Great customer service!! We had gone to another bowling alley and were not treated very friendly when we brought a birthday cake inside. Ben Lomond Lanes said a cake was no problem, gave us a private room to celebrate the birthday girl's birthday in and made our experience great. 10 out of 10!

Ben Lomond Lanes was a fun environment for my family to bowl because it didn't smell like a bar. The things that were inconvenient were, that the snack bar doesn't accept a debit or credit cards, and the balls that were under 10lbs had tiny holes only for little kids but my wife wanted to use an 8lb ball but couldn't.

Great dedicated bowling alley. No laser tag. No glow in the dark golf. No kids running around screaming. Just a good place to bowl and have a few beers. Lanes are well maintained. Good pin action.

Went on a Sunday evening, great place. It was understaffed, but place was clean, and well run! $1.50 for a game, and $1.50 for shoe rentals for Sunday's.

I had taken my grandchildren bowling the day before at another multiplex place, but it was expensive for me. Ben Lomond, was and, is what bowling is supposed to be like. (Affordable)! The two younger children had stepped all over the lanes at the other place, but once they stepped on the lanes at Ben Lomond. They learned not to cross the line or run down the lane. All in all they love bowling now and are learning about winning and losing. Not everyone wins, but at Ben lomond lanes we were all winners lol.

Only place locally I know of that has the equipment to drill your bowling ball for you if you have your own blank. And cheap too! Most places I've been to its $40+ which is way over priced! When I went recently it was a flat $25. Good work too.

We have great memories of bowling here in high school. Took our kids and some friends for a night of bowling. Pretty disappointed in how run down it feels. No music, employees were grumpy and seemed like it was a bother to have us. The kids enjoyed bowling though.

Its an older style bowling alley. The lanes, balls, and pins have seen many hours of play. The staff members are very friendly. Sunday is a cheap day for bowling and the best overall value. I visit this location weekly. Just a great place for family bowling!

The snack bar there is amazing. They have the best cook. One of the best burgers in town and the mesquite chicken sandwich is out of this world. Oh and it's a blast bowling there as well!

Ben lomond lanes is one of the more difficult alleys to bowl at in the area. This is a compliment. There lanes are kept in great working order and rarely fail. The staff remembers regulars and treats you like friends. The cafe is cash only but a great value.

Lanes are frequently oiled; USBC sanctioned site. Seating area dim and old, but perfunctory. Snack bar has best burgers tho pricey ~$6, and best peanut-butter bars. Salads are very limited in ingredients and flavor and overpriced.

The place was a decent bowling alley. The price is the most attractive quality. It is cheaper than any of the surrounding bowling alleys. It's also not as nice as the other bowling alleys. The mail attendant there seemed very short when going to pay and adding questions on the phone

I will never go here and will make sure to advice friends and family not to go. Cheap prices yes but never available. I call a day ahead and was told they reserved a lane for my family and I, but once we were all there they told us they had no lanes due to league games. Not family friendly at all. Rather pay more for better service, especially since the employee had an attitude about the reservation

Good family fun! Everything was up-to-date and modern, clean and well run. There weren't many people there when we went, so we had the place pretty much to ourselves. The scoring system was really easy to use.
