Man, THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!! The establishment over all was super awesome and so much fun. The bar and it’s staff, specifically Mike & Ariana, were polite, personable, and attentive. Ariana was able to suggest a really yummy IPA which was much appreciated for a beer lover like myself. Whether you’re racing your heart out or are just here for a drink and a bite, you won’t be disappointed!

When you walk into R1 you actually go upstairs into the (Fuel) restaurant first before you purchase your race tickets. Now that they have a restaurant, I went for dinner after karting. The restaurant just opened this month and is lined with windows so you can look down on the track while eating! Nice atmosphere, lots of TV's & not a bad seat in the place. There is bowling lanes and pool tables in the back which is pretty cool. They have a good selection of micro brews & the staff is really nice and helpful. I really liked the menu choices and tried the red quinoa salad, it is FILLED with fruit & veggies! They make a lot of the items from scratch in house and they have locally sourced meats and desserts, which you do not find too often from a pizza and burger place. Plus, you can watch the pizzas being made! I definitely will be back again for dinner and drinks!!

Service is terrible. Ordered drinks and food but the drinks never came. We left after waiting 20 minutes. Sorry, but I was hoping for better service

Will definitely come back to this place. I've always loved the go karts here and this is the first time trying FUEL. Came here after a work outing with 13 people. Bartender brought all of our drinks over quick and was very friendly. Ordered 4 pizzas and nachos, no complaints at all. I really did like the pizza. Will come back for sure

This place is awesome. Once this place catches on, it's going to be the hot spot. I do have to say, the marketing could be a lot better. The waitstaff and bartenders are all eager to please. I have gotten to know all the girls at the bar and they are always attentive and friendly. The food is excellent. I think I'm Addicted to the truffle fries. The brick oven pizza and burgers are fantastic. I highly recommend this establishment.

My boyfriend looked up on line and was misleading regarding the menu. Mentions somerhing about bringing in this great chef, and showed roasted chicken, steak etc. They have a limited menue of burgers, wings, etc. The food was terrible, got sick! Waste of money

If I could attach the pic of my food, I would! My first time ordering truffle fries and fish tacos and what a disappointment. I requested my fries well done. They were barely even cooked! The tacos were advertised as having pico and spicy slaw. A few shreds of carrots is not my idea of spicy slaw with 3 fish nuggets thrown in a box and not even assembled. Two of the naan breads were stacked on each other and tomato all over the place. And this was NOT a GH driver issue!!! And they have the nerve to charge $7 for the fries and $11 for 3 fish nuggets. Never again. On hold with GH for a refund now.

This place is fantastic! The atmosphere - great open space, excellent food - especially the pizza, fries, brussel sprouts. Servers were attentive but not intrusive. Over all a great experience. Highly recommend.
