This is not the biggest bowling alley around but for an atmosphere at a bowling alley absolutely love the atmosphere this bowling alley has it's one that you would definitely enjoy going to. It's just got such a quality atmosphere that so many bowling alleys don't have it was a very fun place to go I would definitely recommend it if it's in the area you want to go.

Ive been bowling her for awhile now its been my go to for a fun and inexpensive outing with my child and nephews but then when I go in today with 2 other people like most of the time all of a sudden he said it was triple then what I'm use to them charging when I attempted to figure if something changed he become not so nice he didn't care about me or try to make it right I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. He acted as if I was lying about what I have been charged previous.wow MIND BLOWN

I loved the customer service here. We'd gone out as a family to another bowling alley but they didn't have any open lanes because of leagues. One of the employees from Valley Bowling Lanes was that the other place and got in touch with Valley Bowling Lanes to reserve us a lane. We drove over and Sue was awesome :-) she was expecting us and let us pay after so we could decide how many games we wanted to play. Because we were bowling with a toddler we only ended up playing one game so we were glad we didn't pay for more and she was super helpful and nice.

The bowling alley is well maintained!!! Most of the staff is amazing!! Food is awesome!! However I do have one concern... the old guy that runs the desk with glasses has poor customer service!! He is flat out rude. That is not the kind of person you want running your desk on weekend nights.

Very terrible service. Looked up times and prices online, arrived at 10:45 when their website said they open at 9. Employee kicked us out into the rain saying they didn't open until 11. Waited until 11 and employee said we could bowl for 45 minutes but there was a party so we'd have to leave then. No courtesy to tell us when we first arrived, no signs about the party or open times, wouldn't even suggest when to come back instead. I wouldn't suggest even bothering with this place.

Seriously THE WORST BOWLING PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! Restroom was "family restoom" which meant, all women, all men & children were allowed at the same time to use. How gross! And the service was so unprofessional and so rude! I did not feel welcome there! No space, not enough chairs in the lanes. And they told me if our kids were to run around that they would kick us out? DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Horrible bowling ally!!!

If I can score lower I would. We used to love to bowl here but now..unless you're in one of their leagues or tournament they NEVER have room for you. They said it's guarantee income, which I can understand... But now you are no longer "open" to the public. And since we knew that night bowling was no longer available we tried to go at 1pm in the afternoon and still could not be "accommodated".

The bowling alley has a hometown atmosphere, the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating, establishment is always clean including the bathrooms. The bar area is comfortable, has numerous televisions playing various stations and all the football you can handle on a Sunday afternoon, bartenders are great, especially Cindy. And Mama Brown cooks up delicious food.

Super happy with this place I scheduled my daughters birthday party here for 10 kids and it turned out all my family and friends wanted to bowl too so last minute I called them and they accommodated my whole family of 20 plus people the staff is very friendly and helpful the guy in the cafe was very good at bringing the pizza out as they were ready I had a very good experience here I recommend them for any party and the price per person is very fair I appreciate valley bowling for helping me celebrate my daughters birthday

Best boy's birthday party ever! The manager Brad made our son's party so awesome, with personal touches like putting his name in a happy birthday message that scrolled across the screen. The prices during the day are very affordable. It was very clean and not crowded and we were able to bring in our own decor and food. The kids all had a great time, and we will be back!

I tried bringing my service dog with me into the bowling alley but the manager refused to allow me inside because my dog didn't have a vest. According to the American with Disabilities Act though, a service dog does not legally need to have a vest and it is illegal to deny a person access for that reason. There are some dogs that need special equipment for the task they were trained to do while others do not. Please read up on the law so that this will not happen to someone else, thank you.

This was our first time there. This place is highly outdated. The sitting/score keeping areas doesn't even work. Everything that needed to be interacted with, must be done so with the front counter. Which, by the way, was the worst. Whoever the guy at the front counter is, who I overheard was "Cathys son" can not multitask. Does not follow through with things he said he would, such as finding us a lighter kids ball. The fact that my husband spent a better part of 3 turns waiting at the main desk to pay for food (which is beyond weird why food must be paid for in a separate area) because this gentlemen couldn't pay attention and multitask to simply run a card. Which was not busy by any means. Will we return? Probably not. Was the atmosphere nice? Sure. No one spoke to us, but it wasn't an uneasy feeling being there.

I never knew this place existed until a friend of mine told me about "quarter Wednesdays" -- 25 cent games, shoe rentals, beers and hot dogs. Alongside a 5 dollar cover charge, it's a killer deal. The lanes are nice with automatic scoring and a good selection of bowling balls to use.

Went for a friend's daughter's birthday party and they had limited games besides bowling but was otherwise fun. They weren't too badly priced. Their food could use an update, that wasn't so great. Except for the Party sub they offered which came from a fantastic sub shop I visit often where everything is fresh baked and meats are cooked on location.

Our company used this bowling alley as a filming location and they were amazing. Serene was so helpful and with reasonable prices we will definitely look to book a private function for fun next time. I've always loved Valley Lanes, it was fun to secure a location that I have so many wonderful childhood memories from. I would highly recommend for a private function or a night out with the family.

Bowling is great fun. At 8 on Fridays they have like cosmic or something like that. Food however, expect to wait.... FOREVER!!!! It was so disappointing. Wait at least 45 min for a salad. It's like they don't prioritize salads and it kept getting pushed back when they got an order for something else

Just your standard bliwlung alley. Good prices and well used. The alleys bowling balls are "well used" (lots of scratches, scrapes, gouges, dings, and dents) but they do have bigger finger holes than other places I've been. Didn't visit the pro shop. Didn't eat there, but the facilities seemed cleaner than most places of this caliber and it smelled above average.

Trashiest place I've ever been to. Terrible lanes, balls, staff, everything. Tipped the "bartender" well over 20% and he still wouldn't fill our beers up all the way. Do yourself a favor and crash your car if you're on your way to this joke of an establishment.

Pretty typical bowling lanes. Lanes were fully functional, easy to use, and seemed to be well maintained. Ball selection was typical; not fantastic, but that's to be expected. Prices were reasonable and the service was good. The employees were patient with some of the kids in our large group. Didn't try out their bar or food, but everything else went well.
