A friend and I went to get 3 balls drilled. Chad took the time to get us measured and had the balls drilled by the next day! He was very helpful in showing me what I needed and then got all of my stuff set up within two hours so I didn't need to come back another day. I've been bowling since early 1980's in the Memphis and surrounding area. Since 2002,2003 I've averaged bowling 6 leagues during the fall and 3 to 4 for the summer. That being said this man has drilled and made excellent decisions in helping get the right equipment for style of game. Anyone that cares enough watch your game is my kind of pro shop owner. Where do I begin? I would need to write a novel to list all of the great things about Chad's Pro Shop. I started bowling two years ago, and I had no idea there was more to bowling than just throwing a ball at some pins. Chad has been with working with me all the way. He has watched me bowl at Andy B's and then helped me to select the right ball and correct drilling. I have very small hands which makes it hard for me to put rotation on the ball. He is so well versed in all technical aspects of how to drill a bowling ball to each bowler's individual game. He is an excellent bowler himself which also gives him expertise in ball selection. His pro shop stocks a wide range of accessories to help improve one's game. Even though an independent merchant, he only recommends accessories that he feels will really work for you. Chad has the best personality ever and makes you feel very comfortable in asking him for advice. And you know you can TRUST that advice. HE'S JUST THE BEST!
