We are locals. Sad to say, not a good experience. We were all miserably hot. The bowling area was too cramped.. We unfortunately paid for mini golf too. I could write of list of issues but won’t bother. Won’t be back unless I have to for a kids bday. It was beautiful inside, and clean.

Went there with family group of 10 people on a Saturday afternoon at about 1pm. My sister in law wanted to order food. She spoke to some one at the bar and they said a wait staff would come over. The wait staff never came over to us. We waited for 45 minutes and staff behind bar were just chatting away. Only 3 lanes were being used and no one came over to take the food order. Y’all easily lost $100 in food. Wife went over to talk to the staff and manager Ellie in red shirt. Wife asked what happened to wait staff and Ellie’s programmed response was “Oh I understand”. She didn’t even offer anything at all. She could even think to take our order herself or get one of the other 4 people standing around to come take our order. What kinda of non customer service is that? Haha omg I cant believe how bad that non-answer was. I know it’s just another bowling alley, but come on at least try to do your job and make some money for your company, instead of looking at your phone. Hahaha. 1 star is too generous.

Poor service on the lanes. We had to get our own drinks, no big deal, but why have servers that don’t come around? We had some issues with our lane and score board and there was nobody around for assistance. Also, the lanes are strictly for amateur bowlers to just throw a ball down the lanes and hit some pins. If you are an avid bowler, leave your high average and competitive side home lol! 3 stars for service.

Very nice and clean. Not just a bowling alley. You can play darts, shuffle board, board games, pool, glow in the dark putt putt, arcade games.... The bowling shoes were much more comfortable than what I remember. There is also a bar and food.

Nice place to shoot pool, looked like they had a nice happy hour. I tried the Pub Pretzels with Cheddar beer sauce. Reminded me of a Welsh Rabbit sauce we used at the Yankee Pedlar Inn in Torrington Ct. In the early 80's. I look forward to going back again and sampling the larger menu. If you need somewhere to go on a rainy day this would be an ideal place

I had an amazing experience here, the quality of service was amazing from them keeping your drinks filled to the food being served in speed and quality. Not only were the lanes fun to play on they had pool tables, a ping pong table, and even small arcade to play. I would recommend everyone to go.

WOW! We rented the back alley and had an amazing time. Good food, drinks and friends! We had about a dozen people and it was a very private area with 4 lanes. Our server Amanda was the best, she never let our drinks run out. Would definitely recommend for party of any kind. They also have other cool things to like darts and pool tables.

She was incredible with all aspects of her service: politeness, suggestions, problem-solving, and attentiveness. We had a great time... The kids had a great time... I don't know if I would even give this establishment a 1 star rating. I sat down at the bar ready to order a drink and food. I sat there for 8 minutes with NO customers beside me and NOT ONE bartender EVER ask me what I would like to have. Granted there were plenty of bartenders and orders coming in BUT the fact remains that I was NEVER even ask if they could help me. After a total of 10 minutes I was needless to say very discussed and got up to leave and a sweet "runner" asked if I was okay.....I told her it didn't matter any more and left the premises. I will not be recommending this establishment for a nice meal or drink in the near furture. You have turned my stomach with your not wanting to wait on an older client. You would have made a very handsome tip. Sorry for your luck!!!!!

If I could do no stars i would! DO NOT COME HERE! They just gave me a half shot of Jameson when I ordered a Jameson neat. I went to the bar to order the same thing and got a full 1.5 oz drink. When I asked the server I was told different bartenders pour different ways. WTF? So you’re cool with customers paying full price for half the drink? Never again!

The bowling balls, lane, and pin system fail to imitate that of a traditional bowling lane. The computer system was broke when we arrived. After the system was successfully rebooted by the management team, we were able to purchase bowling (5 minute delay, which is fine). The lanes grip the ball with more friction than traditional bowling lanes. I left a half filled beer on a table by the pool tables, which was removed without warning by our server (after the table appeared vacated for a second). When questioned about the missing beer, the server insisted that the bottle was empty. The billiards tables were quality. The staff for the most part seemed very laid back as expected on a slower Monday night. The arcade game took my money and we didn’t even bother asking for a manager. We decided we had seen enough. Sometimes you can luck out with these Myrtle Beach tourist traps, but this visit was definitely not a lucky one. Surfside bowling is a far better alternative for a fun evening with family and friends. I honestly think I would’ve spent half the money and had twice the fun. I will not be returning to 810 anytime soon. I do not endorse SS bowling, I’m just being honest here people.

This review is strictly for bowling... Although we had a wait, it was relatively short. There are about 20 lanes. The weights of the bowling balls were easily recognizable since it is color coordinated the printed in large numbers on the balls. All the finger holes are the same size, so no need to walk along testing the various bowling balls. If you are bowling just for fun, this might be your go-to. But if you are at all competitive, I would think twice about it. For starters, they have a carpeted "lounge" type area behind every lane. Because there are couches with a common "coffee type" table where you can eat and drink, I can easily picture spilled liquids. The only place there isn't carpet is on the lanes. I don't know if this had anything to do with my shoes not sliding on the lanes (picture an abrupt halt) or the lanes needing to be oiled or what. Speaking of the lanes, they are not regulation. They seem to be quite short. Then there are the bowling pins with some sort of a string, if you will, coming from the top of the pins. I believe this is how they are able to clear the lanes so quickly because instead of the conventional lanes where there is a sweeping arm to clear the lanes of the fallen pins, the pins are pulled up by the strings and BAM, lanes cleared. No sweeping arm needed. I do think, though, that because of this apparatus, it restricts the play of the pins which will typically knock down other pins. Don't expect the wobbly pins on the sides to fall over because they are really kind of being held up. I don't think a person could get a strike if they tried. I will be trying older lanes. Sometimes new is not always better.

Place is decorated wonderfully and the staff at the desk was amazing and super helpful. The bartender was no where to be found 90% of the time we were there so despite looking for her and putting in a notice that we needed service, no one ever showed so I was never able to put in my drink order, only was able to get the one drink my husband order as soon as we arrived despite telling her I would need to look at the menu and get right back with her. There were only about 10 people in the entire building so we expect her to be getting other things done but I would also have expected her to not be gone 30-40 minutes at a time. We played multiple games and only saw her 2 times the entire time and had to cash out the one drink we ordered with someone who had just got on shift so we could leave. 710 for sure has it together more than 810.

Some training of staff needed to speed up the drink and ice cream section. Bowling section needs oversize to keep excess balls off the lanes as they become clogged by leftover balls. Cleaning of the restrooms should be done regularly to prevent trash overflow. It is a fun place and we had a great time.

My friends and I have so much fun here! The bowling areas are really nice, and high tech. We had a blast with the 3D mini golf. There's a ton more to do, and they're open late every night. It's a great place for adults to have fun, which is especially nice during the winter.

Cool atmosphere and a decent selection of drinks. Has pretty much any activity you could possibly ask for ranging from Bowling, darts, foosball, pool, cornhole, and mini golf. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop of entertainment along with adult and kid Beverages and food this is probably your best bet. A very fun time and you never know what guests entertainment maybe feature to that day.

Not sure how food is. Bar service and drinks great. Went to shoot pool. No powder, very poor lighting. Shadows in triplicate on pool tables. No cue selection . Ones that were usable had tips reglued on crooked and wrong size tips. We are locals. First and only time I will patronize. We see why now there were only a dozen or so customers. Needs profession management and design. Not same caliber as its surroundings.

Went to 810 for a birthday party. It was our first visit. While our daughter was at the party we hung out and played darts and enjoyed the happy hour menu. Went to play indoor mini golf at noon today only to find the mini golf not open. Seems you would do repair work before opening especially on an extremely hot day so you could make some money. Said it would open soon but we wasted a bunch of money on video games and then I asked and was told they will tell us when it is open. Poor management of this place.

So where do I start came in on a Tuesday wasn't busy but neither was the staff they just stood around talking to each other like they didn't want my money. Very unprofessional in my book but hey what do I know? Asked for a water & it was a 25 min wait I don't like the bowling alley the pins on strings no refunds. The bowling balls are greasy and it if I could give this place negative stars I would a huge thumbs down. The air hockey was rough, one of the skee ball machines steals your money. I took my daughter there for her sweet sixteenth & she begged me to leave not pleased at all.

Bowling alley was clean and colorful. Disappointed with the service though. Bought two games, after the first one it said to go to the front desk to continue. When i got there, they said i only got charged for one game even though the girl looked back because she remembered i asked for two games. She apologized but i was never given the second game. Then the waitress sat at the bar the entire time talking with the bartender which is no big deal when nothing is going on, but we were done and ready for our check which never came. I had to go up, interrupt her conversation at the bar, and get the check. For a $25 experience, I'm highly dissatisfied with what happened today.

We were on Vacation in February of 2019 and made the mistake of bowling here. The staff were obviously taking advantage of the slow season because that is exactly how quick they were to serve us. We had to walk around to the opposite bar by the game room to get drinks. We had to chase down wait staff to get another order of drinks. We paid for our bowling by the game and they turned off our lanes before we were finished with our last game. Terrible place to spend your hard earned dollars. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I give this place two thumbs down. This is the worst bowling alley I've ever been to. The service was terrible it took almost 30 minutes to get something to drink and the table was dirty. The bowling balls are greasy and I've never seen the bowling pins on strings. Some of the arcade games take your money. The servers in this place need to take a class on customer service because they don't have any.

Review for the food part: I had a horrible experience last month but the manager promised that if I came back, it would be better. Tonight, I gave this place another chance. Well, it was a little better, but not by much. (At least this time, I actually did get to eat something even if it wasn't exactly what I ordered...) I asked for a chicken philly with onions, no mushrooms, no peppers. It came out with just cheese, chicken and sub roll. I also ordered a salad, no tomatoes. When he bought it out, it had tomatoes. When we asked for the checks, he brought them out and processed them ...ONE AT A TIME. There were 6 separate checks at our table. It was late and we really wanted to go home. Last time, not only was the salad wrong but he tried to serve me mayonnaise on my salad when I ordered vinaigrette, and screwed up 2 different sandwiches. Other orders at my table were also incorrect but mine was the worse. I didn't eat anything...

Great food for a bowling alley! We had wings, fried pickles, fries and hummus. Quick service. Bowling is a little pricey, but they have awesome happy hour prices on either Mon. or Tues. nights. $2 well drinks if I remember correctly. They also bring in live bands some nights. Love the couches.

If you come here to listen to the band and try to dance forget it. There are a bunch if irresponsible young adults (miklenials) letting their 3 to 5 years old take over the dance floor running around banging into people.while the parents sit drinking. And managements reply was there is nothing they can do its a family place. It you decide to come here for an enjoyable night, run the other way. HORRIBLE PLACE!

The bowling part is not for "bowlers". The place is recreational only. The pins are on strings and we had to hit the reset button at least 10 times. At one point the lane locked up and stopped functioning and so did the lane to our right. The service was terrible. For the bowling. The restaurant is another story. The food was good. The prices were good. The service was good. But, for bowling, we won't be bowling here again.

Today, my boyfriend and I went to play pool and have a few drinks. We are locals, but this was our first time at 810 bowling and heard good things, so decided to give it a try. Upon arriving, everything was good. We put our names down to reserve a pool table since all of the tables were occupied. We got our pool table within 15-20 minutes, ordered two drinks and started playing pool. I had to ask a waitress to clear a table for us to sit our drinks down because there were no clean tables, but several were unoccupied and full of the last table's dishes. She was nice and cleaned it off and we began playing pool. It was SO HOT that we couldn't finish one hour of pool. I went to turn in our balls and pool sticks (early) to check out and asked a waitress why it was so hot and if it was norma . The waitress said that the air conditioner was broken since yesterday and that the AC company couldn't come to fix it until Monday, which is two days from today. While we understand that things like this happen, we should of been advised by the staff members of the broken AC prior to committing to the purchase. The waitress said that if that were normal conditions, then she wouldn't be working there. Had I not asked, we would have assumed that it was always that hot and never returned. The lights over the pool table felt like buffet food warmers because it was so hot . I left with a soaked shirt and my hair was wet as though I had just stepped out of the shower. I feel that if the air conditioner is broken, then employees should warn people or at a minimum, put a sign on the door. Situations like this will severely impact the customer's enjoyment of the facility.

This is a great place to hangout. The building is huge. There is everything you can think of; bowling, game room, bar, restaurant, even glow put-put. They also have two private bowling lanes. The menu was good. I will add that the bowling lanes are 20 inches short, so this isn't the place for league bowlers unless you're looking to practice however, it's the perfect place to hangout with friends or to bring the family.

We love going to 810, we play family feud on Wednesday nights our server John is the best, I absolutely love their fried pickles and double fired French fries. The strikeburgers are the best we love the atmosphere there.

The place is very nice. Beautiful bowling lanes, electronic and steel tip darts. Ping pong, shuffleboard, 7 or 8 pool tables, mini golf and a massive bar.

If you are a league/competitive bowler at all this is not the place for you. They don’t have standard sized pins/approaches. There was also food all over the approaches. If you are just going for fun it’s a neat place and looks really cool on the inside but will not be going back due to bowling conditions.

I enjoyed myself, the atmosphere was great & very suitable for adults that want to eat drink & bowl. Our server was great. Although we weren't greeted or anything when we came in (employees were just standing around the main desk area having a conversation), we found someone that was helpful that night so we could eat & bowl.

Awesome place went in last night to have dinner and play Trivia. Had an amazing time with my drinks and food. Laura was an amazing server. She was quick and very on top of her tables. Will be coming back soon. Defintely looking forward to it...Highly recommended for a fun night.

Well this was the first time I took my family to this location I had been in the Conway location before and their service was excellent. Except this location customer service was really bad. Me and my family of 10 arrive to the bowling lanes around 1 pm on Saturday June 8, 2019 and after 20 minutes of playing we try to order food at the counter but we where told that the waiter will come and take our order. Well after 20 minutes and not waiter coming to take our order( keep in mind there was only two more lanes open and the waiter was sitting at the counter talking to his coworkers for the last 30 since we arrive ). My sister in law talk to the manager and she just said ok and didn’t understand the fact that we as customers should be their priority since we are the reason why they have jobs. I hope you guys look into this matter I was very disappointed with the way this happen and I will not like this to happen to other people. I work in the retail and customer service for the last 20 years and I always put customer service first. Maybe retraining May be an option.

Good food for good prices, an hour of pool is a realistic price and same with bowling. Ive come here multiple times in the past and its probably the only bowling ally ive went to multiple times.

Great concept, food is good, once you get a good server hang onto them Zack was great the other 3 we went through weren't very attentive, never checked back on us and they weren't extremely busy.

To be honest, I shouldn't of even given them a 1 star but I'm kind. First if all there were about 4 lanes open and yet there was a waiting list. They werent even reserved! When we left we called them back and asked if there was any wait time, and the lady responded saying no. Are you kidding me. They need to get there stuff together.
