Very crowded and very messy. We did go on a Saturday night, though. The wait was about 30 minutes longer than we were told. We sat in the food area and had to clean tables, which wasn't too bad. No napkins and the bathroom was pretty dirty.

I would give them zero stars if i could.The employees are very rude!!! they told us to get up when we had a reservation before them. They don't allow outside food. Which ruined my brothers birthday. They have pizza all over the floor. I'm never coming back.

Come here often with friends and family. Very entertaining setup and many bowling lanes to occupy many people. The arcade and kids lanes are also a great feature. The facility is a bit old and has been around a long time but still functioning. I definitely recommend this place!

This place deserves zero stars. The cashier at the cafe was rude and such an a-hole. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and got a cheese pizza instead. Went back to tell them we ordered pepperoni not cheese, then she started to argue that we ordered a cheese! Umm lady, pretty damn sure I know what I ordered. She did not offer to fix it but rather have be the one thats "right". When we asked for a receipt to see what we payed for (because they didn't give us one) she said she didn't have it nor on the computer bc she had lots of orders. HOW IN THE WORLD IS SHE SURE WE DID NOT ODER OR PAY FOR A PEPPERONI? Finally we ended up paying more money to have pepperonis added because again, she did not even offer or have the slightest intent to make it right. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

It's one of the best bowling centers to be found in middle Tennessee bar none . The Pro Shop is top notch & they had the absolute best mechanic anywhere before he passes away , he could fix anything & went far above any customers expectations , a really great guy !

I give them two stars because my son had fun at his birthday party (but my son does not have high expectations). I would seriously recommend if you book an event to consider that your event may be unexpectantly canceled or changed. Here was my situation, on January 28th I had prebooked my sons 9th birthday party of 15 people. I picked up the invitations from the establishment the Sunday before. When we arrived at 1:45 for our 2:00 event time, I was told they had tried to get a hold of me because they had no lanes available for my party except in the mini lanes. I felt this was unacceptable, but what could I do, I had at least 15 people coming to bowl and have a birthday party. I asked how did they try and get a hold of me, they said they tried on "Facebook"! They tried on Facebook because they "misplaced my phone number". Then I was told they emailed me, but when I inquired what address they used it was wrong and they said "someone wrote it down wrong". Later while in the birthday room a woman who may have been the owner again tried to explain to me what happened. She either was intentionally casting the blame on me or she was misinformed by her employees. In the end, she told me she personally tried to get a hold of me on Facebook. She said it was me because it had my picture and children's picture. I have never met her in my life. The compensation they gave me was 50% off ( first was going to be 20%) and a 100 tokens. Was that enough? I'll let you decide. I tried to leave my opinion out of this and only give the facts. But I would like to add we received 50% of customer service. I just don't want anyone else to be disappointed.

Great place to bring your family and friends! Friendly atmosphere and staff. grab a bite to eat while you roll the ball down the lanes or win some tickets in the arcade. Party rooms available and plenty of group deals almost every day of the week. Can't wait to come out for the Cosmic bowl as well!!

During the weekend of March 26-27 2016 my boyfriend & I visited this bowling alley. We did the "bowl for two hours shoes included for 10$ a person" the alley was clean & staff was helpful expect for the game room. The man behind the area for prizes was very rude & it was very obvious he didn't like his job. While we were there a lady had came up to the counter to ask him a question & the man didn't even look at her to answer. Although this was just our experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a outing with the family. Make sure you call because apparently they always have great deals for different days.

Well, the disappointment is palpable. Last night, just 30 minutes before league was to start, we got news that our league was bumped for another group. We only knew this because some friends got there early-while kids were being dropped at babysitters. The owner of Franklin Family Fun Center disregarded our long relationship with the facility and gave no apologies or solutions to try to keep that relationship. Shorter version-we have no bowling on Mondays at this facility. Frankly, some of us are no longer interested in giving them another dime even though our families have bowled there for years and hosted birthdays there.

This place is terrible. The old man behind the counter was rude. There were six open lanes and he told us they were reserved. So I asked if we could make a reservation for later on and was told they don't do reservations!!! So I asked again to use the open lanes since they arnt reserved, because they don't do reservations. He told me no and that I needed to leave. I work home health and had my individuals with me. He not only was rude to me but upset them. Do NOT go here.

We took my 12 year old here with a bunch of friends for his birthday. We didnt do a party package because I wanted to customize it more. It was an excellent experience!!! We bought family meals and a sampler platter and the concession stand on top of it. They gave us plenty of cups and plates and even gave my birthday boy a free slushy. We spent quite a bit on food,so that is probably why. But the FEC owner and the concession staff were so accommodating!!! I was greatly pleased with their services!

The facilities here are awesome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Dickerson Family Reunion has been a blast this far. Saturday July 20th my family rented this facility from 11am until 3:30 pm. The staff here made us feel really special.

Not gonna lie, when me and a friend found out that we were charged per person and not per game, despite being given the complete opposite impression, we weren't treated very well. The price started at "$9 total", and ended at $50. Upon hearing our complaints, the employees just kind of smiled the whole time and even laughed at one point, all the while not being very clear on how things worked, and no where were we told that it's priced per person, not per game. Also kudos to the big dude in the back raising his brow at the whole thing, pretending to be a part of it instead of helping.

We had one of our children's birthday get together here. We didn't do an official party since we had a small group. The unlimited bowling during cosmic bowling time was very nice especially with the shoe rental included. Staff was friendly but sometimes distracted and appeared to be short staffed. Arcade is a little pricey and there were no specials there as compared to another relatively local competitor. Place seemed clean and safe.

Awesome Bowling Alley. Needs to be cleaner, but it’s still the best in town. They have much better prices than Kings Bowl! I’ve been going here for years now and it never gets old. Every now and then lanes run into technical issues, but they’ll go out and fix it and reset it for you. They’re the best in town

The old man working the register should retire. I understand his life is terrible, being an adult in the late stages of his life and having never done a single worthwhile thing but work the register at a bowling alley. But that doesn't mean he should TRY to ruin the evening for paying customers. I strongly recommend NOT bringing children to this place.

I usually enjoy this place, although most of the workers are a bit rude. Last night, however; I was very disappointed in their staff. My boyfriend's son a Cerebral Palsy (birthing incident) and only has use of one hand. When I ordered his water, I asked for a cup, lid and straw to go with his bottle since he can't screw and unscrew the bottle lid- they refused! They said they weren't allowed to give cups and lids on the weekends. WTH? And why is this a weekend rule? I explained the situation to no avail. Not only did his rudeness grow with my obvious aggravation- but he was simply unreasonable considering the circumstance. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and willingness to provide the simplest of items to accommodate a disabled child.

Lanes are in great shape. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Mini-bowling and arcade games add to the atmosphere. Food is really good and they often have beer specials. Prices are high for the area, though... There are many less-expensive bowling options elsewhere in the Nashville area.

We attend the furbowl from time to time... and by attend I mean chill in the bar. Whether it's throwing up on the carpet or acting a fool, the staff are always attentive and accommodating! They earn their tips plus some! The food is cooked to order so it's always hot and fresh! And while the prices may be a bit high, the variety of food and drinks is pretty great! With bowling and an arcade just down the hall we're never board; not that being bored while drinking with your close friends is of any risk! Thank you Franklin Family Entertainment Center for the great memories and even greater drinks!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility is. They have a large arcade area and smaller bowling area in addition to the regular lanes. Prices for bowling appear reasonable for gameplay.

The cosmic bowling was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the arcade is pretty expensive. Also make sure you call ahead to check for open lanes. Sometimes they may be filled because of tournaments or birthday parties.

Fun bowling alley that is very family friendly. They have a small little arcade that's just perfect for younger kids. Even though there was a little wait, because they have so many lanes and other things to do it didn't feel very long at all.

I'd give a 5th star if the initial back and forth communication was easier as well as when we first arrived only to find out our reservation and price info hadn't been delivered. But once we worked that out, staff were fantastic and the lanes and experience were great. Everything is clean and in great condition. Definitely would recommend.

My husband and I went for bowling on a Sunday afternoon between 12-2. The bowling alley was fine, pretty average, cafe food was decent. I'm giving it three stars because of the price. He got a buffalo chicken sandwich, fries, and a soda, and I got a club sandwich, fries, and a soda. Food was fine, but nothing special. After we paid for lunch and 3 games of bowling we had spent almost $70.00. Bowling along was $42. I was shocked to be honest. I didn't realize they charged per person per game.

This place is awesome! Spent several afternoons here playing pool! Great little lounge with 3 full size tables. They keep the place in great shape. The food and drinks were great too! Came back on a Friday night with the rest of the family and did mini- bowling a d arcade. So fun! Next time I'm in Franklin, we will definitely come back

If you like the classic old school bowling alley — you’re gonna love this place. They even have a shop within the complex where you can order and/or purchase your own bowling shoes, bags and of course custom drilled bowling balls. The center was remodeled over a decade ago but still has the major elements of classic structure and design for those who’ve joined bowling leagues in the past. The burger grill is very basic but good. You can purchase adult beverages as well. Not a full blown bar — but you won’t go thirsty. On prime days and evenings plan on waiting for a lane.

Not too crowded on a Sunday night. We had a group of 7, so they let us play 2 games at once on 2 different lanes. We were there until about 20 minutes before closing time, and we didn't feel at all like they were rushing us out. One of the guys who worked there even gave us some tips to improve our skills. Alcohol prices are great, and they seem to really care about preventing underage drinking.

Its great to go play pool, games, or bowl. Just dont order any mix drinks stick with beer. I actually work in a bar so i can tell you without a doubt they dont know what they are doing. The drinks did not tast right at all.

We had my daughters 15 bday there. We did cosmic bowling from 10-1am. The kids loved it! The place is clean And the employees are very nice and helpful. They don't do reservations Friday night so I was nervous about getting two lanes next to each other. The guy at the desk told me to call and see how busy they were. I called and he said they had 1hr wait for a lane. We got there around 8:45 and put our name on the list. It was 1 he and he called us for a lane. The kids were just arriving. Perfect timing. They all had a blast. So fun. Would def go again. Just takes a little pre planning. I also felt safe. No bad characters or anything like that.

My family has been to this place multiple times and every time we walk out happier. The bowling lanes are clean. The staff is friendly and very polite. The arcade area is my daughter's favorite area but money can go fast. Have a plan. Ticket prize games are pretty fair. The prizes for the tickets are also fair. My kids like the experience of it. Our favorite is the duck machine. We have a collection of little rubber ducks. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you for everything.

My husband and I are visiting Franklin for the weekend. Unfortunately, the rain caused us to have to figure out other plans for our weekend. We decided to go bowling and got a $10 coupon emailed to us for these lanes. But when we got to the alley they informed us that they would not accept the coupon if it weren't printed out. We explained that we were from out of town and didn't have printing capabilities. They refused to take the coupon, so we refused to give them our money. What a joke. Don't visit this alley!
