I was here With my Son, Mother, two older sisters, one of which is special needs and we were going bowling for her birthday 9/16/17. We also invited 3 of her friends to join. We brought a cake that was hand picked, specialized and expensive for my sister, and the rude lady at the shoe desk told us we couldn't have the cake unless we rented the party room. I told her, I would just box it back up and we would bowl. She continued to tell me, "No, it can't even be visible." I told her I wasn't putting a $65 cake in a hot car, i'll put it up, we always come bowling for my sisters birthday." She proceed to tell me her boss was coming in for her shift and would tell me the same. I wasn't going to give those people our money after being rude and embarrassing her in front of her friends, we left and had her birthday party at the park.

Was really nice. Went on a Monday & didnt realize there was specials going on. After 7 we got $4 really really good hotdogs for $4 and drinks too. Wasnt alot of people until after 8.

This is overall a good bowling alley to go to with your family I have used this alley as a venue for many family get togethers and birthday parties my only complaint about this bowling alley is if you want to go somewhere to unwind and relax with the boys this is not the place. We attended the Saturday Glow Bowl for my close friends 24th birthday and were disappointed because of how much we loved this place in the past. During our visit eight off the bat there was no draft beer and through out the night our options got thinner and this was upsetting after convincing my friends to go here instead of the bar because your guys beer selection wasn't too bad. Thanks for proving me wrong.

This place is TERRIBLE. RUDE and very un-welcoming employees and management. There was a charge for water...really? You spend 30+ dollars and then I still have to pay for a cup of water? We were sold a pitcher of beer at 11.35 pm on new years eve and then a very rude lady came up to our table and said we had 5 minutes to finish our drinks and tried to take the pitcher off our table...really? Why sell me something and 5 min later try to take it away? I asked for my money back for the pitcher and she handed me cash from her back pocket...I should have asked for ALL or money back. I mean they were bothered by the kids accidently pushing the call button...if you can't handle kids in your establishment...post it on your website! Family friendly....right. We have been to many bowling alleys and this was the bottom of the barrel...run down...dirty and just a waste of money and time. In sum..our family felt very uncomfortable and did not enjoy our time at this place.

If you need help at tri city lanes all you gotta do is ask for vikki. If you need anything from the snack bar ask for lisa-maye. She can fix you up her award winning grilled cheese. Made from 4 different blends of farm raised cheese. Twice been given a food network award for most innovative bar food. Tri city lanes is a hidden gem in the foothills of sc. If you want 1st class treatmemt come to tri city lanes.

Bad customer service. Waited for over ten minutes to get a lane! Associate was standing with her back towards customers in line counting and recounting cash out of a till box and using her cell phone to add it again and again! Then after thirty minutes of playing were told we had to move lanes because a tournament was coming in. We switched lanes as asked and thirty minutes later, still no one had taken over our previous lane. Get what ya pay for with this place. Would not recommend unless you just want to throw beat up balls down a lane. Took us ten minutes to pay to leave too.

Not friendly. Lanes are oiled badly. Old and not even have inhouse wi fi. Location is hard to get to and dangerous for anyone not familiar with the roadway. Small 24 lanes and crowded. Not recommended for the serious bowler.

False advertisment in prices. Said online and the board behind the counter that sunday all day is 1.85$ "A" game. The lady said that was wrong that thats per game per person. So therfore we paid almost 70 dollars for three people to play two games. Note that the shoes are only 3 dollars and some change "PER PERSON"!!! EXTREMLY IRRITATED and upset with that.

Woman at the front was super rude. Coming up to the front we started to tell her that we had reserved a lane but she interrupted and asked us our shoe sized and was generally very rude in answering any of our questions. They also don’t take debit or credit cards which wasn’t told to us when we called in and reserved our lane. Bathrooms were gross and smelly. One good thing was the place was very cheap and did have a good atmosphere other than the rude employees.

Tri-city lanes has remodeled with new scoring monitors. The rates have gone up a little bit. We used to save because we have our own shoes but they charge you for shoe rental included in the price now. Best rates around though.

My husband bowls in a league at this place. We usually bowl in Mauldin and I’ve never had a bad experience there. Tonight at this place I ordered French fries and my husband wanted the cheese sauce on the side because I don’t eat that. I asked for ketchup and they told me it was 27cents. Are you freaking kidding me? 27cents for some ketchup? I have 27cents but I refuse to pay for ketchup with my fries. I hope the owner reads this! You have lost all business from me. I will never buy drinks or food here again! Keep your damn ketchup!!

Lucky there's no option for zero stars. Staff is extremely rude. My husband's shoes were delivered and never called to tell him. Lanes are in bad shape and restrooms are always disgusting. Maintenance on the building needs updating. Worst bowling alley I've been to. The kids bowl free they offer does not save you money, charge you for shoes even when you have your own. After this summer, never coming back to this sad excuse for a "family-friendly' establishment.

Total hole in the wall. Atmosphere is good and staff is friendly. The issue here is they need to put some money back into the business. The place looks terrible and old. The sign out front is from a bad 80's movie, and the party room is frankly a joke. Oddly enough I like the place, but please remodel.

Run down uncleaned. Rude customer service. Lanes kept acting up. When pushed call button We were screamed at not to push it again. When ordered cheese sticks was given salsa for dipping instead of marinara sauce and told that the grill hasn't been turned on in 3 days. When we called about there special we were told about one but when we got there we was told that they didn't have one. We will never return to this alley again. Very disappointed

We go every week and every time is has been a good experience. Not once have we had a problem with the staff and they are always nice to us and try to help. I really enjoy it and during the weekdays in the afternoon is a great time to take kids or just practice while there's not a lot of people around. Definitely a great time, every time

Now I see why the prices are so cheap. Lanes were absolutely terrible. Pins kept getting stuck after shots. If you are a serious bowler, it would be in your best interest to try out a different bowling alley.
