Tremendous decline recently. With renovations to convert it from a bowling alley to a night club, also came a 30% markup in prices across the board, low quality food, and worse bowling. All of the old balls were tossed out and replaced with the cheap plastic ones you find at Spare Time. The customer service is also horrendous and everyone there pretends to be so superior and aloof to the clientele. On top of that despite being a VIP member there you arent allowed to use any deals "on nights with other deals", which is every night because they up charge the original cost so much to try and trick you with a "discount". If youre looking for good lanes, try elsewhere. If youre looking for good food and drinks, try elsewhere. If youre looking for an alley to make friends with quality staff, try elsewhere.

Overpriced admission. Service was awful, took over 1 hour to get a frozen burger after checking on it several times... drinks overpriced and took a long time to get. I recommend avoiding! Go to your local bowling alley... this place has nothing that sets them apart for over 4x the price

We've only bowled a few times before, told by manager to pay after we are done playing and were given a $90 bill "17" games later. They should be more upfront about the cost. We wouldn't have played so many games if we knew it was $7 for each person to try to knock down some pins 10 times. Maybe most people know how much bowling costs but we absolutely had no idea. Place was clean and food was fine. $20 for a good pitcher of beer seems a bit much too. Never going back.

Really good music and super clean. Friendly staff. Prices are really good as well. They are renovating. Drinks were a bit high, but you pay for convenience, so it's not bad all. Still better priced than any other place. We've been to some of the new places, but this one is still probably our favorite.

I ordered mozzarella sticks when I first arrived. I noticed it was taking a little longer then need be. Everyone else started getting their food and the staff kept telling me mine is coming, only two more minutes. The mozzarella sticks came up 30 minutes later and were cold. The staff told me, “I seen them come out the fryer.” I asked for money back but the staff did not care to make my visit right. That is not a proper way to run a business in my eyes.

Man... Bowling is expensive these days! I used to come here like 20 years ago, and they've since renovated the place. There's a bit of a hipster chic vibe going on now, which, I assume, is why they charge so much on the weekends. (There are better deals if come early in the week.) The lanes are pristine and everything seems well maintained. There was a vast selection of bowling balls to choose from if you don't have your own. The rental shoes were clean and devoid of odor. There is a shop if you want to get serious about bowling and a fairly good arcade. I can't speak about the food because I didn't try any.

Reasonable priced, good specials, this bowling alley is solid. Staff is super helpful always willing to make sure you have what you need. The places has multiple arcade games that are good too. My only gripe is they need a post system to order from the bowling alley. I gave up twice on getting any food as the line was so long and only one person takes the orders. Still really good experience and good lanes.

I'd give them zero stars if I could this right here was $18. Just chicken tenders and fries with a sprite. The group next to us had three games left and wanted to give them to us as there is no refunds here so we figured we'd ask the person working here. She lied and said they didn't have three games left instead of just saying no for whatever reason. Edit= Just checked out I put my card on file to start and when we went to leave they charged us for our two games, we had five adults and one 5 year old and it was $70. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The beer tasted watered down also at $14 a pitcher. As I was asking questions about the prices of everything checking out aggravated the manager just sat there laughing listening to me question her employee. Horrible service, extremely expensive.

Have not been here since they did a make-over recently. The bar area is nice. They have children's video games and some for young adults. I miss the pool tables. I haven't bowled in awhile. I think that renting shoes for $4.45 is kinda expensive, same amount for each game of bowling. But , it's a clean establishment with some very nice professional workers.

I am happy with the renovations and the new look, but can you explain to me the 20-30 minute wait line? I am sorry, but no common sense was put into the check in counter. They have 3 registers. 1. Check-in 2. Events 3. I don't even remember now. I went on grand opening night. They had 4 people working a the register and only 1 person was working the (check-in register). While the other 2 registers remained unused. The 3 other staff jus stood on stand by while the line kept getting bigger and bigger. We were 3rd in line and finally after 20 and some minutes it was our turn. The people in the back of the line have had to at least waited 30 plus minutes. This is just poor set up by the business itself. The staff are outstanding and through the stress, they did their best. Hello?? You are going to have more Check-in guests then Events and whatever other register you have set up for. I recommend more available registers to make the check-in process smoother and faster. The prices are a bit high so check into groupon or coupons on the web. 3 Stars, the waiting really ticked me off. Who the hell only has 1 register set up for walk-in???

I tried bowling here with my friends but was turned away due to no openings. Usually this would be a good sign; however, the employees were slightly rude about it. Of course I don't really have a problem with that I guarantee that they were stressed which I can relate with, but it was the overall cleanliness that makes me not want to go back. Walking in all you smell is stale beer and cigarettes causing the atmosphere to feel sticky and dense.

ABSOLUTELY the worst place to attend. A total of 4 employees working, no service, the bar covered in dirty glasses/pitchers and a lane that didn't work. The "manager" did not tend to any issues that the crowd presented that needed to be addressed. For ONE game we were charged $48 and the lanes were not even returning the bowling balls. This place will be closed if someone doesn't step in and take over and address a better business plan.

The bowling part was AWESOME. The bar, however, was straight up ridiculous. It took upwards of 30 minutes for her to make 2 margaritas. There were only 2 people ahead of me. But 30 minutes for 2 margaritas is just crazy.

First time was amazing, Cat was a great waitress, and the music was great. We came the next Friday....horrible service, took 40 mins to get one then she forgot my drink had to go to the bar to get a Pepsi, and then a party of 15 people come next to us, never bowled once and drank the whole time. Terrible service, terrible experience, and ruined my whole experience allowing drunks to wonder around without even bowling.

This place is great. I do see that their technology is a little behind. For example, the bumpers are manual and once you put them up for the kids, they stay up for the entire game for everyone. If players are big and no bumpers needed than your all good. For the little ones and big mixed, not so much.

Went with coworkers and friends multiple times. Before the renovation it was cramps, dark and had the old bowling alley feel now it shines and has a modern and luxury vibe. Food isn't the best nor are the drinks but you get the convenience of having everything in one place.

#1: Prices for bowling are never listed and are very high. #2: They attract many kids, but seem to have no filter for the content of the music videos playing at the end of EVERY lane. Most bowling alleys are half the price of this business. It’s kind of the culture. If you want to up the price substantially (ALMOST DOUBLE) then be forthright about it. Yes, your prices vary per day, but letting a customer know that it’s going to be more expensive BEFOREHAND is what’s going to give you repeat customers. Prices weren’t posted anywhere. Not appreciated. As far as the second point is concerned, not everyone is going to want to see lingerie models dancing on a screen that you cannot avoid. Families go bowling too and they usually take kids. Please have a little more respect and apply some kind of filter to your playlist. Other than that, I had fun and the place was clean. I just don’t enjoy being messed with.

Impressive! I've not been to a bowling lane in about a year .. this place is NICE! Looks up to date and clean! No smoke! That is one thing I've hated about bowling alley, was the cigarette stench. Not here. Staff was great & friendly. We ordered snacks & drinks too. Great all around experience. The only negative it's the video/gaming section. The games are great, but they use this ridiculous Game Card system that is OBVIOUSLY meant to force you to pay more than the games are requiring. Meaning, you pay $5 for one card with 5 credits for example .. then you play a game that "costs" 3 credits, so you're card is left with 2 credits .. Guess what. Nothing there is 2 credits, so you MUST but another card. Then, you think, "okay, I've got two credits on the first card and give me credits for a total of 7 credits.". NOT! You cannot combine cards, do you've forfited those 2 credits that you paid for because they are useless. I HATE such systems which are only created to FORCE people to literally WASTE money at you're expense, while they keep it with no turn service. That, Really, bothers, me. Otherwise, Get Some.
