The bar staff was great, however the counter staff and the staff on the bowling side were fairly rude and discourteous. They kept telling us how much they hated when they have parties. All I can say is...Then don't take the money to host them... duh!! Then no one was working the ticket counter. All the kids had tons of tickets after pumping all kinds of money into the games and they wouldn't open the ticket redeem counter until enough of us complained.

I won’t be returning, not sure if I was dealing with a manager but she was beyond rude and had a condescending attitude towards our group, the off duty sheriff also felt the need to puff out his chest and say how little common sense we had because we brought our beer across the invisible line (non marked) and when trying to resolve the issue we were laughed at and practically ignored by management and “security”. Such a nice establishment but is ran but what appears to be kids with disrespectful attitudes. I’m all for supporting small business but in this case I would go els wear. I’ll admit to cutting up and not having great bowling etiquette but there was many other ways to resolve an issue than to treat a customer like garbage

Bartenders are VERY slow and RUDE. THEY DO NOT CHECK ID'S AT THE BAR! We've sat at the bar for 10 minutes before the bartender came back from the patio smoking her cigarette. She is always texting and practically ignoring her customers. Its honestly the worst customer service i have ever recieved.I ordered a well vodka and redbull and was charged almost $7, later we ordered a whiskey 7 and it was only $3 and some change. So its very inconsistent with their prices. Pool tables are unlevel causing the balls roll to one side of the table so theirs no chance of playing a good game of pool. All but one pool stick have no cue tips on the end. Atleast half of the arcade games don't dispurse tickets like they should so you pay for nothing. Before this place was remodeled it was a dump and after it was renamed and renovated it was great for a while but their has been a steady decline in this establishment. You might as well just make the drive to main event in fort worth. It used to be a very great place that my family and friends enjoyed now we leave disappointed and frustrated 99% of the time! Habitual bad service! Dear pins, please take initiative to turn this place around!! The only thing good is the bowling because it requires no customer service.

Loved this place! Everything was nice and new, we didn't have to search for bowling balls, the pricing was decent, restrooms were clean, and there were games to play if you didn't want to bowl. They were finishing some things around the pool table when we were there. There was also a bar with a pretty good selection of drinks including a few beers on tap and an outside patio. Oh, and they had good music playing. Music that we didn't have to put money into a jukebox for. We will be going back!!

The facilities, lanes and concession staff were all good, however the front counter staff (Maria, Kiki and Kylie) were the most insolent, discourteous and disrespectful individuals I have encountered in quite some time. These young women have no business in a customer service facing role. Their attitude was not an isolated incident directed at just me and my family. The family in the lane next to us also expressed their dissatisfaction with the less than friendly service they received and I see another recent post stating the same problems we faced. We spent over $50 at this establishment and I hope they enjoy it, because they will never see another penny from me. I will gladly drive to Ft. Worth to bowl at another alley rather than being subjected to the attitude at PINS. I would highly suggest the owner (Josh) get a handle on his business and his staffing issues, otherwise he may not have a business in the future.

Rarely go here and of the 3 times we've gone since they opened something has always happened. If there was another option not an hour away we'd take it. But family loves to bowl.

It's been updated really nicely. They have automatic bumpers for kids that pop up and down depending upon the player selected, which is really convenient. Also, their pizza was huge and delicious, so much cheese! Staff was really helpful and nice for our last minute impromptu birthday party. The 8 year olds had a blast bowling and in the arcade. Thanks y'all!

Let me just say that this is a hidden gem! This bowling alley is completely redone and beautiful. Everything is new and clean. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a great night out with my husband. A must do in Granbury!!

I went to glow bowling for my birthday in March. They have two times for glowbowl 800 to 1000 and 1030 to 1230. On Sunsays they have a family of four deal where you can get a lane for an hour for 20. The prices are reasonable for bowling. A small arcade is there along with a bar a kitchen (food is pricey) and pool tables. For the kids in the arcade they can cash in their tickets for prizes. A party room is available if needed.

I even joined one of many leagues they have to offer,also meet some amazing people that have now become friends! Bar is the greatest and the food is very good to. Pins, Pins , Pins! This is how I roll!

I had got coupons of their site, where children bowl free. The coupons said 12pm to 3pm and not any specific date. When we went to go there on a Wednesday an hour before 3pm. They told us that it was only on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12:30 and 1:30pm. I was very disappointed that their coupon did not specifie what their actually dates and times where. They lost our business with two adults and four shoes I would have paid for. I will more in likely not go back.

Great night out with friends playing golf in the bar area. Staff not friendly at all. Our draft beer was cloudy and hot and bartender says that's just the way it is. Well hmmmmmm ok. We went else where for drinks but had fun playing golf game. The crowd was a little rough that particular night.

Wish I could give no stars. Place looks nice but the arcade is garbage. Waste of money when none of the machine spit out tickets and eat your coins. 1 out of 2 pool tables missing an 8 ball, while someone hogged the other one for 2 hours. Place is a dump. Never go here

This place was AWFUL. Made a reservation and then made us wait 25-30 more minutes more, went to ask again and made us wait some more while people were going in front of us. Asked when we were up the final time and the girl told us we had to wait another half hour and waited about a total of an hour and a half until we finally left. Staff is very rude and a young boy rolled his eyes when we asked one of the times because we “interrupted” his talk with a girl he was flirting with.

Love our local bowling alley. Overall pretty reasonable priced. The bar is great too especially when you have alot of kids around you and a glass of wine is something you are looking forward to. The only problem is the arcade, alot of times the games are broken or not working properly. If they would fix that situation they would really be top notch.

By the hour bowling alley. Pay for shoe rental pretty standard. Overall very clean and in working condition. Little arcade but not a lot to choose from in the prize area. Some machines out of order or not distributing correct ticket amount however the arcade attendant was actively working of fixing machines so that's better then most places. My only complaint was the parking lot want super easy to see from the main road and the nearby business's dumpster was awful smelling up the whole parking lot. All the staffwas friendly and helpful.

Laid back bowling, good drinks, they just got new games in! Love the glow bowl. It's kid friendly, non smoking inside and always good music. Decent priced too! Like the fact you have to make reservations on the weekends so there aren't long waits.

This was our first visit here since the ownership change a few years back and I can say that it is a major improvement. Highly recommend visiting and having some family friendly fun. Big selection of games for kids to play as well as fun bowling. Friday & Saturday are glow bowl. Sunday they have a family special price.

Pins is really nice! Everything is new or new feeling. The staff is the best around. Galen Drilled my ball flawlessly and he is also the League director and does a great job. If you are interested in getting a new ball talk to him first and he will help you pick one that fits your style. The grill staff are extremely professional down to chef uniforms. The burgers are amazing and my wife and son love the chicken strips. The guys and girls at the counter treat you like you are their only customer even when they are packed which is often so call before you go. One more thing is the website hours and league days are wrong so defiantly call first. If their were ten stars to give Pins would get all ten. I love this place! Great job Pins!

Sign says 20 for one hr but I guess not if they are not making money. Told three people per lane buying 2 games would last an hour. Nope done in under 30mins. This place is a RIP plus most of there games are out of order.
