We were a party of 45, we rented the VIP room to celebrate a birthday. The staff was phenomenal. Derrick one of our servers was extremely friendly and very attentive. Colon ensured that all of our needs were met. We had the mexican buffet and it was very good "American made mexican food." I absolutely recommend the venue to anyone wanting to celebrate a family friendly event.

Great place to have fun with friends and family. Make sure you secure your lane. No RSVPs allowed, it is first come first serve. Food is OK... Bowling is much fun and the arcades, rock climbing and laser tag add to it. Recommend.

Pretty nice, fairly newish bowling center. It has a bank of pinball machines, a rare find and big draw for me. Disappointed that there are no pool tables though

We went there to play in the arcade and bowl, both which are perfect for kids, family, and date nights. The lines for some of the arcade attractions can get long, but you can watch while you wait. I would definitely recommend coming here to have lots of fun!

The infrastructure and hardware is there for an amazing time. However the execution is supplied by teenagers. Therefore its very mixed, from the enthusiastic to the apathetic. One member of staff (front desk) greeted me with "Hello, how can I help you this evening" and with a smile. Another, seemingly tired, staff member (lazer tag) begrudgingly walked to me and met me with "What?". Where are the teenagers from Chic Fila staff when you need them???

Went for an after work happy hour. Pleasantly surprised by the beer selection on tap and the wings. The bruschetta was tasty. Didn't bowl or any games. Just ate, drank, and socialized.

This place is not just for bowling. It has food arcade games, bumper cars, laser tag and even a restaurant. Awesome place to spend a day on the weekend with your family and friends.

The restaurant needs help.About half of our party of 7 was served at least 10 minutes ahead of the other half.This happened for the meal and dessert. Our intent was to eat together, not in shifts.Also we had to ask a couple of times for silverware

This place is a blast, however be very aware of how much you spend. Particularly the machines to purchase points for your cards. We thought we were spending 100.00 for a family of four to have points added to the cards and we ended up adding 100.00 for each card. After bowling, eating, game cards we walked out of there after 3 hours having spent 650.00.

Today was my son's 9th birthday. I payed $570for food and games. It was one of the worst experience I ever had. Starting from service to management. We had trouble with our bowling alley. Time for bowling was never redeemed. food was delayed for quite a while, no one was helping with the cleaning up or serving guests. We complained to management about the service. He said can add some some extra points to the play cards as a way to make up for the bad service some. At the end of the party I hear from parents that the points were never added to the cards. My son played a game and the tickets were not added to the card. We went to ask for help. Manger said my son never played the game which insinuates that we are lying. About a game...? It was one the worst birthdays and most disappointing experience we ever had. Poor management and service. The most blame I put is on management. We are getting in touch with the cooperate office to complain about the whole experience and the fact that management did not help or show willingness to help.

Unlike the one in Allen, this one bolling alley works, the people didnt have vulgar writing on jewelry, and were friendly, and had enough people to work all stations. I gave it 4vstars because the bathrooms could use some attention. Other than that great

We are trying to book an adult birthday party without games...we were willing to pay in advance, they do not want our business because they will not allow us to book in advance unless we get games as well which we don't want. They say they don't take reservations. We just want a couple of hours of bowling and then to go to dinner elswhere. talked to 4 people no one willing to work with us.

This place is poppin' on the weekends. Not filled with a bunch of kids as one would expect. There's a good mixture of adults and younger people. Good place to hang out with the family or grab a few drinks with friends after work. Be prepared to wait a good while for your lane when bowling but once you get it, you'll have lots of fun! Cant wait to be back!!

Company summer outing on a Thursday. Tons of entertainment. We had unlimited cards which allowed us to play as many blue and pink swiped color machines as we wanted. Bumper cars were a blast as well as the rock climbing wall and laser tag game. My son's laser gun malfunctioned during and he was complaining of his 0 pt score. Lots of beer to choose. The Mexican buffet we were self served wasn't like by many. I thought it was alright. It was hard for them to catch up with plates and keep the pans full but whatever. Didn't get chance to bowl but it looked like they had a nice setup. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

We were here on a Saturday night. It was very busy, and we had to wait 45 min for a bowling lane. We had drinks and hung out while waiting, and my drink was delicious. The bowling was great once we got our lane. We will go back.

We had a party of people ranging from 7 to 77 and a good time was had by all. The wait staff was very attentive. The folks at the bar were especially nice and helpful. Although they were very busy that Night they were always there when we need anything. Every employee that I dealt with were eager to help. Every order was correct and on time. I honestly can’t say enough about how courteous and helpful than they were. All of our family plan to go back as often as we can. Thanks for a great time!

I am blown by this place! Not just the house burger is insanely good, but the beer selection as well. And cherry on top, I’ve forgot my expensive headset at the place, and the next day in the afternoon I swing by to see if they still there, and they had them in a safe place stored for me, so yes I got them back! I wish I could leave a higher rate than 5 stars! This place really deserves it!

Ridiculous service. Do not recommend this place for birthday parties. I call to book a party and pick a time, give all my info and was told I will get a contract in a hour. In an hour I get a phone call from the same person that the time I picked is not available and he never offered that time. I was considerate that I will not accept that lie but understand we are all humans if you misread the availability. I picked another time for my party. Still no contract and the end of day, they call me to say that even the other time I picked was already booked and they can’t do anything about it. Very bad experience even before the party!

Surprisingly fun date night!! I guess it depends on your date, but I took my now fiancé there and we had a blast! If I had to do it over again, I would get the premium card, or whatever they call it, to earn bonuses and discounted play for future visits. I have tried everything here: - Bowling: too pricey on weekends, but weekdays are not bad. I definitely suggest changing the animation on the screen, it is just fun :) - Rock Wall: easier than it looks. The timers don’t always work which is lame, but still enjoyable! - Laser Tag: surprise! They have laser tag! And the room is surprisingly spacious! I played at a work event and it was a blast, pun intended. - Bumper Cars: meh. Small room, kinda fun, but nothing special. Great for kids though! - Games: awesome! There is so much to do and easy to use with the game card. - Food: nothing special. Save your money and eat before hand. It’s not bad, just very middle of the road.

Such a fun place for family bowling! The bumpers are optional per player so we could have them for the kids. Bathroom was very clean. Nice snack options. Shared a pitcher of Blue Moon beer. I highly recommend!!

Family friendly lots of stuff to do! Food is pretty expensive and not worth what you pay, so I wouldn't recommend eating a meal, but great options for snacks as you have tons of fun bowling and playing, etc.

Very good place to spend an evening or afternoon with friends and family. Bar and food are great. Many different games offer. Though, you’ll want to go VIP zone if your party is large, otherwise you’ll feel quite crowded in the normal area

I attended this bowling Facility with my siblings and nephews . We where served by Essence in the number 11lane. When it was time to pay our bill came out to 95$ we gave essence 75 in cash towards the bill and the remainder 20 would be put on a debit card. When she came back with the card we gave her a 7$ tip and we left. I got home and got a alert from my bank app that I was charged 95$ full on my card . I was so confused because she did not give us any cash back. I called and talked to a manager Ryan to tell him what had happen and long story short they claim it was Confusion with the money . Why didn’t she say she was confused when she gave me my card back instead she took the money and didn’t say anything and she also said that we only gave her 5$ when we gave her 7$ beware and make sure that you are not being charged or getting money taken you . The management was no help.

Went for the first time yesterday. Great place. They have tons of stuff to do: bowling, video games, bumper cars, rock wall, rope course, laser tag. My only complaint is there were more than usual number of games either offline or that actually stopped working as you played them. My son was in the middle of a motorcycle game and the screen just went black. Other than that it was great!

This place is great! The bartender was very helpful and friendly, but front desk staff probably should let people know that VIP or "private" room isn't private. It's just 8 or so more lanes on the other side of a wall, and it got crowded with people just hanging out. Otherwise very fun and will bring the kids next time--the arcade looks awesome

Went here with my team from work. Very nice arcade with a 4 player version of Tomb Raider on a large screen. Well kept bowling lanes with pseudo-cosmic effect. Decent food and drinks. Excellent service. Overall great experience.

I was there with a group of 9 people on Thursday at 4pm. Prompt service at our lane. Great atmosphere. Good selection of bowling balls. Snack selection is good. We had fried pickle slices, potato wedges with brisket and nachos. The food was very good. There is a private bowling lane area which is awesome. A must visit

I am giving Pin Stack a three for one reason.... it takes forever to get drinks. I cannot imagine show much money they let slip away because it takes so long to get served. .... otherwise it is a great place. The bowling is fun. The gaming is fun and the food is good.

This place is pretty cool. Has enough to do to spend a full day here and not get bored. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the bowling is charged by the hour and not by how many games you play. It's a little frustrating that you can run out of time before finishing a game. Other than that it's a blast.

Very nice high end bowling alley, with a huge arcade that includes some uncommon features, including bumper cars, climbing wall, suspended bridges over the arcade, and laser tag. Good restaurant. Coffee bar was a disaster. The rest of the place seemed well maintained.

Disappointed in the size of the game rooms, Lazer maze is a joke, my closet is bigger than that room. Kept loosing coins in the machine. Video games were ok. Overall, experienced Pinstack with my granddaughter who is visiting from Michigan. Probably will not go there again.

Great family fun! Really enjoyed the glow in the dark bowling with fun music videos playing over the lanes. So, if you aren't that great at bowling.. you can still dance! We ate dinner in the restaurant first and it was fine, probably not going for any kind of culinary awards but it is a bowling alley, so.. Drinks are overpriced except for the house margaritas were maybe under 7? My house sangria was $9 that's too much in my opinion. We will definitely do this again. Combination date night feel but with family play time.

Went to PinStack for Girl's Night with a group of 9 women in our thirties. We had a great time! We went for the half price bottles of wine on Wednesday night, but had dinner and bowled a few frames as well. The food was surprisingly good, although it was a bit salty. The wine deal is fabulous and we had a good time bowling. I definitely think we'd consider returning for another Girl's Night.

It was disappointing. They hadn't oiled the lanes in a while. Not good bowling. It was a fun envirinment but not for all.levels of bowling. Additionally, i was there for over 30 minutes and was never given any service. I paid for an hour and left after 35 minutes. Would not recommend.

Lot's of fun for adults & kids. Great place for family fun. Bowling prices $20 - $25 hr depending on day & time is very reasonable price. The bumper cars section was really small but it's perfect for younger kids. Philly cheese steak pizza was delicious. Good variety of games, rock climbing wall, elevated rope course.

Always a fun experience, great for parties, but I did get food poisoning from the milkshake I had. Prices aren’t outrageous, but they aren’t the best. They have bumper cars, a ropes course, later tag, bowling, an arcade, and a restaurant.

Terrible customer service. Put in our name for bowling and was old 45 minutes wait. Then checked in after 45 minutes and was told 1 more hour wait. Never got a text message that our lane was ready. We left. Will not go back.

Every time I go there with my Kids, they have a great time of fun and amusement. If any of the games fails, they immediately credit you and you are back in the game. The place is clean, they bring new games almost every month. It is a good place to take your kids and have a good time.

I’ve been there twice, about one year apart. Both times for bowling. Both times it took forever to get both food and drink orders in, forgot to bring order, and said the kitchen lost one order. Both times. Everything just took so long and was a disaster nothing like them forgetting your food and having to scarf it down at the end of bowling. Both times were on non-busy weekday evening, not busy at all. Bowling was fine and great. No issues there. The lanes and equipment were great. Just a horrible ordering and dining experience. Second time, we just left and went somewhere else.

I just got chicken wings at this place with bird feathers all over it . I called the attention of the server. Then christ and John came over denying that what I clearly see is not bird feathers. Here are pictures to see . They walked away from me while I was making my complaints . This guys obviously knew exactly what they were doing poisoning people with trash food and not an apology .

As soon as you enter, there's a decent size arcade and a hostess (with the mostest haha) who will ask what we'd like to play. We came here for the bowling, so she directed us to see her coworkers at the bowling check in station. The place was club lit and seemed like this was the hot place in Plano to be on a Saturday afternoon. We got our shoes and were directed to our lane. Even with the bowling shoes, I couldn't help but noticed that the lanes are a kind of sticky. It's safer, but I feel like it messed with my bowling game.

Great place for games, bowling and overall fun. The VIP section has exceptional service. Never had to ask for a thing, they were all over anything you even thought you needed. The food was almost 5 star and far above any restaurants in the area. Pleasantly surprised all the way around.

I got ripped off. I started with 1500 tickets, and spent 1150 I did the math over and over, checked it with friends and a calc. I apparently had 18 tickets. I’m sure that the lady at the counter screwed up. She was really rude and refused to do anything about it. Also the prizes are overpriced.

I didn't expect to be greatly impressed with the food here. Much better than your average bar food, the burger was done just right, and our waiter was friendly, flexible, fast, and able to work a lot of tables at once. The people at the front door seemed to not have a job, as they didn't tell us where to sit, just stood there as we waited for a second for them to respond.

Had an unbelievable amount of fun with the family. You can literally stay here from open to close and not run out of fun things to do. We went on a Saturday and you would think you’d be waiting to do just about everything but we really didn’t. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first visit here and it was awesome! Fun for all ages, prices were reasonable, and the bowling alley and rock climbing wall are QUALITY. We were not able to do the ropes course because the place was understaffed that day, however. I would like to comment on the enthusiasm/politeness of the employees, as there were a couple who made it obvious they did not want to be there and seemed reluctant to work (the rock climbing wall, for example). I'd like to put in a good word for the bartender at the bowling alley, he was great!! Otherwise, we all had a really great time and will definitely be back!

This is less than Main Event but better than Adventure Landing. This place has arcade games, pinball, bowling, wall climbing, bumper cars, laser tag, a laser maze and a restaurant. This may sound great but the problem is the amount of arcade games is pretty small, especially since the place is usually packed, even at night. The laser tag pretty bad and small, sometimes it doesn't even work. The laser maze is one tiny room where you dodge lasers to hit buttons on the sides of the room. It may sound fun, but it's pretty sad. Hardly any ticket games to redeem tickets for the overpriced prizes so don't bother with the few you find. The one thing that makes up for this is the restaurant. The food quality is exceptional and the service is top notch.

Was good fun. Didn't bowl went with a bunch of kids they enjoyed to the max there are some real cool games including VR. Has an obstacle course, bumper car and rock climbing plus all the normal games plus bowling. Bowling is seperate from other games. All other games work just like all arcade place. Very good place for adults and kids alike. Clean facility and the prices were all reasonable. They even have private areas for bowling if you don't like all the people.

Always a lot of fun here. We bowl a little, but huge fun in the arcades. Be sure to stop at the bar for great drinks and then we get the huge icecream bowl dessert for 4. Good prize selections too if you play for tickets.

We went here to celebrate my son's birthday. It was our first time going and it won't be our last. We had dinner first and there was a little bit of a wait but I expected it because it was Saturday night. The food was good, if you get pizza I highly recommend the whole hog pizza. We paid $50 to get 300 game points most of the games average 5 to 6 point to play so we were there for awhile. Overall my son had a great time. He now prefers Pinstack over Dave and Busters.
