We're going to have to come back for another good time! The environment is super chill. Families can come to unwind and relax. The place is kept up, bathroom's are clean, music is current and the bowling booths are comfortable. Aside from the fact that it's about a 25 minute drive it's totally worth the price for a good time with the family! Thank you for the good experience!

Wish I could give this place 5 stars and the only thing stopping me is that I was over charged when I ordered food. I should have paid $12 for the meal but was charged $35 instead. It is also Kinda my fault for not checking my receipt and I didnt realize it until I checked my bank account days later. When I called they were willing to reimburse my card... but I needed to go back to the location because they wanted to see the physical card. This was inconvenient for me simply because I never go to that part of the valley for anything. I ended up letting them keep the money. Ill def check my receipt next time. Other then this issue. Everything else was great! Kids had a great time and it was super cheap to bowl!!

I went to Fat Cats with my family on July 10. I'm a senior citizen and I have problems with my back. I looked all around for a place to sit and all I see are these tall chairs. I couldn't climb up on one of those! So I went outside and sat on the steps. It would really be nice if you were able to get easier sitting chairs than the tall ones.

Super fun place for kids and adults! They have summer specials on bowling which makes for a cheap activity. They have a large variety of arcade games that are fun for kids of all ages. They also have a miniature golf course that I have yet to try but will be going back to experience soon. They have tasty food and a nice, clean facility.

Tilson - We had our office party last night at Fat Cats. The staff was amazing, very friendly, very helpful! They had the food prepared and set out at the time we expected. They were very professional and friendly. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your office, I would recommend coming here. The servers were amazing. Ashley and Aspen the Events Coordinators were very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for an amazing fun night!

My kids and I have been going to fat cats since it first opened up. We love going there. The bowling alley is state of the art. The arcade is super fun. And the pizza is awesome. The kids at the front desk can sometimes be a bit challenged but usually they are very nice and helpful.

I loved this location until last night, staff was incredibly rude and made it very clear that even though we cooperated with their requests due to a policy change that they DIDNT HAVE TO SERVE US, from there it just got worse due to the bartender who clearly doesn’t understand what bartending is.she felt the need to not ask us to leave in person but instead calling us a police escort. Even after talking to the police they agreed that Being there was a total waste of time and they shouldn’t have been called in the first place.long story short, if you have a group of people bowling and want to drink without getting ID checked every hour and a half don’t come here.

It was a good time with a relaxed crowd. I went for a networking night and they treated us as well as anyone, it was fantastic. Fairly attentive staff as well, next to no issues while visiting FatCats for a fun night of bowling. The only thing I saw was a pitcher of water fell and took some time before it was cleaned up. Even so, it wasn't an uncomfortably long time. I recommend visiting this FatCats!

We went just for the arcade and it happened to be half off so our ten dollar card went really far! Our two kids had tons of fun and we’re actually able to get some good prizes at the end! We didn’t even spend all our tickets so we’re saving them for next time. Very fun, though we accidentally stayed up past bedtime cause they were having so much fun! Haha:)

This place has a great 80s vibe and prices are really decent. The glow golf courses are quite beautiful but easy. They have a good selection of arcade games. On Wednesdays arcade games are half price. The food isn't the best, but the ambiance certainly makes up for it.

My friends and I went down to Fat Cats for the afternoon/evening since they have several options for fun and they also server beer. We played mini golf, ate some food and hung out and had fund. I can say there are a good amount of things you can do in there. There is bowling, mini golf, arcade, pool, etc. We played mini golf, and although there are only 10 holes, it was still very fun, especially since it’s in the dark, with black lights for lighting and has themes. Very fun and challenging especially when your friends are a little drunk, makes it all the more fun. I will say the food is pretty decent, depending on what you get. The nachos were okay, the fries were surprisingly good, and so were the wings, highly recommend those, and the pizza was also okay. The ice cream was actually really good, recommend the rocky road looking one; cannot recall the name at the moment. Over all, I would recommend Fat Cats if you’re looking to enjoy your time with family or friends, and not spend too much money; I know i enjoyed it

The 99¢ deal during the summer is awesome but this makes the location a little too big for its britches considering the help that isn't working. Although there are PLENTY of people behind the counter, they couldn't care less if you have an issue. Balls kept getting stuck in the return for bowling. This wouldn't have been a big deal but it was our personal ball and at one point, it took 3 turns for it to return. When we let staff know, the response was, "Oh, it's getting stuck?" and they turned around. Our ball came out WAY too greasy from the return. Playing mini golf would be a fun and quick experience but by time you get to the 3rd hole, you've made a batch of duck butter due to no AC. Listen. After a game of mini golf, you think you're in a Savanna swamp. It's horrible! This wasn't a good experience and i'm not sure we would return, even with the cheap prices. Cheap prices DO in fact sometimes mean bad quality. This was a shinning example.

Any time we decide to go bowling or do mini golf, my family and I come here. We've been coming for years and the lanes are always well maintained, the facilities are clean and fun, and we have a blast. Booking lanes (when necessary) is simple and affordable and the mini golf courses are fun without dragging on too long--even with small children. :) We'll be back, all the time!

Can't really rate this fun for families place as I only dealt with the bowling portion. The lanes seemed to be well taken care of, however during the daytime hours the staff at the bowling desk seem clueless about how to help you when the pinsetters need adjustment, or your ball does not return, and when bowling pins are outside the machine sweepers teach. I hope that they have better trained people for the bowling leagues!

A fun and inexpensive way to spend the afternoon. The prizes we could redeem with our tickets ranged from candy to small keychain and dinosaur figures which the kids love. We did mostly arcade games but they also have bowling with the pop up bumpers.

The arcade was so fun for all our kids and the games are pretty generous with tickets which was fun for them. Doug was awesome with the kids. We’ve done bowling and mini golf, but this was the first arcade experience and it didn’t disappoint!

Absolute worst service ever. Paid for a party room which included a host and had to host everything myself. Had to go look for the server to even refill drinks. She lounged in the office the whole time. It’s definitely not worth the money. If you ever want to host a party go elsewhere.

Went for bowling with a group. Got lane 35 - it broke CONSTANTLY. Had to go and talk to staff at least 6 times to get it working. They were accommodating and added extra time to our slot, but it was really irritating. Alos, no computers by lanes to enter names or manually reset lane. They should really update this place. Staff was great, but they need to clean up unused tables and the floor quicker.

We were able to take our family to Fat Cats tonight. We played mini golf & played some arcade games. It was busy, but it was a Saturday night. But the line went quickly. Some of the arcade game were out of order but we found others that were working & my girls had a ton of fun!

The facility is fine, but whatever system is in place to run the show is severely lacking. It’s a busy Saturday night so a wait is completely expected and reasonable - What isn’t, is being asked to wait in four different lines because the staff isn’t communicating. In one of the lines we were very specifically told to wait in, once we got up to the counter the attendant walked away without a word and left us standing there for just short of 10min. Once we finally got someone back over, we were asked to go in another line. Later, we ordered food, and after waiting 30-40min we were told our order had been lost and would have to be restarted. I am EXTREMELY unimpressed with 90% of the staff members, who were very obviously avoiding customers and avoiding working, and likely causing a lot of the back up. The other 10% were running around trying to manage everything which is really unfair and needs corrected. While I appreciate very much those few staff members who gave their best help (one in particular was named Tyler, who despite being bombarded with customers and complaints, was friendly and corrected the issue immediately), we had a really disappointing night out and will never come back here.

Service was terrible. I walked in and waited at the front counter while all 3 employees had their backs turned to me. When I was noticed I still didn't get any service. I walked around to the other side and was told I'd be helped on the register that I had been waiting at. As I walk back the lady proceeded to help right away a group that had just walked through the door about 5 min after me. She took a while helping them then finally got me set up with mini golf. I then proceeded to get a drink from the bar and waited 8 minutes to receive a half a tall beer because the keg ran out and was told " here you go I just charged you a small" very dissatisfied with the service but the mini golf was very fun.

She had to go get more pizza, plates, forks and napkins. I was going to plan my daughters birthday in January but after seeing the lack of service from any of the employees I will never come back!

If you check out their website it gives you great options for larger families! Great when we go with a group of people. It’s always been clean and staff have been helpful. There’s plenty of parking and entertainment for all ages like 4 and up. They replaced a lot of their games a year or two ago and we like them. They have pool tables and the good has always been fresh.

FatCats is a great place to go have fun! It's great to go with family, friends, and even a date night! I love the arcade games they have and they switched their games from taking tokens to using a card you load money onto and swipe at any game you want to play! I do miss having tickets come out of the machines when you won, but its definitely more friendly to our environment having them loaded onto your card! They have arcade games, bowling, pool and yummy food plus a bar if you want a drink! I've been going here for many years and its always on the top of my list when trying to pick a fun place to go! Highly recommend!

Terrible service, workers act as if they didn’t care. Bowling game was malfunctioning, we were waiting for the game to get fixed after it broke for 5 minutes, went to talk to the employee to fix it, 20 minutes later, still broken, asked again, 10 more minutes, asked again, and finally after the fifth time, 40 minutes later, it’s finally fixed, which was a just a simple reset that should’ve only taken 2 minutes max. Employees are careless, absolutely terrible.

Wasn’t a good experience. Spent over $300 bucks on a party for my daughter and we were suppose to have a Host. The guy kept disappearing and so our drinks kept running out and I finally went to the front desk to say something, well they have like 10 year olds working there so they just looked at me like I was stupid when I asked where the party host was. Anyways I left my daughter and her 10 friends at the lanes so I could go track this dude down and still couldn’t find him.. it doesn’t stop there..my friend went to the food bar to order wings and the guy at the register forgot how much change he owed back so she had to tell him and then after waiting for an hour she goes to check and they haven’t even started making them!! The guy tells her that he forgot if she wants to order food then the party host has to approve her order!! Like, are you serious? She already paid!!! It was just a bad experience over all and when I am paying TOP dollar for a birthday party, I expect at least somewhat good service. The place is pretty dirty and the pizza you get isn’t worth the price. I would choose something else when booking your next birthday party or event.

Food was actually pretty good but watch out for the service. We had to beg for silverware and refills. Alfredo arrived ten minutes after cold bread sticks and one of the kids pizzas showed up ten minutes after the others. They comped the late pizza but by then we were done. Would have preferred good service.

The associate asked me to give a stellar review to help them out but I just can't, we stood there for ten minutes as she helped others and than walked off just to come back to us and say "what's up?" So we paid for our round of mini golf (8 holes really?) And then she must have forgot to give us both the ball and putter because we stood there for a few more minutes until having to ask for the tools to complete said game of mini golf......I mean I wasn't expecting the utmost stellar service but at least not forgetting the two things needed to complete the shady game of "glow golf"......not thinking I'm going to return to this establishment in the future.

Time and time again we are put on a lane in between obnoxious families with a million kids when there are literally empty lanes all over. I just don’t get why they don’t spread everyone out. Especially when these parents have zero control over their children. #badparenting Anyways we do love the 99c bowling it’s just unfortunate that the customer service and environment are terrible.

The bathrooms were very gross and half of the arcade games didn't work. You couldn't interact with the displays so if you had more than 4 people bowling and you wanted to see the 1st or 5th person's scores, you couldn't until enough people bowled to reveal it. The pizza was okay. All Star lanes will definitely be my go-to now. Honestly I'd have given it 2 stars but there was 1 employee who redeemed it and made me wish there was enough good in it to merit going back. My brother thought he'd left his battery pack there and was panicking. We'd already made it home and couldn't go back but I called to ask if they'd found it. Sheldon picked up. I think he could hear the worry in my voice and he searched the lost and found as well as our lane and couldn't find it. He was so great that he said he felt bad they couldn't find it and offered to give us a replacement if we came in and asked for him. Luckily my brother found it in his bowling bag so we didn't need to get a replacement but that was a wonderful thing to offer and I very much appreciated it. I told everyone who came with me about it so they can use that in their decision to go back. Thanks again Sheldon! You're awesome!

Great for what it is. It's a bowling alley with some added activities. These include an arcade, miniature golf and billiards. The place is clean, they have wheelchair access, bathrooms and they sell food. Bowling and miniature golf are reasonably priced, but the food is a bit pricey for what it is. Over all its a nice place to take the family for a night out.

Fun bowling and music. Had a great time! Arcade uses a convenient card system for loading tokens. The service consisted of kids who hated being there though. Very unhelpful and lifeless. I wish I would have taken a picture so you could peer into the face of puerile misery. When I asked questions they stared at me blankly; not a single blink. I'm under the impression that if you get too close to the counter they might try to eat your brains.

I love this place. They have indoor black light mini golf. The arcade games are super fun I love the reloadable credit card thing they use instead of cash and tickets. Also bowlers aren't super aggressive League players like at other places. It's just a fun place.

Literally just happened 5 min ago. They have a great deal for miniature golf, if you come before 8 it’s only $1. Great idea right? Imagine how disappointed we were when we got in line around 7:50 with our grandma and a child and waited 17 minutes in line, only to be told that since it was 8:07 we could not get the discount and instead of $5 it was $15. What makes it worse is that the worker was training a girl on the register which is why it took so long for us to get through the line which was not long AT ALL. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I mean I would understand 15 min after the hour or even 10–not SEVEN minutes. And only because a new worker was being trained. What a great way to start off that new cashier’s ideals of Fat Cats customer service. Will not be coming back. One star.

Clearly intended for children to have fun and the adults to manage. The mini-putt was a 9-hole and broken joke and bowling had a hour or longer wait. Half of the bowling lanes were "reserved" for the entire hour we were there with no one using them. This place needs some looking into for time management.

Went here for my birthday and had a lot of fun! Everything is very clean and well kept, compared to other bowling alleys. I never had an issue with the operation of our lane. The arcade was nice and fun and the pizza was alright. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get out for a night of fun with friends or for birthday parties! They offer half priced arcade on wednesdays.

I ordered a bread twist and after 40 minutes I went to see what had taken so long. There was a wrapped bread twist sitting on the pass and when I asked the employee about my missing one- he grabbed it and said it had just came out. I knew this was not true because the bread stick was stone cold.

Lots of fun! Had a great time playing some arcades while waiting for bowling and a great time bowling. Well maintained and clean. We went on a Friday night which isn't the cheapest time to go but reasonable prices. They do some great deals as well if you look for them.

Usually it's awesome. They have the half priced Wednesday. Last night there were dozens of unsupervised teenagers who decided they were just going to run my kid over to get to games before him so they didn't have to wait. It was ridiculous. If that's how kids are going to behave they NEED an adult. I recommend making some rules.

Over crowded, charged for bowling shoe rental then didnt have shoes and they wouldn't refund the $ for rentals. Had a 10 YO, 5 YO & 3YO and the lightest ball was 10lbs. Miserable time! Mini golf was a joke also!!! OMG never again!!!!!!!!! ARCADE $0.75 TO $3 each game!!!

I went with my friend to play Pool and i found out, there's only one table and its 21+ so my friend have a Utah privilege licence and the guy was I can't asept the licence!! I got mad at the guy!!

This is a fun place for families to come & have a great time, or even fun for a date night or fun for teens to hang out. We played mini golf & the arcade games and our kids had a blast! It is nice & clean inside. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the service at the front desk was a bit slow. But we had a great time and plan to go back! Great prices too.

Pretty middle-ground bowling alley, but nice! It fits somewhere between a high-end place you might find at a major mall and a run of the mill middle-america alley. The glow golf is a nice little addition, and I'm glad the charge is by the hour rather than the game. Seems like they have a nice enough arcade area, too. It would be nice to have some garbage cans in the golf area as some lazy players had left cans and other refuse in a couple spots. Only real complaint would be it took forever to get two orders of nachos and I had to go back to get a pitcher that never came. But on the bright side, the overfried nachos had that petina of carbon that only bowling alley nachos can have

Pretty cool little spot to take the kids to. The mini golf is black light, it is short and sweet. I am not a fan of the card system for games and when it came to cashing in the tickets, the staff seemed rather annoyed they had to stop what they were doing to assist the growing number of people at the prize station.

Great place for family fun. We went during there 99cents summer long special. Bowling was 99 cents per person per game. Bowling shoe rentals was 99 cents per person. They're 9 Hole mini golf was 99 cents per person. I would not recommend bowling 3 games with 2 adults and 2 children, just takes to long. I would recommend 1 or 2 games at most.

Line out the door with only one person running one of their registers while five other employees dance the Macarena, we needed help on our lane and were told to get into the line. Over 20 minutes of our time wasted, time we were paying for. Doesn't seem like good customer service.

We played the glow in the dark golf. It's fun but not very long. It's a 9 hole. Very friendly workers. Very clean but just be prepared to spend more money for doing something else since the golf only takes 20 minutes.

We had a blast. My daughters are six and four and we had dinner before hand and then spent our time at the arcades. Everything was working which was great. One thing I would love for them to do a little more of is cleaning the machines. But overall good experience.

The woman who runs the party services, Ashley, has always been very helpful, responds to emails and voice messages promptly and has been accommodating when we’ve had some scheduling problems. Came here for a fun family night out. It's a great place with many different activities. We had a good hour bowling and the kids had a wonderful time. However, we did experience some glitches on our bowling screen. It kept freezing and the staff had to reset several times. Wish they could've moved us to another lane, but they didn't. The arcade area had a wide selection of games but a few machines were out of order. Hope it'll be better next time we come.
