This Bowling Alley is classified in the category of New American restaurant.
Best place in Nashville to eat, drink and visit with friends.
The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. Perfect place to grab a bite.
We were warmly accommodated even in the rush hours of a memorial weekend Sunday, despite not having a reservation. The menu was diverse, especially the drinks menu- it was unusual, and the food undoubtedly delectable. This one surely deserves 4.5 stars if there was an option, an extra for the lovely atmosphere and top-notch service.
Food is extremely expensive for what you get. Atmosphere is very loud and busy feeling. Good place to go with a group of friends.
Amazingly cool space. They have a bowling alley. So this is the south and everything. I mean everything is fried. It was good but not knock your socks off great. We had fried broccoli that had no bread crumbs on it.It was weird in texture. Try it..it's pretty good. Great Drinks.
If I would give this place 10 stars I would. I came here twice. Once for dinner and breakfast and it was an all around fantastic experience. The fried broccoli was amazing and I had a delicious salad. The second time I came here they gave me free 30 min bowling. Absolutely amazing place.
Came here for lunch but couldn’t find a seat at the Bar. I was quickly accommodated at “study table”. The place is measure with a giant bar, the study table, sofa, regular dining tables, bowling alley, coffee shop, and outdoor area. Great for groups but a bit loud for romantic meals. The kale salad was good and refreshing. The almond and Brussels sprout adds texture. The short rib pot roast was decent. Got the Those Who Knows cocktail which was refreshing. Food not the most creative in town but atmosphere is definitely unique.
They have a great local drink selection. Our food was also delicious and came out super quickly, which for a big party is rare. I will be back.
Loved the new uniqueness of this place. We went here two times. First time for breakfast which was nice but not mind-blowing for the price second time for bowling over drinks and starters which were very delicious.
This is a MUST DO in Nashville. Bowling on vintage lanes while drinking the best cocktails we had Nashville made this a favorite for our group. Views of the city were spectacular and you can take scooters along the river. Don't miss this. Make reservations.
This place is a pretty good spot for brunch. Very modern with a touch of rustic and open spaces.
Overall, pretty good. Definitely a great place for a group event. Clever throwback to true social clubs, with outdoor areas, great for private events with catered food truck-style, bars, and small hang-out pools. As a place to eat/drink, it's ok, not great, but not bad. The food at times is like food service stuff dolled-up, and the portions are a bit large. However, the cocktails are great, and the service has always been excellent. If you're traveling through, this is actually a great stop because it's just off the I-40, and has *ample* parking, which can be tough downtown. There's even room for a car/truck with a trailer.
Visited twice on our 4 day Nashville trip. Nice atmosphere for dinner and/or drinks. Was nice to sit up at the main centre bar. Friendly staff and great food. Would recommend a visit.
The venue is neat, the staff was friendly, but I wasn't crazy about the menu. I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich that was very tasty but I feel like I missed out on the kitchen's potential. I was also a bit surprised that there were not many tables able to accommodate a larger party (we had 7).
Cool relaxed atmosphere. It's just a great place to relax and socialize or play board games. The bar serves a large variety of flavorful cocktails, and the food is unique, with large portions. The atmosphere is delightfully aged
This is definitely a place to lay back and catch up with old friends over good food. Our server Temesia was absolutely fantastic!! Attentive yet still let us have our time to sit and chat with one another. Definitely will be back to see her :)
First time going their for a movie by the pool. Great choice! (Karate Kid) the are was small but not crowded. The food was really good. And cant beat free popcorn. Parking was free you have to get ticket validated.
This was a very lively place. Good conversation and atmosphere, they did not mention: the pool is adults only, no kids.
We had a reservation for bowling in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday. When we arrived they got our shoe size which was great and took us to our lane. We ordered drinks and started bowling. 20 minutes later, and after asking multiple times we received our non-alcoholic drinks. This is just one example of our poor service. We would ask for something and either never receive it or only receive it after asking a different server. At one point we needed a napkin(because our waitress had not brought any with our meal or silverware) we had asked 3 times, finally I just walked up to the serving station and got it myself. The 3 stars is due to us having such poor service. The bowling was very fun. The food was good. Poor service but I think I would return for the bowling.
Service started fantastic but sure went awol and the team picked up the pace. Our Air BnB suggested this place. Maybe all of us being servers overwhelmed .
Great food, good vibes, bowling alley inside
Great cocktails, tasty food and friendly staff
A colleague and I were in town for a conference and had this place recommended to us. Friendly greeter directed us to a table in their fun atmosphere. The menu looked good. Unfortunately, we sat at the table for 20 minutes with zero …
Absolutely fantastic cocktails at this place, but be aware they're a little pricy. Very cool atmosphere and a lot to do. Bartender Trevor was awesome!
Very trendy! The food was good and portion sizes we decent, really enjoyed our server too. Very lively for a Monday morning!
Fun, hip place. Great atmosphere. Eclectic menu with fantastic vegetarian options. Food was fresh and flavorful. I had the grilled mahi mahi over a bed if lettuce, loved it!
Cool hang out place with great food (just make sure its hot)
One of my favorite places to go in Nashville when I visit!
Fun and trendy place....bar drinks were well presented and tasty but pricey. Food and service were excellent...if you want to Bowl.....get there early or.dont expect to get a lane
This place is an amazing place to study and do work!! Obviously it isn't the quietest place, but as long as that doesn't bother you or you have headphones you'll be fine! There are many different types of seating arrangements to accommodate different group sizes, the WiFi is fast and open, and there are enough outlets to go around. Food was good as well and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back!
I loved the atmosphere. I can't wait to go back for bowling. Very comfortable outside & inside seating. The food was very good as was the "bloody Maria". It had a smokey flavor I loved.
One of my favorite places in Nashville! Great food and delicious cocktails as always! I had the short rib omelette, and it was so good, I was sad when I took the last bite. This particular time, I had a reservation with a large party and a few more people showed up I wasn’t expecting. The hostess was very gracious and accommodating to get us all seated and with tables next to each other. I have been consistently impressed with the menu and the service here.
Superb restaurant. We had an amazing time. The food was delicious and incredibly presented. Every dish was original in taste and presentation. Service is one of the best I've ever had. Everyone was happy and ready to help us. It is on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it. I will be back next time I'm in the area!
Review alone is for outdoor pool area. The inside seemed neat, especially the bowling area. However we just laid out near the pool for 3 hours. The pool is extremely tiny and was heated like a hot tub although it was 90 degrees out. Also, almost every seat was taken by 11am so definitely get there early
Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, we were sitting outside and there were three servers outside and a supervisor for the patio. We were the only foreign people there, the waiters and waitress didn't come up to us until 20 minutes after we arrived and that was only after my friend waved to grab his attention. No water, nothing. The entire time they were checking on the white families but did not check with us until we waved or made awkward eye contact. At one point my friend had to go over to where they were all taking a break to ask them to please take our order even though they kept going to the tables right beside us and checking on them. Drinks came late while we watched everyone else be served who ordered after us, service was terrible. The only thing good about the outdoor seating was the bartender who was super sweet! He was also the only minority staff member. That was my first experience with their outdoor seating and definitely the last time my friend and I go there. Very disappointed.
Very nice place. The food was amazing and the bowling was fun. I love the fact that you can bring your food to the lanes.
Awesome bar and bowling alley with a good mix of people (tourists, locals, and even a Tennessee Titan).
Staff were wonderful and fun concept. Didn't get to eat here because they couldn't seat 10 of us for a couple hours although many tables were available. Maybe next time.
If you don't like this place you gotta check yourself before you wreck yourself. It has a vibe that will make you 1.7X cooler than you already think you are. The staff are friendly, the drinks are smooth, and they somehow made beef straganoff taste like it belongs on Master Chef. If you don't like the food because you're vegan or something, just go back to the bowling alley and get some exercise while your friends enjoy a fine dining experience priced at 3 drunken McDonald's trips. Go here and enjoy yaself "y'all".
Love the community table for getting evening study session. Crema coffee is outstanding and the vibe is always good. Usually busy so if that's not your work vibe, then hit it up for social time.
Great place for brunch. Not too pricey. Food delicious service was good.
Super cool vibe! Definitely call to reserve for bowling. Only 6 lanes!
The facility is nice and modern. The two problems I had was lack of breakfast choices and the server was not personable. I am from the Midwest and used to big breakfasts, but the choices there you could get at the grocery store for half the price. Also, the server we had never smiled or had a good personable tone and we felt rushed. Experienced it once and will not go again.
Very tasty new American dishes with reasonable prices. They have a bowling alley and a ton of games to play at some of the casual tables. I highly recommend the pot roast
We came here bc I saw it on Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain. Food was good but not anything to brag about (we had breakfast, breakfast tacos and a pick three meal with scrambled eggs, biscuits, and housemade sausage). It took 20 minutes to get our coffee and it was average as well (the waiter was not very attentive). The atmosphere is incredible and the place is beautiful. We didn't bowl but that look pretty cool as well. Not sure we'd come back but maybe for dinner. Overall a little disappointed but life goes on!
Amazing place! Loved everything about it! We sat on the Terrace and enjoy the sun and some drinks, then it started to rain so we moved to the bar and had some snacks. Would have loved to do some bowling but it was a Sunday and we didn't have a reservation so we couldn't do it. So if you want to bowl get on their website and secure a reservation! Really liked how there's all sorts of areas depending on what you feel like. Hang with friends in the terrace? Have some drinks at the bar? Actually having a meal served by waiters on a table? Have fun with your friends bowling? It seems like an option for everyone! I'll go sure go back when back in Nashville!
Such an awesome place to spend an afternoon or evening. Great bar with awesome bar tenders. We were politely escorted back to our reserved bowling lane and my wife and I enjoyed 2 hours of food, drinks and rustic bowling. We will definitely return the next time we are in Nashville.
Just had a delicious breakfast at Pinewood Social, I rarely review but this place was exceptional. Great food, fantastic service and excellent music. Also supplied the best cup of tea since we arrived in the US (from the UK), complete with free refills! Would highly recommend.
Bau,the bartender was amazing and made some.amazing drinks. He was great to converse with and made our time here well worth it. Will definitely be back.
Very simple, these guys do it right. On another note, dress to impress! Understand?
Unique vibe with a one of a kind environment
This is a cool place to hang or in on top of just go to eat drink or have fun with friends. The bartenders were super nice and accommodating, on top of being knowledgeable. The food was also very well made, though our group was there to bowl. Also the classic lanes were cool, but I'm not a professional bowler so I can't say or wad someplace to bowl if I were. It is worth it if your with your friends or coworkers. Fun place, excellent drinks. Definitely going again.
This place is great if your looking for a fancier place and somewhere to bowl downtown. Make sure you book a reservation in advance. There are only about 5 bowling lanes so the wait is long. The avocado toast is delicious and the service through was amazing. Down fall was their lanes were small and the bathrooms were single stalled.
Lovely experience, I especially enjoyed their secret menu items. Just ask your waiter or waitress if you can have a copy of their secret menu, they’ll deny that they have one at first (because it’s a secret) but if you keep asking they’ll eventually give you one. Just be courteous and avoid spoiling the secret for other guests. Even without the secret menu I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food here.
Very lovely place to have a coffee, drinks or meal. Best place for friends to hangout.
Okay, slow service , nice staff, food was okay.
Really like my first visit. The food was good, the decor was trendy as was the clientele. We were on the older side but all age ranges were there and the service was very good. The bourbon selection was EXCELLENT. I will be interested to see how this performs over the next couple of years.
Couch was comfortable. Chicken Caesar was great.
Great food and atmosphere, was there for lunch but plan on returning to check out all of the amenities.
This place serves up awesome food and great cocktails. They also have one of the best coffee places operating inside. All of the wait staff is super friendly and we stop by this place day or night when visiting Nashville
Location - Place is a bit hidden but a short walk to the amphitheater. Parking - Large parking lot in front of place. Prices - A bit higher than the bar style places since its more upscale. Venue - Very clean and open chill place with a outside area to play games and a pool. Service - Employees here are very laid back and nice. Overall chill place and would like to come back on a busy weekend next time.
This was an excellent experience! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the drink selection is wide and they are well-made and reasonably-priced, and the atmosphere is relaxed and classy. I definitely will be back again!
Great food and atmosphere! A well kept secret off the beaten path! Loved the fried broccoli!
Best bloody and michelada I've ever had. Best bacon. Best everything!
On the river side, with a nice view over the cityscape, a large hangar-like building contains a bar + restaurant + few bowling lines. It’s a nice place to meet or hang out. The staff is plenty and pro, the drinks are varied. The food is sometimes creative with a "All grain salad bowl", with a list of 7 vegetables (sounds healthy choice, huh?) turn being a sack of fried souflé chips with 2 slices of jalapeno pepper and microscopic samples of vegetables, drenched in hot transparent spicy sauce. 1 point for the surprise, minus plenty points for terrible surprise. Other food options are more classic. Enjoy!
I don't consider myself an alcoholic but who doesn't love a craft beer with their breakfast?! Very good, hip place with some great beer choices and some even better food choices. Loved me some chicken and waffles with a Bearded Iris IPA. And the staff was great, very accommodating and friendly.
This place really had it all. Coffee shop with places to study (I think they even had a long table with tons of outlets) Bar that makes amazing cocktails. Bartenders are great & will create anything you want them to as well. You can tell …
We had an amazing brunch here. Our food was delicious! Service was great- our server Hannah was so lovely. She gave us lots of recommendations and tips for our stay in Nashville. I recommend bring your bathing suits so you can paddle in the outdoor pools. We didn't and we regretted it. Space outside pool fills up fast so its recommended you go early. We went outside after brunch at about 11AM and it was basically already full.
A really cool place to chill. Good coffee, good food, games and bowling. This place has a good concept.
Laid back venue for drinks, eats or bowling. Nice patio. Restrooms always have a line.
Such a cool place. Bartenders were fun to chat with and the whole place is gorgeous! Excited to go back to Nashville soon and visit again.
It's a cool spot but gets mega crowded. Tried to bowl around 1pm and there were no openings until 11pm! Not their fault obviously but keep in mind if you're looking to pop in for that. Also couldn't really figure out how to get service at the pool. It really is a neat place though but best to try and go at an off time (if there is one!)
Awesome place with a bowling alley. My mushroom pot pie was a little too salty but all of our other food was amazing. Great vibe, too!
Enjoyed having dinner there and just relaxing. Our server, Sarah Sutherland, was real attentive and made the evening very pleasant. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.
Interesting place. Lots of activity options. Drinks were very good.
Best mocha and best avocado toast ever! Downside: arrived at noon and the kitchen was slammed. It took an hour for us to get our food. Make a reservation and have time to spare.
Love the atmosphere. We didn't bowl because we we're short on time but it looked fun in it's retro setting. Coffee and service were great.
Great vibe, great food, great cocktails service and fun. Love the concept of this place. Off the beaten path so you would never just run into it unless somebody told you about it. I've had the croque madame the French toast and the waffleon different occasions. Also some craft cocktails and their lattes. Besides bowling they have bocce courts, outdoor ping-pong, a few swimming pools and outdoor seatingas well as some indoor fun conversation. No complaints from me! All thumbs up
Super cool place to chill, bowl, bocce ball, ping pong or just drink great crafty beer and enjoy the ambiance. Waitress are awesome and friendly. Kid friendly also.
Neat place. Great atmosphere friendly staff.
Trendy. Upscale casual on its way to becoming a Nashville count on a good time reliable. A bit pricey, but good value nonetheless. Should be at the top of one's list for great place to meet or take a friend for a coffee, drinks, or a …
This is one of my favorite spots. I often take a stroll down here from my house. One of my favorite menu items is the Chicken Sausage Caesar because the sausage is made fresh. Great atmosphere and the bowling is awesome too.
Dope atmosphere, even better drinks. I had an alcoholic latte that was probably the best coffee creation I've ever consumed. The cocktail list is expansive but no quality is lost. The food was pretty good, probably four star worthy, but the vibes and drinks bring it up to a solid five star establishment.
It is a great place but too trendy for me. The menu is a bit expensive, but they do have bowling and pools. Very unique place.
always a good time! drinks are good, food is good and bowling......what more can you ask for. a definite if you are visiting nashville
Pinewood had an incredibly unique and fun atmosphere. Drinks and service were great. The food however left a lot to be desired. Not nearly as quality as the menu descriptions would indicate. The food was basic and way overpriced for the quality but will definitely go back for the drinks and the atmosphere.
Our server Conner was very patient with us and answered all of our questions perfectly. He suggested the rigatoni and it was delish. Great spot, great staff, 10/10
Great spot for a fantastic drink. Their food was good but a little overpriced for what was served. Had a great bartender who was great and gave some fantastic recommendations! There is a coffee shop and place to work. Outdoor seating along with indoor boths with maybe bar. Hard to get seated as a reservation is almost required. Bad seating is available however which fills quickly.
Lots of fun and great service. We were looking for something low key and fun to do for lunch before our flight and this definitely delivered. Great food and atmosphere.
What a nice hangout place with good food, pastries and drinks. They have also cozy tables with chairs and sofas. If that is good enough for you there is no waiting time. And yes, you can get food as well.
Had a nice meal. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the waitress was very personable.
Honestly an amazing bowling price! Hour and a half was almost perfect for one game with 6/7 people. Since the service took fairly long to deliver cocktails, we each only got one and then a pitcher of beer (we ordered the cocktails in pairs as the couples we're ready to order - since there was one menu between all of us) Tasty and refreshing drinks! Didn't order food - mainly didn't have time, but among other things. May go again, not rushing to head back. Maybe better as just a dining experience?
The service is excellent, the atmosphere is trendy, and the food and drinks are delicious. There's a bowling alley attached that's a very unique element for a restaurant.
Breakfast was delicious! Avocado toast was the best I have ever had! Ice coffee with mint was excellent! We will be back when we visit again!
Stopped in for breakfast on Thursday and it was great! Our waiter Michael was fantastic- even gave us a tour of the pool and patio, though it wasn't open yet. We came back in the afternoon to sit by the pool and drink froses. Very cool atmosphere.
Made a reservation, shower up about a half hour early but they said it was no problem and seated us right away. Water was brought to the table, then we proceeded to sit there for another 20 minutes and still hadn't gotten any service. We were also seated next to a POS so plenty of servers saw us there. We finally just got up and left.
Everyone seems to be excited about this place and always wants to meet here. I've been here several times now and figured I should tell the truth. It's a fine place to meet, but the food and drinks are just okay. Mediocre at best. The bowling alley looks fun, but again, I'm only ever there for meetings. You have to practically chase your server down to get a refill on your coffee. And it's expensive. So my thought is why not hit a Cracker Barrell for your meeting and trust that the coffee will keep coming (like a Brazilian steakhouse) until you don't want anymore.
Really fun place to spend some time, especially when the weather is good because the patio outside is great. Pretty good drinks, little pricey though. We came for drinks and stayed for dinner at 8pm. We tried the fried broccoli appetizer, it was better than expected but still kinda weird. Entrees were all good, including salmon, the pork chop, fried chicken, and pasta. The food didn't really stand out, but the atmosphere and drinks were great. Service was really great too.
This place is pretty cool. The restaurant itself is super interesting, creative options on the menu and the food was very good. Service certainly could have have been better.
Amazing little place off the strip. Definitely make the walk and check this place out.
I was really impressed with the food and drinks here. We went for breakfast and had Bloody Marys, they were delicious although lacking in the garnish department. We shared the brulee grapefruit and it was really good. I had the chicken and biscuits and they were perfect. A friend had the mushroom omelet and thought it was delicious too.
Food was amazing! I wasn’t too into it because I was confused by the bowling and pool info. But it was a lounge area and real dinner seating with bowling alley in the back part. Food And drinks was delicious, and very pretty. Service was awesome too. I recommend going!
Good for brunch and spend couple of hours playing pool and just hanging out.
Grea for beer and bowling. The atmosphere was so amazing but the food and service was lacking. It took four attempts and four waiters to just get a Dr. Keeper in the 3 hours I was ther. The soda gun was flat and the drinks I had tasted flat. The food is not special. The lobster roll was bland. And for $22, it should be excellent. In Montouk long island it is half the price and phenomenal. The kale salad was disgusting. It doesn't mention garlic on the menu and the balsamic vinaigrette was drenched in it. My taste buds are still biting hours after eating. When I asked why so much garlic , one of our waiters( one of four) said the person on house went a little over board with the garlic for the day. Thanks a lot. The coffe and teas were ok. Nothing great but the multiple waiters kept getting orders wrong. It is such a great space and when it opened it was probably better. Like all trendy spots that pop up, great concept but poor execution as it goes one. Beer and bowling. Can't go wrong with that.
Really cool place. Very retro vibe. Food and drinks were very good, but on the expensive side. Definitely a place to check out.
One of my favorite spots in Nashville - super fun to sit down and enjoy some delicious drinks. Also some good seating to get some work done and still enjoy the atmosphere. Parking gets validated if you go in too! That's a huge plus!
We came for poolside fun.. more like soup bowl on a hot plate. Bowling looks fun but a bit pricey... staff was nice, poor guys working out in that heat. Maybe we"ll give it another try for indoor brunch.
The establishment redefines the concept of one-stop-shop, offering coffee, food, bar, bowling, pingpong ...even a poolside bar. We wandered in on a busy morning of a holiday weekend hoping for good coffee, and ended up staying for an impromptu brunch. We were received with a smile and got a taste of the famous Southern Hospitality. The servers were busy, yet the service was still excellent. The food was tasty (I highly recommend the corn bread), and the coffee was decent. I am looking forward to returning already.
Great place to eat, drink, play and chill out. Vanilla Mule was my favorite drink and we enjoyed the outdoor area with Bocce ball. The bowling alley fills up fast so make reservations.
Good coffee, great food and service. Fun place to hang out. Good cocktail and beer selection. Also has a bowling alley and patio.
Fun place. We just when for the food but there are other things to do. I had the Chickpea and Kale soup which was excellent and the Turkey and Bria sandwich that I would definitely recommend. Great selection of drinks too.
So cute! Great staff! Awesome choice for a bridal brunch!
Great place!! Two thumbs up for sure. Different areas to sit and eat, or relax like your living room (my favorite). Also a huge bar too! There is a 6 lane bowling alley in the back! There is a glass wall between the alley and restaurant so there is no sound to bother. The coffee is the best, the food comes out quick and hot! The wings are terrific! This place is worth a try!
The lobster roll and salmon was yummy! Great restaurants and friendly atmosphere
Lives up to its name. Great social spot.
The food comes out so fast! Great food and I recommend their avocado toast and their orange juice. Their staff is so welcoming and outgoing (especially Samantha) I definitely recommend this place.
This place is AMAZING!! Think of the friendliest-trendiest-yummiest country clubesque spot.. and you have the Pinewood Social! Staff was so welcoming and every menu suggestion was super tasty. They have captured an awesome atmosphere with this spot and I know I will be back!
