Decent enough to go get some bowling in, but the restrooms are poorly cleaned and maintained and the staff is all poorly trained on how to handle customer issues, help people quickly get help, or resolve issues and follow up with the customer. So ultimately not bad, location is decent, prices are low, but I'd pay a little more for a little better experience.

We love Jack and Jill. They have a nice, clean, modern atmosphere for bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and dining. You can bowl in the regular lanes, or for a nominal fee you can upgrade to the VIP section. Either section is great. The VIP section has fluorescent lighting and is a bit darker. The scoring, lanes, equipment, and balls are as good as you’ll find anywhere. Laser tag is also fun, especially if you’re with a group. For good, clean, family entertainment Jack and Jill is top of the list. It doesn’t matter your age or ability. Spending time with friends and family is priceless.

We did a childs birthday party here. The kids loved it. I would recommend it. They have several different packages to choose from if you are doing a party or just going with a group. The strike package is awesome because you get to bowl for an hour (just enough time with 8 people) and they throw in shoe rental, a pizza, and a pitcher of soda for $40. If you add laser tag to it then you pay an extra $3 per person to play - normally $6. They are also very friendly and the VIP lanes, an extra cost, are nice without the grooves that move your bowling ball around.

We took our family of 5 on a Friday night and played two games for 50 Dollars. You can buy a small pizza for 10$ and water pitchers are a dollar a piece. It was a pretty expensive night for our family, but we had a lot of fun. My kids are 7 and under and we also rented shoes.

We love coming here to bowl when we get a chance. It's nice to do something different now and then. The employees are friendly and the place seems well kept up. It does get a little crazy on the weekends, but they have some deals for during the week. It's a fun spot.

I now find this place becoming run down. The building is decent. Restrooms are top notch. Food is alright for a bowling alley. Small arcade. Great Laser Tag arena. However with the new FatCats opening in Saratoga Springs two weeks ago, the FatCats is top notch all round. Jack and Jills is a decent place to bowl with ok prices.

Very fun. Went with some coworkers and we bowled two rounds. The announcer guy would call out Strikes on the loud speaker which made it interesting. The place was constantly cleaned so it looks good.

I've never been rushed out of a bowling alley this fast, as soon as our game ended we were still putting on our shoes before we was asked to leave, I get it your trying to run a business but we did just spend a lot of money for a round of bowling. Maybe give us 60 seconds to put are shoes on before informing us we needed to pay for another game or get out. I understand that they need to make money but at least let me get my shoes on.

I've been bowling here with the family a few times and we always have a good time. I suggest going during non-peak hours since times like Saturday night can be pretty busy. They have bumpers and the ball roller for the kids which is nice and their shoes aren't nasty :)

Went here on a Monday night. The place can handle a crowd but it was relatively quiet. The prices for bowling we're great! Check the coupon calendar before you go though, they usually have a 2 for 1. In addition to bowling they have lots of arcade games, and Lazer Tag. Fun place!

Okay, so as far as the bowling is concerned... It's in great shape, and the lanes are oiled perfectly. This is definitely a family environment, if you are looking to go have a wild fun time bowling and having a few beers while doing so... This is not your place. If you are looking to have a family friendly night then this is exactly what you are looking for. When I went, I was looking for somewhere in the middle... I just cannot give five stars to a bowling alley that does not sell a beer.

And there weren't that many people there. But other wise it's pretty fun.

However, they really could use a manager or shift leads who make sure the teens they hire actually work and aren't just flirting with the girls behind the kitchen counter or sneaking peaks at their phones.

Our group paid 80 bucks for the VIP lounge. During our 2 games, our lane (lane 24) broke down during almost every frame. Some we could reset ourselves, other times we had to wait for one of the employees to come fix it, and depending on where he was, we waited between 30 seconds to several minutes. Upon asking if we could be compensated for some of the money we spent to hang out with our friends and due to the issues we encountered frequently, that was inhibited by their faulty lane, we were told "Nope I'm sorry, but sometimes lanes break but that's too bad." Very poor experience from all aspects.

I threw a surprise birthday party for my husband here. I called ahead and reserved 4 lanes for the 18 people that would come for the party. I put in a deposit which went toward my bowling game purchase in the end. I had everyone pay their own way for the bowling and I paid for pizza and drinks. The pizza is from Noble Roman's. It's GOOD pizza. The mozzarella sticks were freakin amazing too! The only downside was that they took a bit too long getting extra pizza out when we ran out of my original order. Organizing this party WITHOUT a birthday party package worked out so much better than I thought! The staff was SO accommodating on the phone as I was setting everything up. Then they called a few days before the party to confirm everything with me! It was a great night! The building is clean and seems new. I loved that the arcade was on the opposite side of the building so as to not tempt the kids and thus drive the parents mad. Some of the staff didn't seem too thrilled to be there but didn't ooze so much negativity as to mess with our evening. Bowling was great and awesome for all ages. I'd go again for sure!!!

It's a local bowling alley, across the street from a high school. Average at best. Of course everyone working there is in high school, so the service is sub bar. Be prepared for long lines and plenty of eye rolling. We sat for a good 20 minutes waiting for a lane, while it was very clear multiple lanes we're open. This was after we'd spoke to someone, who said we'd need to wait.

This place is great for bowling, arcade games, or laser tag. We went for a team activity at work to play laser tag and even though there were only seven of us, we had a great time! They have a 2 floor arena with flashing lights, fog machines, black lights, and lots of fun laser and glow effects. During games, leaders are announced over speakers in the arena for added competition. Wednesday is pick your deal day, Thursdays you get unlimited laser tag! I would definitely go back.

Saturday March 9 two males (late twenties-early 30’s) constantly harassed two teenage girls. When reported the manager that night did nothing. After the girls left the two males (one who wore a t-shirt with a nude woman on it covered with a baseball bat) then was put in the lane next to another party of mixed girls and guys 18-20 year olds. One of the males called the one of the young adults a crude vulgar name. When again reported to the manager the group was told yeah these guys are regulars. The manager spoke to them again but did not remove them from the premises. Instead the group of young adults left deciding to forego their second game. An establishment that allows that type of sexual harassment and knows that it’s happening, has it reported and continues to allow the harassing by their patrons to continue is not a family friendly or safe place for young adults to enjoy an evening of fun. The management should be ashamed of themselves.

The bowling is super fun. The food we got was actually really good for bowling alley food. The bread sticks however were Terrible and smelled bad. The employees there are not very friendly. The college aged girls in the food portion of the building were very stuck up and didn't seem to care at all about being there. The person at the front counter was really grumpy and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Their pricing and signage is confusing. I would go back for the bowling and food but their customer service is poor

They did a great job, but be advised if you go on a major holiday be prepared to wait. Our wait was about an hour. I was impressed with the fact that they sent me a text with the wait list and how long each group had been waiting. This was very helpful.

Bowling, laser tag, arcade, pool, and food. Great for parties, I recommend paying a little extra for the VIP area. Plenty of parking, friendly employees. Some of the rental shoes aren't in the best shape, but there are lots of options when it comes to choosing a ball. The pool tables recently had new felt installed. I haven't tried the food but it looks pretty basic (pizzas and burgers).

My whole family actually loves this place. If you want a better gaming and laser tag experience, then Boondocks or Seven Peaks might be better. If you want a better bowling experience then Fat Cats might be better. However, some of those places just always seem to be too busy for me. Jack and Jill lanes has all of this together and it has never seemed too busy for me. For some reason, this ends up being the go to date for my wife and I when we go out with friends. It's great to go bowling, do some laser tag, and end with some arcade games. Overall, we love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would... I have been visiting this bowling alley almost on a daily basis for the last year to play pool with my friends. I spend on average $70 a week there on pool, food, drinks, etc. About a week ago, I purchased $10 in tokens from a kid at the back counter because their token machine was broken. When we got to the last few tokens, we noticed one was missing. We realized the kid shorted us a token so I went over to the counter to find no one there. I waited and waited, and nothing. So I stepped behind the counter, took one token, and returned to my game. I have about 8 witnesses who can confirm this. An employee came over and said I had been seen stealing tokens. I explained what happened and he said the employee should have been at his post, but next time please try to find a manager. I apologized and said no problem. Two nights ago, another employee addressed me about the issues. I again explained what happened and the employee said "wow, I would have done the same thing". But again, I apologized and said next time I will take a better effort to find a employee. Thought the issue was closed. Last night (1/31) two large men approached me in a very threatening manner and "demanded" I come speak with them. One identified himself as the owner and proceeded to physically get within 4 or 5 inches of my face and yell at me. He said I had been captured on video "stealing" and that if I ever did it again, I would be going to jail. I tried to explain to this raging guy the situation, but he would have none of it. He only cared more about puffing his chest and threatening me, saying that things "will get worse for me" if I don't comply. Bottom line is that I make a decent wage and spend a lot of money there. I do not need to "steal" anything, and in fact I did not. OK, so I guess I was wrong to step behind a counter and take one gold token THAT I PAID FOR. I guess I was wrong to do that, even though your employee who should have been back there was no where to be found. But to get in my face, puff your chest, and speak and yell to me the way they did was not only unprofessional but also testifies to the nature of how these people run their business. So for all these reviews that say everything is great, I hope you never have to experience what I did. Bottom line is that I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.

This place is such a great place for family gatherings, company parties, a great date idea, and just an overall enjoyable place! This place has laser tag, bowling, food, and even an arcade! The food served here is good quality. The staff is friendly and it's actually a clean place! Other fun centers I've been to not been very clean whereas this place is quite clean. I highly recommend coming here to have a family gathering, company party, or just a fun time!

The birthday packages are the best bang for your buck! I saved over 100 dollars compared to other allies for 3 lanes. No joke, just come here. The service was impeccable, the in house made pizza was delicious and the bowling was superb. Great lanes and people here. Highly recommend. PS if you ever get to meet "Gee" youre in for a treat. She is a spectacular employee and deserves a raise!

They have a bunch of young kids working the counter and snack bars that have no clue what customer service is. The food service is even worse then the front counter. I am writing this review after 4 straight terrible experiences here, and this will be the last time my family comes here.

Went here about a month ago for the first time and had an awesome experience. They were upfront about the wait time and texted us when the lanes were available. It is definitely worth upgrading to the VIP lanes because it was less of a wait and a less raucous environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean.

very disappointed with this location, the staff doesn't seem properly trained, nor do they seem to care about their work place or their jobs there. Also I was there bowling in the vip section and was on the tenth frame and had two throws left when i was kicked off the lane to accommodate some other group of people, not only was that a waste of my money but a lack of courtesy to myself and my party of friends i was with! will not be returning to this location or this companies bowling alleys ever again!

It's a fun place to go bowling. I think the only thing that needs Improvement was the bowling animations. They were very low quality. It felt like every time you hit the pins, the animations were so similar each time one would show up on the screen. Not a huge deal or a deal breaker but it's worth mentioning. Check the place out for yourself.

Nice bowling alley. Electronic score keeping with fun animations. Pretty clean, and not too busy.

Very fun place. A little dated, but you don’t really notice. Decent arcade and laser tag. Bowling very enjoyable. Our balls got stuck in the gutter a couple times, but that’s probably our fault and not theirs.

I would recommend this place for anybody looking for a place to celebrate a birthday. They were amazing and friendly! They do the cake, balloons, pizza, soda and up to 3 games are included in packages! Very convenient and affordable

Well oiled lanes that are great to bowl on. Decent shoes and bowling balls. Also has an arcade for kids.
