We drove from Cleveland to Chattanooga just to bowl last night ,with my 19 year old son. He had on a beanie and the female bartender called security on him and he was asked to remove the beanie. That embarrassed my son and upset the rest of us. There were people everywhere with hats on and females with beanies as well. My son was the only one asked to remove his. Needless to say ,they lost out on a couple hundred dollars last night because they singled out my son. I don't have a problem with them enforcing rules, but they only tried to enforce with him and no one else.

Fantastic experience. Great atmosphere in the bar. A bit cold though in our area. India was our server. And she was over-the-top spectacular. Attentive, engaging, polite and courtesy. Truly a stellar employee. Her recommendations on drink and meal choices made my experience that much better. Also, kudos to 'AJ', i believe he was the cook on duty, who cooked and prepared the scrumptious meal

We had the best birthday party here! Kirsten, our hostess was amazing! It was a great experience, she took care of everything. We had a great time. And Constance followed up at the end to make sure we all had a good time. Kirsten even sent a thank you card for celebrating my daughter's birthday with her. This was a great venue for having our child's birthday party. The staff was attentive and a pleasure to work with. Everything went off without a hitch. At the end of the party, they placed any uneaten pizza into to-go boxes for us. Very nice. The bowling facility is excellent and the game room has new games and the kids all loved the experience. We did not do laser tag but I'm guessing it would be great too. At the end of the day, one of the employees gave me a tour of the VIP area that is used for hosting corporate events. Very nice! The VIP area even has a fireplace and has its own bar. Don't hesitate to plan a visit to this location.

Always have a great time here! The drinks are good quality and the food, while maybe a tad on the pricy side, is well made and tasty. The arcade is hit or miss: sometimes, like tonight, half of the machines were out of service and several have seen price hikes which make it hard to win tickets. Overall the place is generally clean with decent service

Speaking solely on the arcade, it's like a mini Dave & Buster's right here in the city. Games are limited, but they vary... i.e They have VR games, Laser Tag, Shooters, Racing and more. Definitely ideal for the kiddos!

First time being here since it turned into a Spare Time. This is not your typically bowling alley and makes the old Holiday Bowl look like a junk warehouse. Great for events (went to a birthday party) and lots of fun.

I am the pest control technician for this facility and I must say this is one of the cleanest facilities I have treated from the kitchen to the bar to the customer areas it is in spectacular sheet and the management staff are extremely friendly and very helpful to all the customers and to all the service professionals working there. I have went here on my personal time and had a great time bowling and spending time in the arcade and the food is really good

Fun Place for the Family to hang out and have a good time . Lots to do from Bowling , Arcade, Lazer Tag and more. They also have pretty good food and good drink selection from beer to mixed drinks.

Fun bowling alley with pretty good food and a full bar. Plus the arcade is huge and a great way to kill time if you are waiting for a lane to open up.

I had not been to this location since its re-branding and renovation. The alley is contemporary, but almost too much so. While there may be lanes at the location, it feels almost more like a club. That is not to say it is a bad thing, but if you are looking for a traditional bowling alley, this is not it. The lanes were nice and bowlers seating area were comfortable. We did have some trouble with the pins not resetting correctly on multiple frames, as well as at one point it took almost 5 minutes for one of our balls to return from the retrieval area. Of course this is not world ending, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. Finally, the front desk seemed to be very short staffed for a Friday. It is possible there was a larger client rush than normal that day. However, not having someone available to assist the clerk did result in long wait times. Overall, despite not having the traditional bowling alley atmosphere I prefer, I would return to this location.

Good Lanes and very modernized setup. They had some pretty darn good wings available, and a variety of other food options, plus a great looking arcade, tucked away. At about $11 per person for a round of bowling (including shoes, so the second game is cheaper), it isn't expensive, but it ain't the cheapest, either. I'd gladly go again.

Loved It, We had great service, very friendly server at the lanes, cashier up front also very friendly. Bowling was great, but the arcade "fun zone" was way better than I expected. They had very cool, fun, and up to date games. The games were games that youd expect to see at places like Dave & Busters, like VR stuff and many tech advanced games. Loved the deals on fun zone cards, you get bonus money when loading your card. Before we did anything we bought a $50 card, got $10 bonus money for a total of sixty, that card then can pay for ANYTHING in the place including bowling, food, and the fun zone. Even with the bonus money it's really kinda expensive, but seeing as how nice the place was or wasn't an issue. Also didnt expect the food to he so good, it was an all around great experience. We will definitely be back. If you've never been here, you really should check it out. My kids absolutely loved it to.

A great place to take my wife and kids. They have great specials most days. All of the employees are nice and very helpful. The beer and pizza is good too. Personally I like the early Sunday mornings best. The restrooms are always pretty clean. They do parties well too and they are always a blast. If my wife and I can take a bunch of teenage young men and 11 year old girls and everybody has a great time on the cheap, what more could u ask for?

The facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Even after my kids knocked over not 1 but 2 drinks. They cleaned it up each time with no fuss. And we had to move lanes because they had been reserved. And for having to be moved we were given $5 gift cards to use for each of us and we had a party of 5. We will be back for sure.

We had a company party today. And it just didn't feel special at all. Nothing had been prepared in advance."Take into account we were 30 minutes early"but if you have the reservation in your name you might want to have things in order befor the people who will be attending start to arrive so we arrived early to ensure things are in order no one asked if we would like anything while we waited for our guests to arrive .ended up going to Starbucks and waited in the car for everyone else to arrive. The staff seemed annoyed at our presence.

Came with my friends to play laser tag. We were told to pay in cash because we had around 30 people (as opposed to swiping 30 cards at once). What started out very fun quickly turned sour as we went to leave and realized all of our cash had been stolen out of our wallets (i.e., the money we were told to pay with.) we left our belonging where the faculty told us to, the doors were not locked and we did not sign any waivers. In the middle of police reports and trying to press charges, as we lost well over $300 in cash tonight. Do not come here, and if you do, do NOT leave your belongings out.

Great fun for our family! I do wish they had more kid videos playing instead of only adult music videos. Some of them are borderline inappropriate. The lanes are nice and the whole facility is clean. We enjoy going.

Husband and I had a blast! Wonderful atmosphere for a night out. The staff was very friendly and quick with service. The food was way better than expected and they have a lovely bartender. The lanes are well maintained and the arcade in back is just as fun. Definitely making return visits!

This place is Awesome!!! We did the laser tag and arcade and it was so much fun. The laser tag that is inside is a great setup. It is dark and lit up with black lights but it is still suitable for kids. My 8 year old played and he had a blast! The arcade was clean and it included a prize shop. We really loved it because its fun for ALL ages! We would go back anytime here not only because it was fun but the customer service was nice and friendly :)

The best bowling alley in Chattanooga. They have all kinds of entertainment for adults and kids. They have arcade center, they have laser tag and the food was great. Make sure to order a pizza.

Took kids to play in arcade most games weren't working and the ones that did didnt work properly like land on 50 tickets it gives you 5 etc. The winner cage to turn in tickets for prizes was closed said to go to front counter for service went there stood in line for about 15 minutes before someone showed up just to tell us we had to wait another 10 minutes or so until the guy got out of the laser tag game to help us. Ended up having to go back due to dropping my phone there once again waited at the counter and the lady said just a minute and I'll get it and then proceeded to check out every group that walked in I was there for over 20 minutes for the lady to get my phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I absolutely love this place. If you want to come and bowl with a friend, it's affordable. If you want to play a game of Lazer tag, feel free to jump in. If you're more interested in an arcade, they've got you covered. Not to mention the staff has always been nice and helpful. I'm not sure about prices on food/drinks. But I've never had a bad experience in my multiple visits.

Great Location. Obviously has been updated. Very clean and FRIENDLY staff. WE didnt order any food but the people beside us did and it looked delicious. Bowling was fun and the arcade game area was cool too. 2 pairs of shoes and 2 games of bowling was $33 for me a little overpriced so for that it's really a 4.5 for me. I would return with a coupon if available LOL.

We rented the Private VIP Room for our company summer party and Savannah the event planner, Jennifer the bartender, and Cindy and Allie the servers all did such a fantastic job, there was minimal tasks for me to do to set up and keep things flowing throughout the night. The food was great, the kids had an endless amount of arcade games and the staff was so very helpful and kind. The majority of our employees at Maksteel Chattanooga, commented on how much they enjoyed the party. So thank you all for making it such a flawless afternoon for all of us... I can't wait to come back and knock down some pins myself.

We went yesterday just to play in the arcade. I put $60 on a card getting $10 for free so only spending $50 for the card to play in the arcade room. We go in and starting out noticing that a lot of the games were not working. We had our two younger children with us. There really weren’t many games for our kids to play that they didn’t need our help playing. Of course they got bored really fast. We had only used $30 of the money on the card and really did not want to use more. So we went and asked one of the employees in the arcade if we could get the rest of our money off because we didn’t intend on using the rest. He said he would go ask the manager. He came back and said that they could not do that. Frustrated and confused we went to the front desk to ask some questions ourselves. The acting manager as I would guess walked away as we were walking towards to front desk. It took him a good 10 minutes just to come back. When he arrived to the front I asked him why we couldn’t get our money that we put on the card off of it. He said there was no way to take it off. So I asked why that was not posted any where that if you put money on you can’t get it taken off if you don’t use it. And he said he didn’t know but we could use that money to buy a bowling game or food. We offered to give him the card if he could just give us $20. The card had $31 left on it. He wouldnt do anything to help us out. I was very frustrated and upset at that point. $21 wasted (because 10 was free). I will not go back to spare time. There should have been something that could have been done and if there isn’t they need to have some kind of sign or notice when you get the card saying you cannot get the money off once it is on. I use to go here all the time with my boyfriend but after this terrible experience I will not give them anymore of my money.

Absolutely loved it. Some friends and I went during Thanksgiving break when everyone was back from college. We had a blast. The staff was friendly and didn't hesitate when I asked if I could try a different size shoe. Everything was clean and well maintained. Over all wonderful experience.

Great place to bowl. I took my students here to practice for Special Olympics. Bowling alley was very accommodating and gave us a special rate. They even opened the arcade for us, even though it was during the school day, and it wasn't scheduled to be open. Great family environment. Arcade games are a little expensive.

We first went to eat at the bar grill. The server “India” was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The food was pretty good. I got the Piggy Burger. Sheesh. That patty was thick. We also got the Cowboy Tots as a starter which was interesting and tasty. The food is a little on the pricey side but still good food. For having unlimited game time on Tuesdays from 9p-12a it was very quiet. Besides my wife and I there was maybe 2 other small groups. Unlimited game play does not allow you to earn tickets which is kind of a bummer especially for the price but we still had fun which is what it’s all about considering we were on our anniversary trip in Chattanooga. The staff at the counter and game rooms and grill were very nice. Laser tag was fun. I got demolished in Free-For-All by wife but oh well.

I had to give this place 3 stars for the simple fact that I ate there and was up all night sick. The atmosphere and fun are very nice and I will definitely be back to play and drink but the food is less than spectacular. I got the sampler with the burger sliders, onion rings, and boneless wings. I also got an order of fried pickles. The food was overly greasy and I believe the sliders (I could only eat 1) were really bad. Outside of that it was all good.

I've been trying to book the VIP lanes for august since mid march and no one ever responds. I go in today to talk to a real person and all I get is a card for a woman who never bothers to get back to people as is. This is really sad because i love coming to this place but if this is how you treat customers you've lost 45 patrons today. Completely unacceptable In response to the owner below as there is no way for me to reply to the comment itself , I was finally able to speak to Savanna and we went back and fourth for a few days so "not hearing back from me" is a lie, she was a huge help and I`d thank her up and down 100 times over for her time, but $700+ is extreme when not even the whole group is bowling. We booked with Splitz instead and only paid $350.

It's a very nice place, the arcade has many games. My only concern is I spent $50 for my child to win 300 tickets? I think the amount to play the games is insane. Same games back home are like $1.00 per swipe vs the $1.50-$2.00 here. And the ticket amounts you win are alot more as well.

We had our son's birthday party at the Brainerd Road location and it was a fantastic experience all around! The staff were attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. We had a "party host" that met us at the door and helped us get the everything set up, serve the guests, and answer any questions we had along the way. The management staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We will certainly go back and visit again!

We had a lot of fun bowling, playing laser tag, and playing in the arcade with our kids. The food was good too, not like normal bowling alley food. My only complaint would be that there were a lot of games in the arcade that were out of order.

This is the coolest bowling alley I have ever been to in my entire life. They have beautifully lit up alleys with TV screens at the end playing the music videos to the music they're playing. They also have an amazing game room that is huge! Along with laser tag and also you can get a drink anywhere in that place and bring it with you anywhere but the laser tag room. And if you're hungry their food is absolutely awesome! They're extremely friendly and they are kind of pricey but it is the best bowling alley to go to in my opinion.

It was a birthday party for the Fluellen families 12yr old son. Wendy was the party coordinator. She was amazing because the kids were so excited to bowl. She kept up with all of it. I personally just love her. She conversated with several of the adults, they agreed she was very personable. Her parents names were the same as my husband and myself, she is just the perfect customer service person which I was in for several years. She could hold down job that required excellent customer service skills. I haven't been in this establishment for a long time. She told me she works weekends so we will start bowling again. Be sure and thank her for me.

This place is good, but sometimes we have to wait for longer than necessity. Especially for the Laser-tag game zone. But in general it is good for bowling.

Very good experience all the way around. Great bowling facility, friendly and helpful staff, bar/restaurant are nicer than most places in town, good gaming area. I'm shocked that this place isn't packed at all times.

Very interesting setup as far as the bowling scoreboard. It's very helpful, when it's not f**king malfunctioning 4 times a game.

The place was super nice. We only bowled while there, but I have to say it was very enjoyable. There was a wait, but that's to be expected on a Friday night. Barely noticed the wait as we found some comfy seats and just chatted till our turn. Drinks were good and the venue was super nice. 100% would go again.
