Wanted to come a few times before posting a review! You should DEFINITELY go on a week day before 5pm. They have great deals and a lot more space to enjoy without it being so congnested with people. The food was surprisingly AMAZING — I suggest their buffalo wings! They are addicting. Great and friendly staff, clean facilities, and overall just a great place to hang out and bowl!

Lanes were so covered in oil, that a dry towel wouldn't even help. I had to clean my ball with a cleaner after each throw, which isn't technically legal to do in the middle of a game per league rules. The lanes are synthetic which means there is no slide with your approach. I talked to management and the response was your not supposed to slide, and I said that defeats the whole purpose of bowling shoes. My shoes were clean, so it is definitely the synthetic lanes. All in all worst experience I ever had bowling. Would reccomend AMF Lanes over this alley.

Up until recently this was the only bowling alley in Pooler so there really wasn't much competition. It's a pretty nice place. The lanes are always in working order and most of the arcade games are usually working too. It's just extraordinarily expensive. I've been to other bowling alleys and they're not nearly as spendy as this place. It's fun for a night out but be prepared to pay for it.

Good wholesome family fun. The food isn't amazing but it's alright. They have laser tag, pool, arcade games, bowling, 'midnight bowling' (where the lights are turned down low, music videos are played, blacklights are turned on, the bowling pins glow, & disco & laser lights are used). Great bang for your buck!

Employees yelled at my friends and I because they were using the bumpers and proceeded to turn them off and we were unable to use said bumpers. Rude and unhelpfull staff and refused to give a refund after wasting 30 mins of our time due to the complaint about the bumpers. One of the employees continued to rudely stare at us. It forsed us to leave the asablishment.

Serena, our waitress, is great! She takes care of an entire bowling league on her own and keeps us all happy. The music seems to be selected for just a certain group, not for the majority of the people who are there. Note to the owners and/or manager, if you don't want to play music we all enjoy, at least play stuff we actually recognize. The restrooms need work. At least one soap dispenser is broken and there are no toilet seat covers. They do offer some good weekday specials and the staff are very nice.

Don't not go here for anything but the bowling. The bowling is fine. All of the extras are under serviced and under maintained with little or no contribution. About 30% of the machines in the arcade are not turned on or out of order or some of the buttons do not work but yet they are still on. The laser tag is unremarkable. They have a theater that works like a motion simulator for different types of movies. Kind of like an amusement park ride but way less quality. We tried it out and the file for the movie that they run it on the computer was corrupted and froze 2 or 3 times during the simulation. The 3-D video with glasses is not calibrated with the air spray and floor movement so it doesn't portray right. Again, just go here for the bowling, pretend the rest isn't there.

Amazing place to come and have fun with family! Amazing food and an overall amazing experience. Great place to bowl and just hang out. There is also a bar for adults wanting to get away from the world. Constantly restocking games.

Half price lanes on Sunday. We came in with a larger group of 15 and needed multiple lanes around 8pm. They were helpful and got us bowling quickly. Food is good cafe food considering and if you're celebrating you can bring your own cake in.

Wonderful place for an afternoon of family fun. Tons of lanes for bowling. Pool hall, arcade, laser tag, all decently priced. Has a bar and food court, which is slightly expensive but completely optional. Clean facility, easy to find location, friendly staff.

Brought my son and his friends for his birthday. They had a great time except for the young lady who served them between 2 & 4 on 6/25/19. My son's friend said they made an order for drinks and when they got their order the young lady threw their change at them. They didn't say anything else to her, but I think it was very disrespectful. You would have gotten a score of 5 if it were not for her.

This place was wonderful! It was very clean, well-designed, and full of entertainment options for all ages. The gentleman who got us set up for bowling was patient and very knowledgeable. We had three children with us, and it was a perfect destination for our family as we traveled south to Florida.

We had a church youth group that wanted to come in on league night, and they offered us a great deal on arcade / laser tag instead. Great customer service, we had kids from age 4 - 44 and it was an amazing time for everyone.... we'll definitely be back!

Family time: Place was extremely crowded which wasn’t much of an issue. However, the snack bar was literally out of pizza, wings, burgers: the food selection was beyond limited. The staff was friendly. The place was as clean as expected to be given how busy it was.

They have a deal for $1 per person per gane on mondays and the shoes were only $3 i believe, me and my bpyfriend and my daughter went there for our anniversary and we played 2 games but payed for 3 ans were just gonna cut our losses as we had our fun but were ready to go eat, and it was only $3, but they put the $3 on a card that we could use in the arcade games!!! love this place!

Love the games! But I’m a bartender, and paying $7 for a Long Island only to watch her give half the amount of liquor and double the mix was disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend for an adult game night. Family, yes. But adults nah.

Definitely one of the better bowling alleys I’ve been to in my life. Lanes are maintained nicely. Food is also good. Would suggest two people work the bar and clean the bottoms of the rental shoes.

I love going there, but some of these parents really need to get there kids under control. It gets a little unenjoyable when you have kids ages 2 to 13 running all around and in front of you when you're trying to bowl. Other than that, I have a great time.

Cool and fun, decent atmosphere, but very expensive. $40 for one game or I guess an hour of play time seems pretty unforgiving. If you got the BaG to throw around money this place will be your new bowling home, unless you prefer the club across the way with a bowling alley as well.

The lady at the counter for food had an attitude problem( in particular the lady with the black hair and blotchy blonde(more like orange) highlights). Will not be returning. PERIOD! And the food was nasty, the mozzarella sticks were freezer burned ,the French fries had tooooo much pepper on it, and the slushees were melted. I don’t recommend anyone comes to this bootleg Rigby’s.But lazer tag was fun though.

Went here today for my daughter's birthday. It was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. It was unorganized and chaotic. Had to ask for everything we needed. They charge you extra (service charge) for a so called host to take thirty minutes bring shoes for the kids to bowl. The so called host kept bringing the wrong sizes. The kids bowled maybe 20 minutes because by the time they all got the right shoes it was time to eat because you only have 2 hours and trust me they let you know. Manger was no help and rude. NEVER HAVE A PARTY HERE NEVER

Not a bad place. Cons: Lane 13 definitely pulls left. Was using bumpers and the ramp for my four year old son. Set up ramp far right, square to the lane and the ball always ended up far left. They also dont pay per game on the weekend which i didnt like. Many arcade games are over priced Pros: very clean, clean shoes, clean balls and clean area Very friendly staff

Horrible management. They kicked us out 5 minutes of us being there because of the age policy but when we had an adult he wouldn’t let us stay because he didn’t think we came together. She even pulled out her id and he told her he didn’t want to see it. Never coming back!!!

We had a great time. As it was my daughters first bowling experience and my first experience that wasnt with candlepin bowling I had no idea if I could even manage but theres a large selection of different weighted balls and the staff was super friendly. Didnt care for the $30 per hour price tag as we only got in one game. Seemed like it should have been a little cheaper but still felt worth it to me because I never get out. If you have back, neck, or shoulder problems I would suggest asking for a lightweight ball that's kept behind the counter. And maybe a 1/2 size smaller on the shoes from what you regularly wear day to day. Loved that I didnt need to learn how to keep score, the machines do it automatically. The arcade area looked a little small but fun. After our hour bowling was up we checked the time and had to leave for other reservations so we didnt play any of the games. Will definitely make it back to do that at some point though

Need more staff members... Had to wait 1 hour to get the food that I ordered. When the food came it was the wrong order but after waiting that long a just got my money back. The manager was not very helpful at all.

I use to think this was the home of bowling in the Georgia/South Carolina area due to its loyalty to avid customers, but boy was I wrong. Last time I came here I was early, and inside the premises, for the special yet I was denied due to their only being one employee slowly assisting a customer before me. If I knew the employee would take 10 minutes to process the other customer I would have hustled harder to get here. I suggest coming 30 minutes in advance on Sundays due to the lackadaisical mood of the staff. Too bad there is only one register and employee, otherwise this could be a swifter operation. You lost my consistent business....truly disappointed. Lanes are decent, if not sloppily over oiled.

Bowled a total of four games. I was with one other and first started with two games but extended by two more. After the first few rounds the lights went out but that was the only malfunction we came across. I also thought it was interesting that we get an F for foul on the game board if your foot passes into the bowling lane area. It was annoying for my partner. First time seeing this at a bowling alley, but that’s okay! After our third game for some reason we had to contact the front desk to get our fourth game since it was not automatically applied. I felt like the gentleman that helped us did not understood we wanted to extend by two more games. Needless to say the chicken honey musterwrap was delicious and the strawberry daiquiri! If you’re coming here with two or even three people I recommend buying by the hour.

This place is full of fun and there's something for everyone. The only downside is that there were a lot of broken games in the arcade. Also, lane rental can be pretty pricey, but if you go with a group and split the cost, it's much more affordable and they're willing to work with you to split payments. The beer is cheap and and the glow bowl is a heck of a lot of fun. My friends and I will definitely be back soon!

This location is off by itself away from the busy Pooler traffic. The staff was attentive and busily working. We did however have a problem on our lane and it took a moment for someone to realize it. The food station appeared clean however their health score was a 73. Restrooms were neat and clean. We had a really good time.

Took my child here today for his bday because he truly wanted to go to the arcade. The games we played were kinda fun..a little pricey for some that you don't even get tokens for, which I think sucked. Some of the games, I felt were rigged. There was this motorbike one my son went on and he can barely control the bike. But his character was moving on its own And that game was $1.50. The other was this "how hard can you hit the ball" sorta thing. My son hit it and it stopped at 5 tickets. I played (obviously with more force) it shot all the way up to the top then came down to 5 tickets. My husband even tried a few times and the same happened to him. Wanted to do the 5D movie, that wasn't working. But on the plus, the bowling was very fun.
