Great place to take the kids. They have bowling, laser tag, arcade games. There is a few restaurants in the same building if you get hungry. Everything does cost money to do. Be sure to take advantage of any specials going on especially in the summer where they have $1 for laser tag, or bumper cars. The arcade games are fun, and they have the card system where you load money through a machine, and then you can scan your card on the card reader to play the game.

Fun games and usually a great place to go, but unfortunately tonight the worker with the name Faith was extremely rude to my autistic brother and told him he needed to hurry up when picking his prizes before they were even closed. I guarantee she could have spared 5 extra minute past 12 instead of being awfully rude and rolling her eyes after everything! Not pleased with the service. Someone shouldn’t work at a family friendly arcade if you can’t have patience for five minutes! Also a lot of the machines were “out of service” tonight.

I love this place. The bowling after 9 p.m. is the best deal $8 all you can bowl till 1 a.m. including rental for shoes the only downfall to this place is they charge an arm and a leg for food and for drinks. So eat dinner somewhere else and go there for fun especially the bowling near bowling lanes are wonderful heads and shoulders above anywhere else I have bowled.

It was a little difficult getting the party actually set up. I called, no answer. I left a voice message, no return call. I filled out the form on the website, no email response. Called again end of day, picking a different choice on the phone menu, to be told there was no one who could book a party at work that day. They took a message and I did get a call back next day. Everything else went fairly smoothly. Service at the Ogden location was fantastic during the party. Decorations were simple, but adequate (colored balloons). Our hostess was friendly and attentive. She gave us a schedule for the event and everything flowed on schedule. Food was delivered on time, pitchers of soda were refreshed often. Extra food was boxed up and the space all cleared at the end while the kids were still playing in the arcade. So when we finished we just collected our things and left. Everyone had fun. I would do it again, just book a little earlier.

We visited the arcade and it was fun, but a lot of their games were out of order, after about $5 worth of games we were done. Also, I’ve worked in two separate “fun centers” myself, and I can say from experience they way you interact with customers means a lot. You are the first and last face they see during a visit, you are basically the face of the company to them, it is your job to greet them and make them feel excited to be there. The girl who helped us at the register wasn’t rude by any means, she did her job great, but she barely talked to us, never made eye contact, and didn’t smile once. At the end of the transaction there was no “thank you” or “have fun” which isn’t really a big deal but we just stood there awkwardly when she was done ringing us up because we thought there was more to do. It wasn’t just this cashier though, a lot of the staff was just standing around chatting. In my past jobs I have worked on arcade games, they aren’t hard to fix and a lot of the ones that were out of order could be back up and running in a few minutes. (Side note: don’t play the games where you toss balls ie: the cup pong game, jug toss, or the one where you hit the clowns down. They need to be refilled with more balls especially since they are timed games. You spend the entire turn waiting for the balls to be returned so you can keep throwing them. It ends up being a waste of money.) But back to the staff. The girl who helped us at redemption was super nice, patient, and helpful. She was the best worker there! I can’t remember her name but she had short dark hair. Workers in settings like this should be more like her. Maybe we just came on a “off” night, but I can’t imagine a company that is selling family entertainment wouldn’t train their staff to have high energy and positive attitudes. Overall this is a good place and I’ve had fun here before, but it has a lot of room for improvement. Mainly with what they expect from their staff members.

Walking into the building it was nice and clean. Not too loud as an overall game place. We didn’t know where to go there were no clear signs posted. We finally found a desk in the middle of the room. I stood at the cash register for a good few minutes before the woman and gentleman on the other side of the counter realized I was standing there waiting to be assisted. The games we did play were rather dirty but they worked.

Dirt cheap deals during the summer. Weekdays until 8pm - $1 laser tag, $1 bowling, $1 shoe rental! Great cheap way of keeping entertained! Games are in good working order and all of the equipment is kept in good shape.

Fat Cats Ogden is always a great way to get out of the heat of summer and enjoy .99¢ bowling until 8:00pm Monday through Thursday and then after 8:00pm, $8 unlimited bowling! Enjoy some snacks from Fat Cats Grill including pizza, burgers chicken tenders or choose from appetizers and sides. Our only issue that we had today was waiting for the one single cashier taking care of every guest. We waited for shoes for about five minutes. Other than that Fat Cats Ogden is the place to be on a hot summer afternoon!

One star is very generous. Several arcade games have been removed to make room for a few pool tables that were placed so close together that two people can't walk through at the same time. Of the remaining arcade games, nearly HALF were out of order! The bowling alley wasn't any better with our Lane not activating and the pin-setter not resting the pins during each frame. I used to take my kids all the time and I'm not sure what happened, but it's now rundown, dirty and neglected like a dumpster fire full of sadness.

We spent our time in the arcade. It's your typical "play-for-tickets" affair. The selection of games here is a bit thin, but there was enough to keep us entertained for about an hour and a half. They have a more system for keeping track of credits spent an tickets won- you get a swipe card before toy start playing, load it up with credits, swipe it at each game to play and it keeps track of all the tickets you win. Pretty convenient. The venue was clean, the staff was friendly, presentable and helpful, and it wasn't too noisy. I don't have any problem recommending this place.

It looks like a nice place once you get in, but the bowling lanes keep getting stuck and the only way to fix it is to talk to an employee, but there’s not enough employees to handle the amount of people in the place so good luck fixing your game in a timely manner by the time the fix your game you lost about 15 minutes of the 1 hour game. Had the lane i was on get stuck 5 times in the same game. Overall nice place but horrible bowling lanes and bad costumer service.

Negative reviews aren’t really my thing, but this experience was bad enough to warrant saying something. First off, the layout and finding our way to the bowling check in was a little difficult. When we did get there, the employee (who was new but we could tell had sufficient training to know how to put people on a waitlist) was not busy and looked right at us several times before actually offering to help. After checking in to bowl and get told our wait time we go and try to navigate all of the “Out of Order” games to find a couple working ones to play. Little luck there. We’re told our lane is ready and go back to the bowling station. Same employee is there. We wait patiently and every time he looks at us I do the little eyebrow raise and pleasant smile as to say “we’re patiently waiting for you” and he just continues on cleaning shoes. Multiple pairs. Multiple minutes. I finally tell him we were called about our lane and he says “Ok cool” and keeps cleaning shoes while making it look like he’s looking for another person to help out with something. Another worker comes and gets us checked in and then sends us BACK to the first guy for shoes, where again we do the polite smile and eyebrow raise and are greeted with an avoiding glance. I wish I could say that it was just the one bad staff member but we tried to get service from multiple other staff members and were treated with the same avoiding glances. Eventually we ended up ordering food which gave two of my three kids food poisoning. It’s 2:17 am and I’m angry enough to write this review between vomit episodes.... thanks Fat Cats... I understand that the Weber State Football team is cool and all, but don’t treat your other patrons, who are likely paying a much higher per-person rate than the football team, like trash just because the team is there.

For being a boss he doesn’t care about his employees he is the biggest gossiper this place has more than a girl and gets mad at employees for speaking up for themselves. I called today to ask a question about one of there specials, was told that yes they had that special today. I went in a few hours later and I guess were told later they were not honoring the special. I asked to speak with the manager since they were the one that answered the phone. She came over and apologized and explained they were told later that they were not supposed to honor it but they would honor it today because of the misunderstanding. The manager that answered the phone and helped later were the same person, her name is Maggie and she is awesome! Thanks again for a great family night!
