Nice lanes to bowl and the Margaritas were great, however the guy behind the counter was a first class ass. When we arrived, we asked the young girl behind the counter, how much a string and was told about $2.65. After my wife and I bowled 5 strings, the guy in his early 50s, told us it was about $5.50 a string.(not sure of exact prices) When i told him about the young girl, he got an attitude and said there was no girl and he had been there all day. I said no more, pasted and left. Instead of spending about $30, it cost over $60. It wasn't the cost, it was his bullying attitude. I'm now in my 70s now, and shy away from confrontations.

We were here for a corporate team building. Dealt with the corporate office for event planning and catering. Staff at the office and on location was very friendly and professional. Pizzas were fine, not my favorite, but okay. Chips and salsa, veggie platter were good. Good on-site service. Inside is clean and modern. We even bowled in the dark, under black lights. Nice experience.

They are so good about keeping this place modern and clean. Great staff, awesome lanes. Great for leagues and for kids. They have a great little arcade that my 3 year old loves to run around. It's an easy place for parents to take the kids. Parent tip: call first to see if there are any leagues going when you plan to be there. Bc they do seem to really take the joint over, so better not to go and be disappointed. Though, you could just do the arcade if that were the case.

Not Customer service oriented at all. But I guess the leagues support them. Called three times-no one picked up and when I went there I was the first at the counter, the last to be helped. I asked if she had lanes open (which I saw about 10) but she said no. Complete waste of my time which could have been avoided had they PICKED UP the damn phone.

We had a double birthday party for two of our kids. They gave us 4 lanes. They we're extremely attentive, whatever we asked for they gave us. They kept bringing more and more food to us. We had so much extra food it was ridiculous. Top notch place for birthday parties!

It was very old school, not as great as Langs Bowlarama. The bar was super slow. Took 30 minutes for some people to get a bottle of beer. Upside: they have black Light bowling.

As a league bowler, I have notice since the new management came in amf doesn't cater to the league's like they use to. They will put open bowlers on lanes right up to league starts. Therefore the leagues don't have fresh oil on lanes making it challanging to stay connsistant as a league bowler

We went here as a group of four adults on a Friday night. We showed up around 10pm. It was relatively busy. However, there was no problem immediately getting a lane. We were given a choice of which side of the establishment we wanted to bowl at, which was nice. Shortly after we got there the lights went down and it was glow in the dark bowling, it was a good time. The drinks were pretty weak but we weren't there to get drunk, we were there to have a good time and do some bowling and that's exactly what was provided to us.

Great spot. Clean, well-lit, great lanes. Unfortunately, my kids enjoyed the arcade more than the bowling which is not cheap. I would suggest going on Wednesday when games are half priced.

There are so many lanes here! I think that may contribute to the slow service we received, and it looked like a bunch of employees all took their break at the exact same time. We did not eat here. The ball racks do not have storage underneath for more bowling balls, so the top got a little crowded. Overall, it seems like a great place for big parties or leagues, but a little large for small family bowling.

Great bowling alley. Tons of lanes, and one whole side is in the light, one whole side is blacklight. Staff was a bit inattentive when there was a jam, we had to go to the front desk after waiting for at least 5 min. Otherwise everything was great.

My boyfriend bowl's in a Wednesday night league here. We always have so much fun and the servers work hard to provide great service :) thank you!!! 5 stars I posted the above three months ago - since I am here most weeks I've learned so much about the place. Why are the waitresses and bartenders fighting with each other and customers about who serves who? I had ordered a pitcher of beer at the bar and then afterwards a waitress brought me a second pitcher. I asked her if she could transfer my open tab with one pitcher to the same tab and it was a huge todo - I had to go to the bar myself to ask hat the pitcher he transferred. Why is this a thing? Why is the focus NOT on perfect customer service but on who gets tipped for what? I am beyond frustrated. I have worked in the industry for a while and customer service should ALWAYS be first priority. Annoying!!!!!!!

A group of my friends and I went there and had a terrible experience. The bowling was okay but the bathroom smelt like stale urine and the facility should have been cleaner. Waitresses and bartenders were nice enough but management was rude and treated my party extremely disrespectfully. We left soon after arrival. I will never be going back.

It's always been a great bowling alley for everyone in Cranston/Providence/Warwick area's. It's gotten kind of pricey... but I guess it's worth the fun and exercise. Seeing old friends, making new ones. They need to bring back a few old things that ppl loved, and miss.

We have bowled here in a weekly league for a couple of years now. Great ten pin alley that is clean and well maintained.. Lanes are in excellent shape and cleaned and oiled regularly. Plenty of choices for balls as far as weight goes.. there is a snack bar serving pizzas and sandwiches, a sit down eating area and a really nice arcade with lots of games for kids. All in all a nice place worth the trip.
