Lanes are well maintained. Being able to have bumpers on or off for each player is great for families. Prices are fair. It is kinda a bummer that if you pay by the hour it will cut you off at exactly the end time even if you only have one or two frames left. I'd avoid the pizza. It's amazingly bad.

Excellent experience here. Clean facility, friendly staff, tasty food and very affordable. I even purchased a bowling ball from the Pro Shop here. I highly recommend for those looking to have fun with family and even to bowl competitively . Ignore the negative 1 Star reviews, I'm glad I did.

BEYOND disappointed at this establishment! My daughter went bowling with her friends this summer, unfortunately this bowlerama isn’t the right place to go. They were given awful service, especially by the old hag at the front counter, which brought my daughter to tear, yes tears!!!! My daughter and friends wants to use the dinosaur to help bowl as they haven’t bowled much and needed an extra boost, but we’re denied because the look too mature to use it. Would not recommend this place as the service is totally horrible. I will not be going again I and I will never recommend this place, as it is not worth going. Who wants to go to a place with workers who are so disrespectful, not me.

If I could put a zero I would. The machines cheat. Two separate occasions it didn't put up points and gave bowler another turn. The staff was told of it happening and did nothing to correct the score. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Always a great time bowling with friends and family! The food is good, the atmosphere and equipment is nice, and the people are friendly. The party packages are affordable for birthdays, and the special events for holidays - like their New Year's Eve party events - are well planned and enjoyable. I rarely go elsewhere in the area for bowling because Suburban Bowlerama is top notch!

Went for the New Years Eve Party from 6-9. It was great, food was good and stocked all night. Drinks and party favors were also provided. The music was great and my family had a blast. Truly a great time for less than $20 per person

From the beginning I seen additude with one of thier employees when we walked in. We got out games and tickets. Then my nephew which is 10 years old went up am asked if they could put the bumpers up for them( the same employee who gave additude the minute we walked in). Anyways the man put his hand in my nephews face. Didn't touch him but almost did. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn't a manager here today. I understand if you are busy or overwhelmed. But my nephew was upset and you dont do that to a child. You wouldn't want someone to do that to your child. I will not bring my nieces and nephews back here never again. Update: To the owner who responded to my review worried about the bumpers and not how your employee treats kids and customers. The bumpers weren't a big deal it was your employee. I don't know the employees name beings they don't have name tags. But the man behind the counter with long hair. And not to mention on how unprofessional it was that they kept talking about it to everyone and pointing at us. Which i could care less but very unperfessional. I am a boss at my job and would never act like this. My family has ownee and ran skating rinks for yearsand this would never happen in our establishments!!!! This is certainly not a kid friendly place. You will not get any of my buisness and i will not recommend anyone to go bowling here. Especially if you have kids. Money wasted at this place!!!

Best price around for a family to bowl on a single lane. Great selection of house balls. I was impressed that the balls had a variety of finger sizes for each ball weight. Pizza was good but not great. About what I would expect at a location like this. Only complaint was that the rental shoes were a mix of 80% terrible condition, 15% decent condition, and 5 % newish condition.

Worst alley I've ever been to. Rude, unhelpful, uncooperative staff, unwilling to assist handicapped customers. When I asked about children's bowling balls, they directed me to the women's locker area, which didn't have any. I went back to the desk, explained that due to arthritis in my hands, I needed a lighter ball ... they demanded a $25 cash deposit for a kids ball, then brought 1 out with the smallest drilled holes possible. I left there in so much pain from using a ball that was too heavy. The concessions stand was more of the same, generally rude and unhelpful ... oh, and don't even think of paying with a credit card if your total is under $10. Add to that, the online reservations and in-house automated scoring systems weren't working properly either. I won't go back, and I can't recommend this place either.

This place was terrible,the lanes kept having disfunchinal problems on and off it was so much that we had to switch lanes.we finally moved to another Lane and we still continued to have problems with our lane.Then we saw a couple have our past Lane and our old Lane was working perfectly fine.And at this moment we are not enjoying our family bowling bc of the disfunchinal problems with the lane.

My family recently met up for a family bowl night. I was able to reserve 5 lanes for Cosmic Bowl. There were about 26 of us. The staff was very helpful with our large group & we had an awesome time. We are already talking about doing it again. The snack bar food was very good. The adults in our group had a few drinks from the bar & sang karoke. It was all around a great time. Great fun at a really great price. The only problem we had was finding lighter weight bowling balls. We made do though so it wasn't a huge deal .

This bowling center is the best place ive been. I bowl here all the time and have been going since I was 2. This is my home for bowling and I hope I never loose that. The staff are friendly and the Old and New owners are very friendly. They have great activities for the kids to bowl in a league of Saturday mornings starting at 9:50am. They also do new years eve parties and sponsor lots of different events. The bowling ally also hold many tournaments including the all and well known Pepsi Tournament.

Customer service awful, horrible place to take your kids, drunks everywhere. I used the bathroom and accidentally left sink faucet on when a manager, older man, comes outside while i am smoking a cigarette and begins screaming calling me an a**hole and comparing me to a 5 year old and told me not to come back honestly never have been disrespected by any employee of any place ever like that in my life. Place definitely needs new management, and some more customer friendly, business professional, people working there.

Went here for my sons 7th birthday. We ranged from 2- 32 years of age, they had the right size of shoes for everyone. There is snacks, drinks(adults too). Tips: look for the deal of the day. You can save a lot of money. Our deal came with 6 players (2 hours), 1 large pizza, and a pitcher of drinks for $56. I personally didn't eat the pizza, but it was gone by the time I notice so I'm guessing it was good.

This place was horrible and we do not recommend coming here. It was expensive and the balls spill out of your hand. And they do not let you use bumpers if you are over 8. We order pizza at the beginning of our game .We completed our game and pizza was still in oven.

Fun, friendly alley. The staff are polite and helpful and the lanes are nice. I've been coming here since last Summer and it's one of my new favorite places. The bar has over a dozen microbrews on tap that rotate often. They just started a Friday and Saturday steak dinner night and it's excellent. Locally sourced steak cooked just right and generous sides. My girlfriend and I were super impressed with our dinner.
