Had enough

My family held a baby shower here in April 2018. The shower was arranged months in advance. Sister A made the arrangements. She specifically asked for a date where there were no other events planned. Fast forward a few months. When we arrive, not only did the lady have her granddaughter having a "reveal" going on in the same room, there was not enough room for our party. We were crowded and uncomfortable the entire time. Meanwhile, the owner told sister A that the cost was only $50.00 and that included up to 10 people being allowed to bowl. After the party, the woman demanded that sister A pay additional money. When we inquired as to why, she said that the $50 dollars was only a deposit and that the cost was actually $150.00. It is important to note that the "room" (really the entry of the bowling alley) was only rented for 2 hours with an hour to set up. For $150.00 I believe I could have rented any hall in town for a private venue for 2 hours. That said, when sister A questioned the owner, the owner grabbed sister A by the elbow and attempted to drag her to the computer behind the counter to "show" her how many games were bowled. (less than 10). We all chipped in and came up with the additional money and paid the rude owner. I would like to let everyone know what happened so they could make sure they get all of the facts before this owner takes advantage of them. I will not only never have another party here...I will never attend a party here...I will never patronize this establishment to bowl, play pool, or anything else. This owner is entirely too rude. BEWARE! Incidentally, the reason they get a single star is because there is no way for me to give them ZERO stars!

I had a lot of fun but there should not be an age limit for bumpers, I'm a teenager and they told I could not have bumpers. My normal score was around 40.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The employees were super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. It was a lot cleaner than one in Tyler. We also liked the fact that it was 2nd Ammendment friendly. We will definitely go back.

Not the cleanest place, but bowling is always fun here! If you have kids like mine that don't really enjoy bowling, they have a variety of video games & pool tables in the back they'll enjoy

This place desperately needs a facelift. It's dingy, dirty, pool tables are so old they qualify for the senior discount. The sticks are warped. And it's hotter than Satan's backyard. We ordered the nachos supreme which once upon a time were amazing. Now the toppings are sad and the child are stale. We had tons of naked chips left over because there was barely enough to cover 5 chips.

Dont think my family and I will be going back, was greeted by a lady that wouldn't stop coming over while we were bowling to tell us to make sure to not let our kids touch buttons or anything, and could only have drinks in specific area, very very hot, we felt completely out of place. Its a good place for adults that want something to do and drink. Not a good family/kid place. Goodluck
