He said "you need to get out of this f**king place, were closing" my friend replied "Why? We are doing nothing wrong" "f**k you, get the f**k out". It's an hour before closing and other people were still inside. Obviously I'm very mad at them. I didn't use a single swear word and thats the treatment I get? They lost a regular's business, and that of anyone I know.

For some reason the guy behind the bar wouldn't serve my party although all of us are 23 and had valid forms of id. For absolutely no reason other than he didn't want to. If you are looking to have a fun time don't go here

KICKED CHILD RAMP MY FOUR YEAR OLD WAS USING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. COULD HAVE JUST ASKED US TO MOVE IT ANTHONY!! We came from outta town my we had a party of 6 with kids the youngest a toddler. First we we're put on a league lane. To which the one kid was called Anthony said "I don't care what my dad will say" time goes by we get fries and nachos. The cheese was cool Orange instead of yellow and hard. The fries took 20 min. In didn't even melt the cheese. Okay overpriced cappy food. Whatever who cares we eat it we're really not a picky family. But when it came time to clean the lane for the league and where still bowling bc FYI there's kids! The guy called Anthony kick the child ramp twice and into the next set of lanes. IN FRONT OF MY FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD!!! All the employee's were rude and had attitudes with everything. I would give this place no stars!!
