I’ve been to a lot of bowling alleys in my day and Fat Cats is by far the best. When I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and nice. They had checked up on us to see if we were doing well and if we wanted anything else. The facility was extremely clean and very well organized. Along with it being well maintained, it is located in a super cool and fun spot that has costa vida (inside of it, so you can get food), rancheritos, and Einstein bagel bro’s. They also have a variety of foods that you can eat. We had the pizza and it was delicious. My group and I had a lot of fun and we would go back for the Fat Cats experience again.

This place is a good place to go bowling. Everytime I've been, the bowling lanes are clean, the people are nice. It's a fun place to go to. They have an arcade when you walk in. They have Costa Vida built in, so you can grab some food while you're bowling.

My family was visiting from out of state and I decided to take my little bro here one night. Hadn't been to a Fat Cats so wasn't sure what to expect, though I expected it to be pretty pricey. To my surprise everything was extremely reasonably priced, they have a summer deal going on so everything was much cheaper than expected. Good bowling alley, billiard tables and very friendly staff. The arcade is small but it has a few good machines and the VR setup they've got makes up for it in my opinion. Very cool place, will be returning!

Bowling Lane broke soon after arriving and it took half an hour to get them to fix it after repeatedly asking. Nothing majorly wrong with it, just not very reliable

If I could put a “NO STAR” I would. I called & was told I couldn’t reserve a lane. When I got there several lanes were reserved through event planning. Wasn’t given an option. The young man told me that it was a 2 hour wait. As I was asking my wife if she wanted to wait they told the lady behind me that it was a 35 minute wait and put her on the list. When I asked why they said they wanted only one lane. I told him that’s all I wanted & I was put on the list behind the lady behind us in line. I was told it be a 40-45 minute wait. It has now been 1 hour & 50 min. And was told that people have gone online and was pushed ahead of us. We have been coming here at least twice a month for the past 3 years. We will NEVER come back. I am at the Miracle Bowl & am treated with a lot more respect. They told us 35 min wait and got our lane in 22 min. We were treated with a lot more courtesy and respect. As I said you have lost a loyal customer for good

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Their lanes aren't working properly, they aren't resetting, they sweep over and over without placing the pins down and they are dropping 9 pins instead of 10. After every throw, you have to go to the counter to have the thing fixed.

The lanes did not work. The sweeper got stuck 5 times. It wasted at least a game of our time. About 45 minutes of time. They took forever to fix it. When we went to ask the front desk if there was any way we could get a refund, they didn’t give us anything. Just a waste of money and time.

Bowling was pricey for what it was. We took our kids and had bumpers. Part of the bumpers were broken so my 5 year old kept getting balls stuck inbetween the gutter and the bumper. The lane we had was glitchy. It kept knocking pins down and having us bowl 3x for no reason.

Fat Cat's is Fat Cat's... It is often busy with long waits. When we called this time we were told there were no reservations and it is first come first serve. They do their best to get you into a lane quickly and managed to get our initial hour + 15 min wait to about 30 mins. Shoes are in varying condition and they don't have enough for littles on busy days. They were nice and helpful.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars to be honest. You pay an exorbitant amount of money for a lane that stays frozen/stuck half the time. So if you’re paying by the hour, good luck! (: also, got several strikes and it always only counted it as 9 pins... when you get a strike with the orange pin in front, you get a free game. I have the voucher for it and I’m not even going to use it because it was so awful.

The edges of the lanes are waaaayyyy too slanted, dumping it into the gutter if you get anywhere near it. Fine if you bowl straight, but seeing as I, and many other people like to curve, getting very close to the edges, the lanes were garbage. Still super crowded though, even on a Tuesday, so...... Run-down is the word that comes to mind. My wife and I did the whole experience today (eating, bowling, vr). First, the positive: most of the staff were very polite, nice and accommodating. Now, the not so great: the lanes seem to be braking down. Our lane's pin setter didn't work quite right, and as such our scores were not accurate. It would drop pins or not pick them up, etc. We did not use bumpers but I saw many others around us having issues with the bumpers. We also did the vr experience which was definitely not the greatest. We were told to wait on the bench and that someone would be with us as soon as there was an opening. There were several people ahead of us when we got there. We ended up waiting about 40 min before someone even came by and we had to flag them down when they did. Everyone in front of us had given up on getting their money's worth and left. Turns out there had been two open booths the whole time. We finally got in and I went to play the first game and one of the buttons was not working so I pushed the call attendant button. I waited for several min of precious time and no one came, so I had to try and find a game that didn't use that button. not the greatest vr experience I have had. Minor note, but they also don't wipe down the gear after each use.

My husband and daughter tried out the virtual reality games tonight and had a lot of fun with the experience. Afterwards, we played a game of bowling and had a great time. The fries and wings from the snack bar were also super delicious! My only complaint is that the first VR booth malfunctioned, and we spent some time waiting for it to be fixed before moving to another. That and our bowling lane kept resetting with missing pins. But the employees were very helpful in correcting both issues.

None of the lanes work - They bought new pins and they are too small for the machines. The setting machines knock the pins over so you can't get a spare. The people next to us had a score of 171 on frame 3. It added the last players game to their game. The employees told them "that's just how it is some times" and refused to fix or help. The employees said there is no time frame to repair any of it and told us to live with it!

I hadn't been here in years so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had completely redone the place! The seating space between lanes is pretty tight and there weren't enough light-weight bowling balls for the number of young families that were there bowling :) That said, if you ask the front desk, they will give you up to two light-weight bowling balls (think 6lbs or lighter). All in all, fun vibe, clean and family friendly!

we had 3 lanes for our large group (17 guys) and everyone had a great time. We're easy to please, as customers go. but the 4 pizzas we got were a bad idea. It's like they let a 6 year old make them. There was 3x too much sauce, and you had to hunt for pieces that actually had even a single piece of pepperoni. So there was lots leftover because nobody was eating it.

Great atmosphere, plenty of lanes, and a reasonable price. This may not seem like a big deal to many people, but I really like fat cats because they know how to do a bowling alley. The bowling balls of all weights have finger hole sizes for everyone, rather than just assuming that someone using a lighter ball must have smaller hands (or conversely, that a heavier ball means larger hands!). They have some really good deals running, too. I love going there on Tuesday nights.

They have really cheap prices for summer, which was great and definitely the reason we chose here over another place. However, they need to do some serious updating to their equipment, shoes, etc. Our lane continually broke down on us, making our game much longer than it needed to be. Every time the lane broke (at least a dozen times or more during 1 game), it would mess up scores and not count pins right. This alley doesn't have updated equipment, and there's no way to adjust your scores yourself to correct things. It was super frustrating to those of us that were semi experienced bowlers. We finally asked to be moved to another lane when one opened. The new lane broke down fewer times, but still had struggles. Probably won't be back here for a while.

Always busy and the shoes are getting worn down so that the front of the sole sags which can cause you to snag on the ground as you go to throw your bowling ball. Went to go change for a new pair and they gave me one that was just slightly better. Time for an upgrade on the shoes! Or repair them! The new black couches are pretty sweet though! Also, y'all should make a rule of putting your bowling balls back before accepting the shoes. A large party that was there next to us left every bowling ball of theirs they had for us to put back for them. I know that's not fat cats but it was a douchey move that could save your staff some time and make for a better experience if you ask the guests as they leave to put their own balls back.

There were about four or five time were we had to stop playing and find someone who could fix our lane. They weren't very helpful and not super kind. We won't be back.

Not really worth the money. Pizza had little to no cheese on it. Paid for a party because I was told I could not reserve lanes and that the time I wanted to come was a busy time. There were maybe 3 other occupied lanes during my entire party and the deal I got was not very good. Regular bowling was 99 cents per game and I paid $13 per person. Definitely won’t do that again.

I really struggled to be patient tonight. This is the third time in a row that I’ve been to Fat Cats and ended up doing more “waiting for them to fix the lane” than actual bowling. We were there for 2 hours tonight and probably spent 45 minutes bowling. I try to be patient because I know it’s busy and I do love coming here but after the fifth time the sweep jammed, and after playing most of the night with only 7-9 pins dropping down each time I am just thoroughly disappointed. I will say, the kid who kept going and trying to fix the issue deserves a serious raise. I don’t remember his name, but he spent the whole night just trying to get our lane working. Anyways I’m leaving it at two stars because I do love coming here, but it’s time to update your equipment, the lanes break down all the time. No seriously, every time I’m there. Maybe I have bad luck.

The wait for lanes for a Friday night, did seem organized and quick. Really bummed out that most of the arcade games are almost always broken. Token machine was also broken. Not my favorite place, but is fun for the kids!
