We went today for my husband's birthday. It was him, me and my 5 year old. My husband and son had never been before. We got there and met the worker jon Phillip which was super helpful. Especially for us definate beginners. Our lane messed up which was no problem he simply switched us over to another lane and continued our game. We were treated awesome by all staff we encountered. This was our first trip but certainly won't be our last.

Automated lane controls raise and lower bumper guards as needed by each player; extremely convenient. If you contract for an hour, the lanes shut down exactly after sixty minutes, regardless of where you are in the game. Be prepared to pay extra to finish the game you want to complete. We did not visit the restrooms (no score) or purchase any food (no score) so neither figure into the 4 Star rating given. The exterior, lobby, and upper areas need updating. The air smelled fresh and odor free which is a nice contrast to some lanes I've played.

They have a kids free for summer program it's great and fun all u have to pay for is ur shoes. And u can get one for the parents or adults for 30$ for the summer it is well worth the money.

Some of the staff was not the most helpful but they offer discount tickets for special needs individuals and their care takers which is great. Pretty clean establishment.

Good place to go bowling with the whole family. Has automatic bumpers for the kids and lots of options for game types. Also has program for kids and parents to bowl all summer long for just the cost of shoe rental.

The past few weeks I've gone every Sunday night around 9pm when they have the $1 game and shoe rental. It's really worth it and the staff is always friendly. Me and my boyfriend usually play 3 games and then play the little game machines by the exit after paying. It's a nice, cheap, even family friendly thing to do on the weekends. They do have a bar so be aware of that if you bring your kids.

Really clean and I believe they have finally gotten all the smoke out of the building from many years of being a smoke-friendly establishment. The employees were very nice and polite. Food at the bar was decent, well, except the fake cheese on the nachos. $28 for two people to bowl an hour is pretty expensive though. Other than that, I give this place a 4 star.

A good bowling alley. The score computers are modernized with a plethora of options, but that's about it. Everything else looks exactly like I remember from bowling birthday parties in the 90s. We had fun though and I would for sure go back.

The only reason im giving this place two stars is due to their ball return working smoothly. I'm not sure why the owners feel it's a good idea to charge hourly for games? If you have your own shoes, guess what?! Doesn't matter, same price!! Needless to say 1/4 way through our third game, and our timer expired. This place is stupid expensive for a bowling alley.

Tech advanced bowling center with great play options. That said, they should not start your lane time until you have fully set up the computer and rolled the first ball. We lost 10 mins of lane time because it was our first time there and it takes time to enter 4 people into the computer system. Staff is friendly bit could have been more knowledgeable regarding leagues. It's the only bowling center in the area so I guess they don't have to try as hard anymore.

The Host of the Special Olympics for Upper East Tennessee Area 3. There was plenty of room for all the students, and they all received recognition for competing. Volunteers from Brightstar, and Siemens were great. While Holiday Lanes made sure everything ran without issues, or problems. As for Gracie the star of the show she made a few new friends. This bowling alley is great if you can actually get a lane. I have tried several times to get a lane the last few months and they either have a league who has reserved it or they are cleaning their lanes. I really don’t recommend going here for a family event or outing, as there are drunks who yell foul language and inappropriate things. The owners and guys who work there aren’t very nice and they upped their prices recently which makes us not even able to bowl a few times a week like my family and I used to. 1/5 stars, due to the fact that we can’t ever bowl and it’s too expensive.

This place is a fun place to bowl that’s if you can find an opening in there busy schedule. I have been there 10 times and every time I have been denied a lane or had to wait for 2 hours at the least. Calling ahead can help but make sure u call bright and early because they fill up almost emediatly.

We love it there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are nice. The kids always enjoy the on screen animations with their faces superimposed. Fun stuff! The food is typical snack bar stuff - burgers, pizza, chicken tenders, nachos, etc., but good for what it is. They make the pizzas to order, which is nice, instead if getting the "heat lamp specials" you usually get at snack bars. All in all, very recommendable family fun.

Probably will never return. I reserved a lane for midnight bowling and paid before i got there with a card. At 12.35 i got an emergency call about one of my family members. I was only able to play one game and they still took the full price that someone would pay if they stayed there the whole time. I'm highly disappointed in this place. Guess I'll drive the extra 30 minutes to go to another bowling ally.

A great time with the family! A little expensive, but as bowling goes they have up-to-date lanes with current computer systems! I had no trouble with the 2 games we played and every rack was set correctly. The automatic bumpers could be set for individual players and worked as they should for each player. The restrooms & establishment was clean. There were signs and prices for everything in plain view.

This is how valuable customers are at Holiday Lane. We decided last Thursday that we would go bowling. When we arrived they were packed hardly a place to park. Once inside they told us that they were booked up. That sucked but it was understandable so we asked if we could make a reservation for tonight. They said of course so we booked a reservation for 8:30 on New Years Eve. So tonight we arrive and we approach the counter. The gentleman working said that we could not bowl because they booked a last minute party for all 24 lanes. After discussing for a moment my husband asked for the owner's contact information, Mr. Kirkpatrick. The worker told me to hang on and brought the owner's son out. I made him apologize to my kids who now have nothing to do. He offered us a free pass to come back but that's not what we wanted. After a short discussion we left. Half way home we decided to go back my husband was not satisfied. He went in alone and again asked to speak to the owner's son. They went into the office had a discussion and then he requested the owner's phone number. He was actually there. He didn't even care to come talk to me the first time. Once he came I again explained the situation and he once again offered a free bowl. I don't want a free bowl. So when pushed on why our reservation was cancelled he blamed it on his employee. He said his employee made the mistake. Awesome leadership ability blaming your employees. After a bit more conversation we left. My husband told the gentleman working the counter that he was sorry it wasn't his fault. We are not sorry for our actions but after meeting the owner I am sorry he has to work for someone that cares so little about his staff or his customers. The owner made a short sighted decision to make a quick profit instead of caring about the long term stability of his business. We bowl there frequently, I bowled there when I was younger, and our kids would have probably bowled there when they got older. Not now, he claims to not know the party directly but integrity left this place the moment he pushed blame down so I rightfully do not believe them. While we are not going to make him rich ourselves I am hoping that are story and the other people who were being turned away at the door will voice their opinion enough that impacts the business.

I liked the way the place was laid out, the ball racks were on the front side of tables facing lanes which is convenient. Now the reason this place did not get 5 stars from me is because this was my first visit with my family and the group that came in and was in the same lane set did not show any lane courtesy to my family and I but seemed not to have a problem doing so for the next set of lanes. Also due to the speed in which they were bowling, which was causing the ball return to continuously kinda jam so to speak. The way I was taught to bowl and be courteous was definitely not the way these people were bowling which had an impact on my family's mood. But I'm sure not all the people who go there act like that which is why I stated that it was the first visit.

Not super appealing outside, but a good bowling alley atmosphere inside. Lanes and mechanics are kept up. They do serve food (kinda pricey), and they do have a bar but it is in a separate room which is nice. I went on a thursday afternoon in June and it is suprisingly not too busy.

DON'T. Played 1.8 games w my 2 children for 40.00! And only 1.8 because they cut the machine off in the 9th.(and had only 3 other lanes in use).Started the timer once we put names in..not after we picked balls and shoes and started playing. Great technology, buyt very poor Customer focus..and didn't care when addressed. Will never go back, regardless...so bad.
