Diets thing I noticed was the filthy building and smell. But I booked a kids bday party and it was to late. I checked in a little early and the guy at the counter was very rude. Same when I asked if laser tag was working. He left and forgot to tell the hostess I was there. We waited 20 minutes before I had to find her. She was very nice and understanding. But far from a host. Didn't check in once. We had no idea what was going on. If we needed anything we had to hunt her down.And we didn't even get the gift bags that was supposed to be part of the package. Great price and plenty to do of you can handle the rest. But I won't be going back.

High priced concessions, no drink refills, slow staff at the front counter. Run down and in need of repairs in the bathrooms. Definitely lacking that southern hospitality.

Went there to kill time by playing in the arcade and all the games were down. They gave us a full refund without a problem. There's not as much activity from customers as there used to be. I think that's because of the new generations wanting be on their phones instead of actually doing things. I'm 28, so it's not coming from a biased opinion. Anyway, I would enjoy going more if the interior were more up to date.

Poor service and too expensive. We paid for 4 games, but they rang up 3 so our lane shut off early. They were rude and acted like it was somehow our fault. We had to wait 10 minutes before they were able to get it going again. No apologies. Mean attitudes. Small thing, but for the price it would be nice to have welcoming service and good attitudes.

Plenty of stuff here for all ages. Bowling, laser tag, arcades, and more. Great for a birthday party or what I went for which was a business outing.

Great place for sensibly priced bowling. Pitchers of beer are pretty cheap and they do have liquor on the weekends after 7. Food is okay.

The new bar tender is Awful!!!!!! She is always out side Never at the bar you have to wait a long time just to order. The drinks are bad. And she is to busy drinking behind the bar ( the last time I remembered they can’t do that!) If I can leave a Zero star I would. I haven’t had this bad of a time here in a long time. I use to go every weekend I am now going to find another bar. Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Need to make sure that someone is always at the desk to check you in. Not after 10 mins of us saying hello!?! Then saying I'm interviewing someone so it will be a few mins. Plus not having to chase someone down to buy something from the snack bar.

They decided to rebrand and screwed my daughters girl scout troop out of their reservation because they now charge an inflated rate for weekends. A down payment had been made and it wasn't until after the troop attempted to pay the remainder that the change was announced. Terrible management and worse communication.

Great place to bowl. Prices are better than Hendersonville location. Not so great for the arcade games. Can’t use your Holder card from Hendersonville. Won’t accept bowling coupons. Several of the games had card readers that weren’t working. Seemed under staffed.

We had my daughters 6th B-Day party there. It started off great until 20mins into her party, when the "party host" DISAPPEARED...We had to go back n fourth all night ordering pizza n drinks when it should've been at the table on time instead of being delivered to the other party room, not once but 3 times... As much money as we paid for the party room, the service was HORRIBLE, CONFUSED STAFF, N. UNDER STAFF.... Keep ur money...We wil NEVER have another party/event at that location again

The only reason I am giving this rating is because the prices were very high and the staff was not friendly at all and when we went to the concession stand to order food they refused to make it saying that it was closed but the rest of the place was open

We went today for a Birthday party. We paid $138 for 3 games of laser tag. The lady working the front was impossible to find to let her know we were ready to start the next game. Most of the arcade games did not work. The bathrooms were nasty! No paper towels, the urinals were all stopped up. Will not be back and highly disappointed in this place!

Bowling is fine Arcade is delapated and clearly not taken care of. Half the games outright didn’t work and most of the rest had something wrong with them. Tickets you win are useless because they don’t have any ticket amount listed on the “prizes” and they just do not care how long you stand there.

Well...just no. When you go to the bathroom, the drains are clogged and it bubbles up in the floor when you flush. Someone puked by the sink and no one has cleaned it up. Time to go..

Very expensive and several of the games or either closed for repair or work about half as good as they should. The go karts are sub-par at best and always messing up or broken down. It's $35 per kid/person for 6 hours, not including games, or food and drinks. Honestly for $5 more you can get 2 days at Kentucky Kingdom w/free drinks. Not a bad place but way too much per person for what they offer!

This place is a rip off. We went on a Tuesday night, the website shows a special. We asked to use that special and they would not honor it. Then my daughter asked for a smaller ball and they told her she could not have one it was against company policy. So she could not bowl at all. Both guys had bad attitudes. Will not be back.

Hours state they're open 24 hours and they are turning big groups of people away to close at 11 or 12. Should probably change the hours if you can't abide by them.

Its a really AWESOME PLACE because i had a birthday party there when i was younger and when My Great grandmother was still alive...but i went to Holder Family Fun Center tonight with my church tonight and it brought me back to the good Ole days

Had a booked party and the staff didn't even know it until a call from the morning of. Website states that you get 2 slices of pizza, soda, 1 hour of bowling, shoe rental, 5 dollar game card, and a hostess for basic birthday package... We got no hostess, 1 slice of pizza and 30 mins. The staff was not customer service friendly. We had to keep going back to them with issues ranging from them not activating the 5 dollar game cards to the food being cold when served and of course everytime they tried to act like it was our fault. It was pulling teeth to get things they were suppose to have taken care of done. To top it all off we were the only ones in the building for most of the party so it's not like they were having to split their time. Half their machines were down and they were having a hard time operating the bumpers. They also failed to mention the hour of bowling is split between the number of lanes you need to accommodate all the children. Really not worth the money paid and kind of a rip off. I think they should have to tell the customer or have it written out on the website the terms of the bowling and food especially since its 100+ dollars when more than 6 children are involved. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your party needs. If I could give them something lower than one star I would.

The staff was nice but I took my son in to just do the arcade. Half the games were not turned on and the ones that were on half of them didn't work. My son and I were the only ones in the whole place minus staff members.

Very disappointed with our experience here compared to our last party 2 years ago. At our last visit, the staff communicated great and was on top on everything. This time the pizza was brought out to the tables while we were still bowling, which we had to move everything into the party room ourselves, not to mention the room could have been alot cleaner. The room connected to the party room had a light fixture hanging down from the ceiling by its wires. Not only a fire hazard but it looked tacky. The windows also had dust and spider webs all over them, even with them being up high where you couldn't see out of them, you'd think they'd be clean. It almost looked like mildew all over them. A few chairs had spilled soda on them, which we cleaned ourselves. Most part of the staff was very friendly, not very trained with handling party events at all. As slow as the business is there, you'd think the staff would have more time to work on the appearance and overall maintenance of the facility. My opinion it'd sure help the business out a bunch.
