Great place. Equipment is a little used but isn't that what makes a night out bowling fun? Went for a work party. We had a great time. Tried some fries and chicken. All premade Frozen stuff, it was ok. Good selection of balls and the computer to get setup on the lanes was ok. Not as nice as their Lehi location.

If you are serious about bowling then this is the place for you. This is a place that respects what bowling has meant to American history throughout the ages. If you are looking to dink around and throw balls backwards or do trick shots through your legs, stay far away from here. This place is building the social fabric of the country every single night. Best place for leagues in Utah County and possibly the entire mountain west region. Jack the owner is a living legend and one dang fine bowling instructor.

We have been to Jack & Jill's a couple of times, the last time was on Thanksgiving and I was thankful that they were open. It's not the newest and flashiest but the lanes are in real good shape and the arcade has good games. It's pretty well maintained overall and is clean. I feel that is a good value and fun for the whole family.

Such a fun place to come for all ages! Very clean facility, with lots to offer. The food at the cafe is so yummy and the staff is so amazing! The manager at the cafe, Alyssa and one of the managers at the front Devan are so great and always go above and beyond to make sure I and everyone else has a great experience! I would highly recommend coming here for a fun night!

The fair rates, and friendly staff make this one of my favorite centers in the Utah Valley. Lanes are always conditioned with league style patterns available. Approaches are smooth and consistent. There is also a pro shop with an educated helpful owner.. He happily spent the time needed before drilling me a couple new balls!

I have been going here all my life and love it. I wish I could make it here more often but it can be costly with rental fees for shoes and game fees. But it is well worth every penny. Treat yourself to the homemade frysauce and shakes! You won't regret it!

Fantastic bowling alley! A little outdated but nothing out of order. The food is cheap and greasy like it should be and the bathroom's are clean. Whereas the shoes I had were nicer there were some that looked like they needed to be replaced. Really impressed by their in store shop as well.

Ok facility. The problem I have is with how unsafe it is outside of their building. They do not have any lights outside the door or in the parking lot. My daughter immediately noticed it and felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I will not visit this establishment until they show a genuine concern for their customers safety. I think it’s a blatant disregard of safety. It’s 2018 (7 days from 2019) lights are available, even for the cheapest of budgets.

Just your normal bowling alley. A little dirty and dated, and when it's crowded it feels really crammed. A lot of the balls have big chips and divots in them and feel like they need to be cleaned. Overall it's a good family activity.

Love jack and jills! Especially on weekends when they do thunder alley. This location gives more of an old school bowling vibe which is awesome. Lots of lanes, good food, and a small arcade area. And they have an embroidery shop by the way which is awesome if you need anything stitched up, hidden gem!

Tried to steal an extra dollar. We went and played some pool on their tables, and they made us pay an extra dollar to get the balls back from the table or we couldn't get our collateral back (my car keys) would not recommend going if they are going to keep this up.

This is an older alley, but it's got everything you need. There's a small cafe portion if you're hungry, but it's pretty standard fare. We came with a youth group. Tips for first timers: - You can put the bumpers up automatically for your lane using the scoring machine; you can even turn them on and off by each member of your party! (e.g. so your kids can use bumpers automatically, and they'll turn off when it's your turn--if you want!) - There are metal stands you can use for younger kids so they can bowl - If you are bringing a large group, ask about their group rates - Sometimes there are coupons in the local mailers - Check the website for different daily deals. :)

It's a decent bowling alley, however the balls are super greasy, they could clean them from time to time. It was really hard to spin with the provided balls. If u have your own you will be ok.

So I went there with 3 friends. One of them didn't what to bowl but she desided to bowl after the first person bowel one time. We asked if we could add her into the game and she paid them to add her. Then after we all bowled 3-4 times the game just shut down. We told them that our game wasn't done but they told us we all Bowles 10 times. Then we went to another dude and told him what was going on. He told us that we had 2 options: we could go on the waiting list (1 and 1/2 hours wait) or we could get coupons for a free game on a different day. So we chose the coupons and he gave two of us coupons that were 2 games for the price one. So we paid for half a game. It might have been a misunderstanding but the people who worked there were really disrespectful.

Jack and Jill's has been around for such a long time, but you'd never know, it's fun and modern and is something there for everyone. It's very family friendly! Their snack bar makes some really good food! There is at least 10 lanes for bowling. They have arcade games and vending machines, and a pool table. They have a few bowling leagues that are a lot of fun.

Honestly this place needs to be Shut down the sewage in the womans bathroom is broken. This place cares more about money then heath code violations. Im sure serving food across the hall from the most potent stench of human feces isn't healthy or delicious. I'm honestly sure this is a very unsafe environment when the smell is so strong you taste its on your tongue!!

We had our work Christmas party here and enjoyed it. We reserved a room that had its own bowling lanes and was set to glow themed. We did laser tag which was a lot of fun and had average pizza and drinks provided by them. Overall a pretty good place for a work party. (Our group was about 20)

We go to this bowling alley every Thanksgiving. Our whole family has a blast! It's a bit run down but the food is good and the lanes are level. Over all, a fun evening.

We went with a group including a 9 year old, a 6 year old and two 2 year olds. We set up the bowling lane so that all the kids would have bumpers when it was their turn. It was going fine for the first few turns, but then we noticed that the bumpers weren’t coming up for the kids anymore. We went up to the desk to see if they could fix it, but the young man there said he disabled our bumpers because “we were hitting the bumpers at 20 mph and that could break them.” Really? We’ve been watching the kids bowl this whole time and every time, their balls slowly roll down the lane. We had to be persistent before they agreed to give the bumpers back. Terrible customer service, but the lanes were good and the arcade games were fun for the kids. I just wish they had handled that situation better.

I went there with three friends. One of my friends didn't want to play at first, but then she payed after we all went once. They added her name and gave her the shoes, but then after we had only went about 4 times, they shut the game down. We went over and explained what had happened, and the worker was really rude. He said that my friend didn't pay, but obviously she did because they handed her bowling shoes. They gave the lane to another person. And we went to the other worker, he told us we could wait for an hour to get a lane or we could get coupons for free next time we come, we picked the coupons, and he gave us a 2 for 1 coupon instead. So practically we payed for less than half a game. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding, but one of the workers there was really rude and disrespectful.
