I called on the day of my birthday 9/21 to make a reservation to which the lady on the other end of the phone informed me that they didn’t make reservations. I was ok with that, however what I was not ok with was with the misleading information and the attitude the manager had once I got there on 9/23 at 2pm. The lady had told me that it was $12.50 per lane for an hour before 4pm and after 4 pm it would be $25 per lane for an hour. Also the cost of shoes was separate. Being that I was calling on a weekend (Sunday) I confirmed that this would still be true for that day. That lady confirmed and stated that it was correct. I had a party of 16 adults and 3 children. I was the first one to get there, when I got there it was three males which one of them was sitting to three side on crutches. I ask one of the guys if I could reserve 2 lanes because not everyone was going to play. To which he tells me we can’t serve because time starts the minute you pay which seems unfair being that you have to set up, and find a ball, but whatever fine. What upset me was when he tells me it would be $50 for the first hour for two lanes, it was 2pm when I got there. I tell that I had called and spoke to a lady and she informed me that it was $12.50 for each lane for an hour before 4pm. I hear from the far left someone saying well that only Monday -Friday so obviously you were misinformed. I look over and it was the guy in crutches telling this, mind you the whole time I was doing business with this other guy. I don’t know who he was but it seemed like her might have been the manager. I understand that people give wrong information but their responsibility was to apologize and as a business take accountability for the information that was given. A simple I’m sorry you were misinformed and we will honor the first hour at that price bury any hour after that will be $25 would have been satisfactory. They as a business missed out because I had 16 adults who would have purchased drinks, we were all planning on eating and the 3 kids would be eating as well. I would never recommend nor go there again. These 3 individuals were rude and if I was a business owner I would not hire any of them. Employees like that is what drives business away.

CW Lanes is a good place to have a quick drink before going into the movie's. The bartenders are fast and know how to make a decent well chilled espresso martini. My one complaint is it was music trivia night and I am normally a fan of this kind of bar games but the volume was ridiculously loud to the point of being uncomfortable if you were next to a speaker.

one of my favorite bowling spots. It is very clean, fairly large, staff is friendly and the food is actually enjoyable. We held a birthday party here for my 5 year old, everything came out awesome. Other than bowling they have laser tag, good food, good bar and arcade section

I would call ahead to make sure that you don't go for nothing. I waited 30 mins for a lane. And the whole time, I keep calling the desk because my ball got stuck or the arm was stuck. This is fairly new place. I don't get all the problems.

Went there lady charged my card 3 times. I only played 1 game when to the desk to tell them this she said it was okay that I was going to get the money back got the money back for one on my card the next day still had 2 payed for called them and manager said she couldn't do anything about it and to wait a few days to see if the money goes back on. This is sickening places like this steal your money.

We first walked in at 4:45pm on a Sunday. Waited 15Min at 5pm we went to bar to place order ourself. Bartender said sorry, but she didn’t know who was working our area. Then at 6pm we cashed out and went to bowling area. Service got worst. I approached the Mgr and he smiled and said what would you like me to do about it. I smiled and said maybe your job. Add a server, bus boy something maybe you go over and help in stead of stand here on your phone acting useless while your Restaurant burns down. Place runs itself and if your lucky you get service if not you figure it out on your own. This was a birthday party that was ruined. The only job they had was hand us shoes, take our money and refill soda and bring pizza when done and they failed miserably. Never coming back or recommending.

Place is small but even though we went on a Saturday night there was lanes open...we paid for an hour and half way thru ball got Stuck in the gutter add they gave us an extra free half hour.. Didn't get food but the drinks were good

Arcade is a little over rated. Prizes are over priced for the cost of tickets. Not many games that give out tickets. Bowling is fun. Service isnt bad either. Looking for a great time with friends? Outings? Lunch or dinner and fun? Definitely give this place a shot and go bowling. Great for the family and kids as well.

Great place for the whole family. Video games for all ages, bowling, bar with a menu. I have never eaten there and I heard it was just ok. Prices are a little high but not terrible. Great place to go before or after catching a movie which is in the same building and right next door. Also a few great restaurants within walking distance. I recommend

Played in arcade with my two kids a few weeks ago had a blast. We had around 4000 credits left on each card. We were saving it for another day. We Came back today on 8-11-16 and we're excited to play again and come to find out there are no credits or tickets left on our cards. Spoke to manager and they said nothing we can do. So I am out money and tickets and now my two children are disappointed that they lost it. Watch out for your cards and make sure you use it up or you will lose it

I Love this Place. Me and my fiance 1st real date was here 3 yrs ago and Jan 1st 2019 was our 2nd time. We couldn't make up our minds where to go. Modern clean bowling alley lots of lights and big screens above the alley to watch sports gameson.They have ramps and bumpers for younger kids and also have toddler sizef bowling shoes. A small arcade is attached to the bowling alley with anout 20 games it has a little something for everyone. They also sereve food and have a sit down area for that.

Me and a couple of my friends were playing lazer tag and having fun.We were in our second round of lazer tag with some kids there.We watched the safety video and started playing. They kept shooting we and following me where ever i stepped .They broke all of the rules swearing, running,jumping and laying on the ground. DO NOT GO THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO ENFORCE RULES.

If you don't want to go all the way into Pvd this is a great Hangout spot. Bowling, laser tag, arcade games and a good bar with a surprisingly good restaurant. The burgers are well above average. And as a bonus you can walk down and see a movie at the Lincoln Cinema.

If your over 30 and looking to let loose have a few drinks with your friends, this is not the place for you. We waited an hour and a half for two lanes for 10 people. Had two drinks a piece. We go to the bar and they say see the servers. We put drinks in with our server after an hour without service. The server comes back n goes your group is shut off. Like really maybe your 16 year old bartender who wouldn’t cut us limes should be retrained. Been there twice both times awful. K bye!

I have never had such an amusing and entertaining 10 minutes of my life I was waiting for my ride decided to go in and it was the weekend and everybody there with their children the parents were all so beautiful it was a beautiful crowd I felt like I was in my own environment with people on my own and the staff for very courteous and attentive and I like the way that they keep their establishment clean and organized with space for everybody to walk around in between tables and in between game stations

If your not bowling to get better and just for you the place is ok.... I managed to have our lane shutdown and need to be fixed for 10ish minutes before we could bowl midway through the session. There was a guy that came to get our food trays who says pretty much he hates being here. The lanes are not oiled at all. The food was ok. The prices for bowling are not that great either. Savery your money. Have more fun at Langs or the AMF in cranston.

The arcade and bowling was great for the kids but the food was terrible at best, tasted like it was all reheated by microwave. The beers were way overpriced and mine tasted like it was skunked. Waitress screwed up the bill. Charged my debit card twice, then issued credit twice but then never ended up charging my card for the correct amount. I might go back for the games, but definitely not for food.

Went here on a Saturday night around 6. I expected it to be busy. Said it would be about 45 minutes for a table to eat, so we went to the arcade to kill time. Its so loud in there that you can't hear your name being called so I constantly had to check with the hostess (invest in pagers!!). We finally got a table and not one person even acknowledged us for 20 minutes!! Not even to say hi, or take our drinks. We had kids with us and we were all starving. We had to get up and leave and go somewhere else. I know sometimes slow service is because its short staffed, but you should still acknowledge your guests! And there was a waitress going to other tables around us and still didn't even look at us. Very disappointed.

Great place for a kids or adult party. Full bar, and pretty good food. The rock and bowl was great. They also offer lazer tag and have a good size arcade for the kids or kid at heart. Usually not a long wait. Conveniently located next to the movie theater if you want to make a long date night of it. Would definitely recommend.

If you expect to have quality bowling lanes go somewhere else. I don't think they have oiled the lanes since the place opened. On top of the horrible lane conditions, our server on 3 occasions took our drinks before we even finished them.

I go here every Wednesday night with my friends for bowling night. We can't go one game without the lane breaking down at least once. The service also sucks and the food is unreasonably expensive. The server charges a tip to being you water... which is supposed to be free. I end up bringing my own food and drinks to this establishment to save my wallet. But the half price Wednesdays makes up for it.

If you frequent the cinemaworld at Lincoln mall why not explore there add ons at cw lanes and games. Catching a movie, grabbing a bite to eat, hitting up some bowling video games and video driving range is a perfect way to spend a day.

It's a decent size place not big or small. It has arcade for the kids and bowling. You can sit down an way but since it's in a mall you have other options to eat. They did the wait was 30 minutes but it was more like an hour.

Visited this place waiting for a movie time at nearby Lincoln Theaters and it was okay. It is located in very dead depleted Lincoln Mall and is almost like a small D&B or Kings but with a tiny arcade and added laser tag. The place does have a large bar area and bowling area and prices are decent and it is not overly crowded. Only place you will see tons of mid day drinkers. I would say go here for bowling and laser tag but not the arcade which we came here to visit. It is very small and has maybe three major games and mostly ticket games but did have cards to swipe for games which was good.

Updated Review - I had to take away a few stars. After going here for a few months, the service is still amazing - Emily, Ron, Meg, and Kara are awesome! Unfortunately, the chairs at the bar are insanely uncomfortable. The back of the chair is small and rounded, forcing you to sit forward, not optimal for really more than a half hour sitting.

Bowling is decent, but there were two major problems which led to 2 stars. First was the food. It was terrible. Burgers and chicken tenders should be easy foods to make, but they were both a major disappointment. Other major issue was the guy working behind the desk. He has no clue what was going on and he messed up our reservation twice in one night. I would rather drive a little further to go elsewhere.
