Had my son's bday there . The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was impressed how clean everything was . Prices are good and the birthday room looked great. Everyone had a good time . The arcade was a huge hit . Thank you for making his bday so much fun. I will be recommending my friends and family to Kingpins alley. We intend on returning for bowling. Thank you

This is a large building that has bowling as well as a small arcade area with a pretty big sized bar/hosting area. The bowling alley itself is wide and has plenty of lanes. I had plenty of food here and all of it was of bowling alley quality.

Awesome time. Monday night 50 cents lanes, 50 cents wings, 50 cents shoes, $5 cover. I bowled 10 games from 10pm-1215. Got half dozen wings and a soda and payed a total of $16.50! Great deal, 42 lanes, only about 6 were in use plenty of lanes open after league night leaves at 930. Highly recommend, great workout. No better therapy than hurling weighted balls 100 feet towards a target

Had a large group on a Saturday afternoon. Bowling was fine, no mechanical issues etc. Food is pricey for what it is. Only one girl working behind the counter & she seemed very busy. Cheese sticks were undercooked and the burger was very greasy. Menus provided at the lanes dont match whats shown on the ordering board. We will be back, but will probably not utilize the snack bar again.

Amazing fun and great prices. Not too packed and lots of lanes and fun minigames. My only complaint is that you spend more money on the tokens for the minigames than you earn from earning tickets (could also just be my luck) but didn't justify docking a star. Cosmic Bowling was also a blast.

Great group of people Doug is the man when it comes down to the pro shop hell take the time to get it right quick services the bday partys are kicking from a 2 year old up to any age galatic bowling Friday and Saturday best hands down in the region where as others offer free game pass when u win a game here you spin the wheel and can win a whole load of goodies not just stuff at his bowling alley I won hockey tickets for the thunder he does country nights where u can win concert tickets he does rock nights he can do anything best bowling alley in upstate NY

We went to the recent Pepsi tournament on 3/31/19. The staff were very rude and the food was poor. My son was bowling and had no complaints about the lanes themselves. Everyone there was just rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend.

We went on a saturday and they were running a deal 15$ a wristband and we bowled from 10:30pm to about 1am. It was a great deal that included our shoes and unlimited bowling. The wings were a bit pricey which was upsetting. Their Pizza was delicious and they have good deals for big pitchers of soda for big families. We had a great time. Even considering how packed it was, we didnt have problems.

I like this bowling alley alot. On December 1st 2018, I came here for the Special Olympics bowling tournament (I came in 5th place). It is bit bigger then Sportsman's Bowl in Schenectady where I go bowling at every Wednesday with my staff, and every Saturday for the Special Olympics bowling practice. Judi DeMarco is my Special Olympics bowling coach. I filmed a video on Google Maps to show my friends to see what this entire bowling alley looks like inside where the pins and bowling alleys are, or what would it be like if you were to go bowling there. When I was at this tournament, I was at lane 19 (see photo of the name tag he wore on that day in Google Maps)

What a great place! Googled "bowling areas near me", since we're not from here, and picked this place on a whim. Great choice! The man behind the desk was super friendly and easy going. You pay per game, not by hour, which is awesome. Shoe rental is reasonable, family appropriate music, and the whole place was very clean. A great place for all ages!

I’m basing this review on customer service. It was 1PM and my husband and I brought our three kids in. We had already set up our game when i asked about food and was told it wasn’t served until 5. At 5 months pregnant that was simply not an option. The guy was so nice and made me a large order of fries. Seems simple, but made an impact. Plus kids had a ton of fun. Thanks!

It's always fun to go bowling but it was a little frustrating that the balls kept getting stuck nearly every time. The bowling alley was clean and had a nice idea having an early new year's celebration from 5 to 7 so kids didn't have to be out all night. If the equipment had been working better I would have given it 5 stars.

They had very unprofessional and rude employees. One even appeared to be drunk and was attempted to harass a guest. It's pretty expensive and our lane kept breaking down, but other that, it was alright.

Drove here from Lake George, because it says online that it's open until 11 but when we got here we were told they close at 10, the employee told us we could bowl, but who can bowl a game with 3 people in 10 minutes! We were 10 minutes shy of 10 o'clock we obviously drove here for nothing. Maybe the website needs to be updated!!!
