Love, love, love this place and the staff! We will be making this our new bowling home. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the place is always clean and the atmosphere is nice. Great family environment and my kids really enjoy it, especially the food, which I have to say is better than decent for bowling alley fare and they're so nice back there, too! They have nice updated equipment and the lanes are in great shape. Can't say enough good things!

Great place for family fun. They have bumper guards for kids. Wide assortment of balls and sizes. The bigest draw back is they don't take credit or debit cards but they do take check sorta weird these days. But folks seemed very nice trusting and helpful. Will return!

It was getting late in the evening on Saturday night there were quite a few parents with children when the disco lights came on and the music started blasting so loud you couldn't hear. My grand-daughter is 11 and as she started to bowl, the lyrics to a song started screaming out over the loud speakers F____ and F___k and on a on. I complained to the staff. I told them they have a lot of small children and parents who "go to church" and that they should not be playing those songs. All that was said was that they. "try" to censor it. If the owners of this bowling alley let permit their staff to play this kind of music and permit teenagers to throw balls down the alley, shame on them.One of the parents had told me that they were waiting for the movie theater to let out just as I was. I was waiting to pick up my other grandchild. I thought bowling would be a fun thing to do while waiting...not again.

The music was a little too loud and the pins didn't reset correctly for the first 4 frames, but the staff went out of their way to fix the problem and monitored our lane closely during our entire visit to ensure everything continued to run smoothly.

Walked in at 7:12, didn’t get service until 7:45 and the people the walked in after us were serviced first. When I make a comment about the wait I get a sideways glance and eye roll? Slow service and rude staff.

Staff very nice. Went there to have Mike at the Redbeard Pro Shop re-drill 2 of my balls and threw 3 games to test them out....was 41 to 50 pins over my league average. A million thanks to Mike! He's SO good at what he does.

Could be better, i saw a group of folks having a party for a child with lots of people and kids. Both parents - mom and dad,of all the children were drinking alcohol. Set a limit on alcoholic beverages for those who plan on drinking alcohol or order a drink,and arrive with children. Would hate to think about the major impacts of a careless parenting while under the influence.

Waited over an hour for a lane. The line at the food spot was kinda slow. The bowling was fun and videos on the screen using our faces were hilarious. Bathrooms were a little iffy. But the place was packed.

Its been a great place to bowl for families, friends, etc. For years ever since I was a child growing up I've been on teams, from where you used to write the scores on paper, to when a child bowled it went where it went. Now they have these rails to help the children see their accomplishments of bowling to guide the ball down to knock some pins over, REALLY helps their self esteem.they also have a thing, not sure what it's called but to help the children learn to aim they put the ball on. the top of this thing, rolled it down after placing it, which it looks like a slide, but it helps aim the ball where they want it to go. They also have the digital scoring, which they have had all of this for quite a while but I've not filled out a review. Bowling world has always been and still is today a great place to go with your family for a great night of bowling fun. We had my 3 year old grandsons birthday party there. All the kids bowled and had so much fun!! Thank you for continuing to be THE great place in Cookeville for nice family time.there's not many places that were here that still are like bowling world.

Paid for an hour to play and the pins kept getting jammed. We spoke to the workers and never did they offer to switch us over or give us our time back we lost waiting on the faulty lane. Next time were going to crossville.

Our church had an outing there. The alley was ok I guess. Bathrooms needed cleaned. They only let us bowl for an hour and a half! Cut us off in the8th frame of our second game. Feel like we should have been able to finish. That was a rip! They should know that we are not good bowlers and take more time than league bowlers . We had fun anyway!

Went Cosmic bowling. Drank some beer, didn't have to wait for a lane, they played excellent music. Bowling is a tad more expensive than I remember plus our lane kept not setting right. All around it was fun.

Good morning everyone. I went to this facility for a 4 year old birthday party and it has been the only time I have been there. I must say, that the facility has a little bit of something for everybody. Restaurant which serves alcohol if you want, game rooms plenty of bowling lanes. People willing to help the young kids in their bowling and the accessories they might need. It looks like they have updated Electronics for bowling. They even were friendly enough to charge up my phone. All in all it was a great day. I highly recommend this place. Jack

I loved it. Yea it is outdated, but that is the cool part. You get to use computers that are NASA style from like the 80s. This is one of the cleanest bowling alleys I have ever been to.

I've been bowling here every Saturday for the last 8 weeks. No problem on weekends and cosmic bowling, just need MORE BOWLING BALLS!! ESPECIALLY 8LB ONES.Also need to be a little less expensive!! I like the weekend staff.I also have bowled on weekday and paid $25 for an hour,TOO Expensive! We also went on New Yrs Eve, the package on N.Y eve ending up being a bad deal , $61 for an hr and half, 1 rectangle burnt pizza,1 pitcher of Dr Pepper and a cheap plastic hat ,no beads or blowers.So we paid $30 for a bad pizza,1 pitcher of cola!! (We are regulars and go every weekend! )I like the new computers but it's NOT AT ALL any dark for black lites anymore. Maybe they can fix that! Good music! NO sad or whining country!! New mngt is nice!If it's not $25 game I'll keep going! The 3,4 of us will. It adds up monthly to $220, buying our own shoes helped! Love the weekend staff, just need deals or a little cheaper! DEFINITELY WANT PAY $25 FOR AN HOUR. overall great! #fromaRegulareverySaturday.

My husband and I walked in to play a game and the guy was sitting in a chair when we came in. He gave us a mean look and didn’t come up even though we waited multiple minutes. Never coming back considering the fact that I didn’t even get to play! Ruined our day. There was no one else there so I know he wasn’t too busy to take care of us. Terrible customer service.

Man staff at desk, more than helpfull, very nice. Bowling game is cheap 2.50 kids 3.50 adults, show rental cheap too, can't see a couple playing 2 games for 32.00 that's crock..... Staff nice, bowling fun. I recommend bowling world.

I guess this is new management and the only people who matter are the staff not the customers. When my friends and I attended this weekend we were automatically given a hard time for trash left by people before us. Trying to buy anything from the bar was a hassle. One girl was given the wrong food (no biggie) another was never given her food and they tried to imply she never paid for it. When i tried to buy a drink there was noone in there but 2 staff members. As one left 2 more entered (one being the owner or manager ) she walked in and order cheese fries. They argued over a tab and i sat in the bar for almost 5 minutes completely ignored with all 3 of their backs turned to me. I grabbed my wallet payed for my game and waited for my friends to finish. I felt bad originally when I heard we were getting another bowling alley but now I'm glad I don't have to give this one my business.

This place is parhetic, they hosted a tournament with a broken, leaking lane oil machine that leaked oil all over the lanes, there was no consistent shot, they has to have belp running thw tournament because the gm was new ans uncomfortable runnung it, stay away. Stay very far away.
