After bowling at most of the local alleys strikers has the best lighting, keeps their lanes oiled, keeps the bowling area clean so your shoes don't get messed up. My only recommendation would be to make sure that their is open bowling before you go as they host many leagues. If you go to strikers you will most certainly have the best local bowling experience, so have fun and remember to follow proper bowling etiquette.

It was good. Just hoped it would be more layed back but turned out to be otherwise. Kinda made it less enjoyable since with small kids it will not work because it takes long for them as they wanna be independent and after working on your feet all week you just wanna take it easy. They didn't explain anything, so hoping there was a good reason and they failed to mention it. We will try it again but it will be 4 ppl most likely, two of which will be small kids. So if it's going to be timed, we will most likely just stick with the mall.

Great family friendly atmosphere. Only down fall is the older gentleman at the concession area. He is bit aggressive and rude but he doesn’t effect the overall experience my family and I had today. It has a separate bar area must be 21 and up to enter which is great. Doesn’t smell like cigarettes which is a huge plus and all staff is welcoming and friendly.

I have never been to a place where they try to limit the amount you can play. We come all the time and the guy behind the counter argues that we can't play four games in three hours. Then we go back to pay for the 4th and he gives us flack about the $1.00 charge. So much for southern hospitality.

We have been visiting Strikers for years. We love the kids bowl free program they have every summer where they allow children to bowl 2 free games each day till September 1st. They are an older bowling alley but overall it's a good place to take your family.

It SEEMS like a great place to bowl considering it is the only place in Rock Hill. However, I wouldn’t know considering the one time we went to bowl at the FAMILY sports center, 25 of the lanes were reserved for a tournament. Very poor planning. You should not host tournaments on the weekends when most families would be looking for an activity to do. I won’t go back. I’ll drive 30 minutes out of the way before I give my business to you. First and last bad impression.

Most of the time it a great place to bowl. Daily specials makes it affordable. I'm currently in 3 leagues and love the tournaments.... From time to time some of the employees are a little rude, but i figure we all have our bad days. I've met a lot of new people and after the regulars see you several times they are always willing to help with advice if your struggling with your game.

We used the kids bowl free deal and had a great time. On a Saturday the shoe rental was $3.85 each. Pins reset every time (unlike worn out lanes), and the scoring was accurate. Good, clean, and friendly!

Gotta love $1 a game after 9. ... be nice if they added some decent house balls as they are complete garbage but expected. Shoes decent and approach was not too sticky probably because league bowled before. Ball return and rack worked well. Looks to be a decent alley compared to ones I bowled in PA and NY. Like to try with my equipment seems like carry is good and lines hold with little oil carry down. I suspect lots of high games and good series if you are consistent and know how to adjust

My family had a fun time and enjoyed our fathers day. It is very busy and loud but that's to be expected. They kept the place very clean which we were surprised and happy about. Game room was fun as well. Only complaint is for one lame you have have 2 seats. If you get 2 lanes u get 4 seats plus the middle console. Not nearly enough seats but you can go up the stairs and sit at the tables so it's not too bad. Just was difficult for my dad and I being disabled. Overall it was a fantastic day and great experience. I recommend.

Its a great place to take the family. Its not an upgraded bowling alley and the dj needs to improve but they have a good selection of bowling balls and shoes. The staff are friendly and do a good job of keep the place clean. Food is good, no diet caffeine free option on drinks and menu is old school. We go once a week and we have a great time!

Old Bowling alley but my family and I bowl a few times a month. The staff is always very friendly. The only problem we ever have is when you show up at the same time they have leagues. They are too busy at those time and either you have to wait for a lane or they won't let you bowl at all. The rest of the time is a great experience.

Found this place on Groupon where they had a deal for $13 (two people/two games/shoes). It was Friday night and the Groupon had a 1 hour wait and an exclusion for Saturday. We decided to go that night a few hours later. Now this place is quite a drive for us, about 45 minutes, so we didn’t get there until 7:30ish. When we walked in we went to the counter and presented our Groupon and the guy at the counter hesitated and said it would be a wait. Looking around, the place was packed so we asked how long and he said 50 minutes and put our name on the list. Not a problem we went to get a bite to eat and came back 50 minutes later. We walked in and it was less busy with several lanes open. Great! We get to the counter with the Groupon and the guy says ”oh it’ll be another 45 minutes.” At that point it was already almost 9pm. We decided to leave because it seemed like we kept getting bumped to the bottom of the list because we had a Groupon. I understand that the Groupon doesn’t give them as much money as another customer but don’t have a Groupon deal if your going to treat customers differently for trying to use it. We were really excited to try this place out but now we don’t have any plans on going back. Looked like a fun place but beware if you try going there using a Groupon.

The best times for families to come bowl are reserved daily, for leagues, all...lanes, every single one. Of course, if your family is a pack of vampires, they will allow families to bowl after 9pm... Mind you, if 9pm is an absurd time for your children to bowl, bring them during school hours. It seems to be the only other times lanes are available to the public. Ridiculous establishment. Please, do anything but waste your time here.

Had a wonderful time bowling at Strikers. The lanes were working properly. It was nice to see families as well as teams bowl for practice and fun. My only stipulation was that a Groupon coupon was utilized when it did not need to be. I felt that the associates did not inform us of a better deal until after the Groupon was utilized. The deal was called Triple Tuesdays for those who attend. Still enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Food was also delicious... for bowling alley food.

Great atmosphere with good prices for bowling. Plenty of lanes so there's always availability for groups looking to bowl, the staff is super friendly, and there are plenty of arcade games and pool tables for those who want to entertain themselves otherwise. My only complaint is that there's no real vegan options and limited vegetarian options at the kitchen. Would strongly recommend.

We were confused on the pricing so went to ask management about it because we were confused. Rather than helping us by explaining how everything is priced, he just seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by us asking him anything. Felt very unwelcomed and aggravating when all we were trying to do was have some fun. Will definitely go to Revolutions from now on. Lane options aren’t as big but staff and management are A LOT more friendly. Thanks for making our fun night out not so fun.

No oil on the lanes for a tournament if you're second session. Sign up to bowl first if you want to bowl as well as possible. The tournament allows you to sign up a second time to bowl a second set if you want to. No Pepsi in vending machine or the cooler. No paper in ladies room (which could use a good scrubbing) Food is basic and decent.Staff a bit slow but SUPER NICE and practiced safe food handling.

Great family friendly place for affordable bowling. Went on a friday night for midnight bowling & they had a dj playing. Very festive & very fun. Midnight bowling was $40 for a lane (I think we had it for the entire night) & free shoes up to 6 people. Plenty of food choices. Personal pizza was tasty for the cheap price ($4.49 I believe). They also had a lounge that was doing karaoke. Plenty of seating, clean, & affordable. Can't beat that!

The woman wouldnt take my husbands ID even though there was nothing wrong with it. She claimed that "if her manager saw her take it she would get in trouble". I asked who her manager was and she refused to tell me instead saying that she was one. Exceptionally rude and completely turned us away. We left and went to revolutions, the better bowling alley right up the road.

A coworker and I took a group of special needs individuals for a morning outing. We arrived on a bus and entry into the facility was accommodating. Two lanes reserved for us were easily accessible. We were treated with patience and respect by the staff. There were no problems encountered with obtaining shoes, socks and bowling balls. Upon request, we were given a complimentary pitcher of ice water and cups. We did however encounter several issues with the balls automatically returning from the pit area to our access rack but each issue was promptly resolved after notifying the front desk. Overall, the event was enjoyable and very pleasant for all.

Fair price, good food and better lanes. All together I would say “strikers” is an excellent place to go with friends, family or a date. Their food does seem to have a type of greasy taste with it but it’s still good and perfect for a bowling game. Not only do they have bowling but also pool, the tables aren’t in the best condition but it doesn’t affect the game at all. With the pool tables they also have a few arcade games. Half were out of order or broken the rest provided a very fun time with friends. Service was also very pleasant and laid back.

I haven't been to a bowling alley in quite a few years. I really enjoyed the two-hour visit that I was there. I was at a friend's daughter's 11th birthday party. Strikers hosted and catered the party. They did as good a job as could be expected. The facilities were clean. The atmosphere was pleasant and family oriented - mind you I was there from 12 p. M. To 2: 30 p. M. On a Saturday. From 5000 feet, Strikers seemed to run a tight, tidy ship. I spoke with the bowling pro in the Pro Shop at Strikers - Robert Layman - and he gave me the feeling that bowling is still alive and Rock Hill and I agree. He seemed very professional and knew what he was talking about and he had a lot of very nice products to suit any of your bowling needs. If you're just starting out or if you are a seasoned veteran, Strikers and the pro shop inside can help. I'm not saying this stuff to try to promote the bowling alley I'm telling you my experience while I was there. All around you will have a good time at Striker's Bowling Alley. Also the concessions were decent and reasonably priced. Hope this helps. Happy bowling.

My son had his special Olympics held here and the staff was extremely friendly and accomadating. They had free drinks for the kids teachers and parents. They also did the award ceremony over the speakers and assisted with passing out the ribbons and helped with getting pictures of the kids. Love this place. Very family friendly. We come here as a family and have never left disappointed and today they exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend.

7pm on a Saturday night and they have no open lanes until 9:30 because they have leagues practicing who apparently take precedent over everyone else. Also they chose tonight to oil the floors which took over half the lanes out. No point in having “specials” if regular customers can never bowl. Definitely unhappy.

Had a great time with 3 adults, a 10 yr old and a kindergarten aged maniac! Kids had slushies. Non driving adults had 2.50 bottled beer and they let us pay cash, run a tab and switch sizes and brands without batting an eye. The draft beer was kinda flat. Go for the bottled over draft. The blue slushies are to die for, according to a reliable source I know. As he showed me repeatedly, it's guaranteed to give you what he called Smurf mouth. Staff was courteous and very patient and helpful. Place was clean.

Aside from this being the best place to bowl in Rock Hill, there are daily deals good enough to bring in people from Charlotte. The best deals include Tuesday - all day long 3 games for $4.75 and $1.75 shoe rental ($6.50 total). Wednesday is All you can bowl for $7.00 (shoes $3.85). Their snack bar is good too - lots of options and good tasting food.

I think you should be told what times Leagues will be there or the times open lanes will be available when you call ahead of time to take advantage of there specials. They have a great special today called Triple Tuesdays. It cost $6.50 for 3 games and shoes. When I showed up at around 6 o'clock, I was told a lane would not be available until 8 because of the Leagues. What a bummer on my birthday. I stayed to play some games with my family for a while.

Look......HANDS DOWN the best place to go to bowl in the region. Awesome lanes that are maintained daily, awesome food, awesome staff and great atmosphere. Strikers has bowling deals each day. My favorite is going on Tuesday and bowling 3 games at a time for only a buck each game. If you want to get into the sport of bowling then start here! They have a bowling store with the best name brand bowling gear at a reasonable price. Bring your friends and have some fun. You'll love it, trust me.

It was very crowded when we went but it WAS Saturday. We had to wait an hour and a half for a lane but the staff was friendly and it was very fun. Bars not too bad either and is separate from the bowling lanes.
