Not too impressed with this place . It is extremely out dated . The bathroom hardly had enough soap to wash your hands. If you wanted the bumper lanes you had to 12 or under. If you are just looking to go bowling for a short time this place would be okay . I do not reccomend staying for a long time, they do not serve food here .

Great place to go for a quick game of bowling. Would be great if there were a snack bar or something inside. Outside could use a bit of sprucing up to make it look a bit more inviting, but all in all not a bad place to come!

Just left crest lanes after special Olympics bowling. Can't say enough about how great they are. Lanes are in great shape and auto score is wonderful.

We came here as a group of 5 to enjoy some family time today. We had the worst experience. The front desk was not helpful with our repetitive glitches and issues with our lane. We spent more time waiting for half fixes then we did bowling. Paid for 5 shoe rentals and 2 games each. Over an hour and a half or so.. We were finally on our 10th frame when it completely messed up. Front desk then offered to move us to another lane (because the people beside us finished). By this time, we were all annoyed at the continued problems and time spent waiting to bowl. I declined and asked about getting a refund for the second game since we weren't wanting to stay any longer and couldn't even finish our first game. We were denied a refund because "he offered to move us". Never again will I come here. No help was given and it really ruined our day. We will never have another birthday party here or even bowl here for fun. Warning to others.

I have never had a negative experience at this place! On top of that fact, every year they host the Special Olympics Bowling Event for a community of precious children who often take the backseat to mainstream society, and they do a wonderful job at that! We will continue to support this awesome staff and business with our patronage! A big "Thanks and God Bless You" to everyone there!

Nice place and great employees. At least a couple of the lanes were either not returning the bowling balls and/ they were not resetting the pins correctly. I was here a few months ago and this wasn't an issue, could be the machines just need to be fixed.

Very easy to get into a cheap. Although sometimes there can be technical difficulties with the lanes, it's a very easy way to spend the day having fun.

Waste of money and time. The place is so outdated and none of the lanes work. The balls would never come back up to us and kept getting stuck. the machine would lay down 7 pins instead of 10 sometimes. switched to a different lane, ball got stuck again. I got a refund except for the shoe rental because apparently they can’t refund you that. Never will go here again, family bowl in knoxville is way better.

Only reason I'm leaving 4stars is because a man asked if he could use one of those bowling stands for his daughter and they told him only if your in a wheel chair. I get that but at the same time you have plenty of stands and there wasn't anyone in a wheelchair bowling at that time. Also our lane messed up pretty much every other bowl, he could've moved us lanes to quickly resolve this. We even cancelled our next game and got a refund because how annoying it was.

I am a once-in-a-rare-while bowler. This was just somewhere to go bowling. Good selection of bowling balls to borrow. Rental shoes were what I would expect. I was disappointed with how many troubles our groups lanes were having and the lack of enthusiasm to fix them. Still, had fun.

Still a fantastic place to bowl. My Popop and my Daddy used to bowl here a long time ago. My Popop was in a league with Alcoa. To see a business still going strong like this just warms my heart. I love coming here to bowl my best gutter ball bowling ever!

I'm litteraly siting here on a Friday night and only get to see my kids for 2 hrs a week and they have a league here bowling and to lanes under mantaince and two lanes No one is use and they will not let me use one lane for to games of bowling because the to lanes that are not being used are back up lanes I think this is very unfair and in Christian of crest bowling alley is this company really this heartless

Horrible customer service. We were having issues with our lane and the guy was giving us problems for it and being completely rude. I would recommend going to a better bowling alley in Knoxville. At least they can treat their customers with some respect.

The young girl who could pass for a boy who works here is extremely rude. My family and I came here for an outing and this lady was so negative with everything out of her mouth.....she was miserable being there and it literally made us wanna leave. If you cant stand yourself you shouldn't work in the public.

It's really small and no snack bar but its descent and nice people there. Good if you dont like big places and it was quiet for a good while other than balls and pins and then loud radio music.
