Called and was told not reservation needed. Got there we were told 15 minute wait..then 45 miinutes later told it would be another hour. Sat at bar for 20 minutes being ignored and slammed into. Finnaly had enough and had to leave May be a nice place...but not on a saturday night

My daughter has been participating in the after school program and I can't say enough about how awesome it is!!! Convenient for parents, as they are transported directly from school to the bowling alley, given a snack plus homework time. But then it is all fun! Bowling, laser tag, games, etc!!! My daughter loves it! Her homework gets done, learns how to bowl and has a blast while doing it! Love this program!

Went Saturday night for the first time with my husband, and our 2 kids, about 7:30pm. Waited in line for about 15 mins, but was able to get a lane right away. We will definitely take advantage of the reserve lane next time as the website suggests, as they went on a wait shortly after we got there.

Horrible, horrible staff. Terrible service. Five of us showed up around 9:15 on a Monday for their $10 all-you-can-bowl special. Was given attitude the entire time. The bartender was very sweet. As we were bowling, one of our lanes was malfunctioning and moving very very slow. My friend accidentally hit the bar a few times because the lane had a HUGE delay and we didn't realize the bar hadn't lowered until late. The guy at the desk gave us an attitude over loudspeaker and told us if we wanted to keep bowling to pay more attention. We left at 11:00 to get the most out of our time. Employees stood behind us the last 20 minutes and literally stared us down until we left. As we left, my friend told the guy at the front desk "have a good night" and the guy would NOT make eye contact with us and refused to respond to my friend. Horrible.

2nd time going here for bowling. It was just my boyfriend and I this time and we still had a blast. It was pretty dead tonight but that was probably because it was a weeknight. Great music playing while bowling and watching the effects and videos on the projector screens also keep things interesting.

I was there tonight with a group of 15. Within 20 minutes of being there we got our drinks, the waitress spilled 3 of them on me. If it was water I wouldn’t have cared, but it was alcohol which made me sticky and smelly. She handed me yellow towels to clean up. At the end of the night I got my bill, and I thought she had taken the cheese fries off as a “sorry” for the spill. Nope I was wrong, she asked me for my card again and charged me in a separate transaction. Need better, and faster service.

Cheaply remodeled, not even finished on bottom of benches. You have not control over score board, wouldnt turn off fouls against my daughter and ruined her experience. Said it was for safety. If you cross the line, the lane doesn't get less slippery, your still gonna fall. Appreciate the attempted updates, still outdated in service compared to other places

Love this place after the remodel. Bowling is great fun, as is laser tag, even with only a one story arena. Wait staff at restaurant/bar is very attentive a friendly. Overall an affordable and fun place to hang out.

Beware!! The entrance road you drive in has giant pot holes, the pot holes are about 5 feet wide by 4 inches deep. It completely destroyed the front right side of my car I was only going 15 miles per hour. It is on the middle right side part of the road in between the lines. Now I did not actually bowl here so I can't give an honest review at the moment.

My family celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday here over the weekend. We had a great time bowling, our small children had no problem bowling independently. The food was excellent, and so was the staff. After bowling, we hit the arcade where we all found tons of games to enjoy. We didn't have a chance to do laser tag, but we will definitely be coming again for that very soon! The entire place was clean, friendly, and inviting. I really enjoyed it as it was my first time there. Definitely will be going back.

Great place!!! We came from out of town and got rained out. We decided to go bowling instead. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The arcade has amazing games. We ended up going back the next day.

Can be understaffed often and take a while to get your lanes, but once everything is set - facilities are all new, upgraded, and clean. During non-peak times you can pay by the game or pay per hour. Great spot for bowling, less lanes than it used to have as some of them were used up to make room for the Laser Tag.

Amazing updo on the old place. Great food at the snack bar once I realized where it was, should have a person there to help when need something. Nice looking bar with a restaurant too. Fun at laser tag and fun themed. $7 for one game and arcade needs to have a card to play and most are a $1 to play. I will stick to bowling and food next time.

This place has certainly become a place for entertainment since the remodel. There is now laser tag and a pretty decent size arcade along with bowling. The staff is always friendly and there to help. There is now a full restaurant and bar and the complex as well. It looks like they took a couple of bowling lanes away to put them into a private room. Seems like a wonderful idea! It was just slightly irritating when we had to wait an hour for a lane and there was 6 Lanes in a private room that weren't being used

Favorite place to bowl. Glow in the dark bowling and automatic scoreboards with animations highlighting your achievements. The staff is the very best. I tried to tip the staff and they refused stating it was their job no worries. Lazar tag at 7 bucks per person for an average of 15 to 20 min.

Went to the Red Pin Bar. What a nice suprise. They have tables outside. A nice seating area, Corn Hole game and another I have not played. Drink specials every day, something new and different everyday. And good food. Snacks to full meals with alot in between. Great service, clean and enjoyable. That had a band setting up for Saturday Night. I will return as so many items on the menu to try. Did I mention it is a bowling center as well with an arcade and private party room with 2 bowling lanes and a pool table. Very nice experience with a great staff.

I have gone a few times over the past few years, usually to glow bowl for a work get together. Last time I went was around October and they had just revamped the inside making it much nicer. They have added laser tag to their repertoire and made the bar a beautiful lounge like get away. I am looking to go there again real soon...I'm thinking glow bowl followed up with laser tag!

If I could I would give no stars. Manager is very rude. We paid for two hours and they shut our game down before our game was over. they said they were closing early so employees can get home. Went for a fun morning with my kids and husband, they had a fit because we wanted 2 lanes, which I paid for, lady was extremely rude. My kids wanted to do girls against mom and boys. We played for a half hour of our hour game. When the boys and I finished she had already sold our lane to someone else. The girls finished 2 minutes later and they sold that one too. I payed for an hour and got half. Not happy will be going to another bowling alley. They can keep their money hungry bowling alley!!

Nice bowling alley with recently renovated snack bar and updated features, like lazer tag. Food and drinks are both good. Lots of fun. It's situated on the grounds of the old rocky springs amusement park. Some of the buildings and an old roller coaster cart are located behind the bowling alley but apparently (it was unmarked at the time) that is private property belonging to the bed and breakfast because we literally got yelled at for pulling into the driveway. Either way it's a neat place, with some neat history.

The bartender had a rough time serving people in a timely manner. On Saturday 5/4 at roughly 8pm there was a total of 3 people waiting for a drink. I did not get a drink in my hand until 8:30pm. Service is beyond slow.

Took our kids there bowling for the first time. Had a few issues with our bowling lane, and it was very crowded. We had to wait a while for a lane to bowl and in line just for the shoes. But otherwise service was okay. Kids had fun thats all that mattered.

Miss the old look when it had the small arcade with awesome machines 90's - 2000's machine and there was a place to leave the kids at the play room. But this is amazing looking. Best place to bowl on this side of town! Rocky. There's a lot of history in this place. So happy AMF is out of here. Glad it's still around. And glad they brought back at least part of what made it Rocky Springs Lanes. Rocky is legendary to bowlers in Lancaster, PA. Just like Lancaster Lanes and Garden Spot used to be. Love it!

I wish I could post a positive review. Multiple people I know have small, family owned businesses...so I know how much a negative review can affect a business. Also, I've worked a job requiring customer service for over 20 years. I know that the customer isn't always right, BUT you always grin and act like they are. Unfortunately, the owner, Sherry (Sheri, Sherri, Cheri?), was VERY rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. She was confrontational with my husband. She topped it off by saying "When you own a bowling alley, you can run it how you like." I wouldn't recommend Rocky Springs. Edit 2/18 to owner's response... We had already extended our time by an hour twice while you were on a wait. It wasn't until the third time we tried to extend that we were told about your policy. However, this is not my issue with your establishment or the situation. My issue was how the owner approached the situation. She lacks customer service skills and tact. Unfortunately, from reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence.

Went on Thursday night for their Quartermania special. Great deal for our party of 7. Less than $40 for two games which included shoes rental. The remodeling of the place definitely made it looked more updated and modern in comparison to before. Only wish that we had lane bumper control from the control panel directly instead of contacting a staff member. But it was understandable since their lane bumpers are manually raised/lowered in comparison to another bowling alley where you can have it raised/lowered automatically for each player in the same lane.

I would never go back to a place where I’m eating dinner and I have to listen to an employee scream at another worker insulting him. It was very unsettling to hear someone being very rudely yelled at while trying to enjoy my dinner. Whoever was yelling should be fired.

Much better than my local bowling alley in NJ. Great atmosphere and has a restaurant attached to it for some fries with cold beer. Bowling computer is a bit glitchy with a few resets.

Fun place to go with family, friends or even a work outing! Bowling, glow bowling or just go grab a bite to eat and a drink at the bar! Newly remodeled the bar/restaurant are very nice! Who doesn’t love a cold beverage while bowling some strikes? Always a good time, fair pricing and we always leave happy. If this sounds like your kind of fun, check them out.. to my knowledge it’s the only bowling place in Lancaster where you can also drink!

We stayed in the cottage for a few days after we got married. It was the perfect getaway! Private and comfortable but close to a variety of things to do. The cottage was very charming and breakfast was served to our door every morning! Theresa the innkeeper was friendly and personable! We enjoyed talking with her and taking a tour of the inn as well!

Was here with friends. Started off as a nice experience. Then we went yo the bar to get some drinks. As we we're ordering someone hit my friends yarmulka (Jewish hat) off his head. Then once we ordered the drinks they said we could not take more than 2 drinks at once. So I had taken out 2 drinks and my friend took 1 out. Then I came back in and they said they cut us off because my friend took out all the drinks. I had called the manager to look at the cameras but they weren't interested and just told me they can't do anything. Very unprofessional. After I left I talked to the boss and he said he can't do anything. Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend...
