Very small Lucky Strike. Small lanes and minimal furniture to share. They put 8 + people on one lane next to us, very cramped. Food was ok, but slow and expensive. Beer selection pretty basic. Probably won't go back.

I went for a salsa opening night party. Really great show overall and the crowd was good as well. Thr music was good and it was also amazing that they had enough A/C. My only complaint was that there was like 2 bartenders to serve over 100+ people; which isn't good for them or for the peeps. Other than that, great place! I look forward to returning!

Terrible service. Servers were incredibly inattentive. Took me 40+ minutes to get my food and longer to just get a to go box for my food. Servers were putting their hand all over my food and trying to clear it with out speaking with me. Do not expect good customer service here.

Really fun place for bowling and the staff is super nice. It would easily be a 5-star place. The problem lies with the lane booking system: either wait for 3 hours or put down a significant non-refundable deposit. They definitely need to brainstorm a better system for groups of 4 or more.

The atmosphere here is pretty swanky for bowling. The setup is nice, couches are comfortable, but the lack of working hand sanitizers and lack of paper towels/napkins is pretty gross. Eating food, drinking, and bowling shouldn't be so sketchy and difficult to navigate. If a server brings food there should definitely be a way to quickly sanitize & wipe hands off after putting your fingers in bowling balls where hundreds of other fingers have been. The two sanitizers near us were both inoperable.

Been here a few times now. It's a fun place for bowling/playing games but do not eat here. It is extremely expensive! $15 just for chicken fingers (no fries included). They're very good but I'm not sure why it is priced so high.

I've only been here once and probably will never go again, but just not my kind of place. I could see people liking this kind of establishment. Upscale bowling alley, which is alright if that's what you're into. However, pool tables are wack because of the black felt which makes it extra difficult to see the other side of the table when shooting. The service at the bar was alright and friendly, but the whole place is a little too big and too loud for my taste. I only ordered drinks which were mediocre, but the food menu did look alright. I might have ordered food if I could have figured out if any of the wait staff were serving the pool table area, but all of them oddly avoided eye contact as if they were afraid to help anyone outside of their section.

I was in town on a layover and when i paid they took my debit card and never gave it back. When I was handed my receipt i asked for my card. And they said they dont know where it is. After 30 minutes they couldn't find it and I needed to cancel my card. However, they called me the next day to tell me they found it. Which does me no good because its already canceled and I'm already out of the state! How do you charge a card and not keep it with the receipt. My seat was right next to the machine!!!! I'm on a business trip and have to fly around without my card because who knows what they where doing that the card magically vanished and then suddenly reappeared the next day. I was there Friday afternoon and it was pretty empty. The white Russian was not worth the hassle!!!

Terrible service trying to reserve lanes via phone. Internet reservation wasn’t possible due to group size. More than 6 calls over 3 days and unable to reach a single helpful employee. Told multiple times to “call back later; you need to speak to a sales rep” yet there was never a sales rep present. Asked for a manager and was told the manager was too busy and then was hung up on. One person said their only job was dealing with bowling shoes so they couldn’t help me. Take your business to North or South Bowl, or Bowlero in Feasterville (that is where we are going.)

Lots of fun beyond bowling (giant jenga, giant connect 4, ping pong, pool etc) while you wait. They accept a certain # of reservations which caused us as walk ins to wait but we had fun and enjoyed fair bar prices too.

Stopped by with a frat brother and his lady from out of town. This is a great bowling alley /club/lounge. It's dark with nice blue lights. Great drinks and the maybe the best chicken quesidia ive ever had. And to top it all off, i won the bowling match too.

Just in terms of the Bowling aspect, it was great and unique. I've never been to a bowling alley that is this dark but it was a unique experience. I went at about 2pm and it was COMPLETELY empty for the entire hour I was there. The prices are fair, on average with other bowling alleys. The only thing that could have been improved in my opinion was the customer service. But definitely a fun place to go with friend and family, COOL environment.

Great date stop or place with friends . Alot of activity to keep you busy . I went there to a slient party at the time. I'm not sure if its music by a dj on the regular. But not a bad place to hang out. "However " , beware of human error . I paid with my debit card along side another friend of a friend. Our cards got mixed up, cause we carried the same card. Always check your card . A few drinks also played a part in the mishap. So maybe cash a good idea lol

It was St. Patrick’s Day weekend, so the 3 stars were given instead of 2. I really wanted to give two stars. When I called to inquire about the wait, the young lady on the phone was extremely nice. I believe her name was Mercedes. She was the driving force fof me going, in spite of there already being 4 people on the waiting list at that time. When I got there, the front desk staff was extremely nice. There were 6 people ahead of us at that time. While we waited we decided to grab a bite to eat and have a couple of drinks at the tables in the area between the pool tables and bar. The waiters were busy with the patrons that were occupying the bowling lanes. That was expected as it was a Saturday evening and it was crowded. Once two seats became available at the bar, we decided to relocate to the bar. When attempting to get the bartenders attention, he was immediately dismissive. Hesitant to become frustrated, we simply asked if we could order food (as there were food menus on the bar), he dismissed us again and said “if you’re waiting for a lane you have a waiter”. He never said where you could sit to get the same waiter (without a designated area, a random table is the same as being served by the bartender). The front desk ladies said were very pleasant about it. Same as yeh manager. The lanes were very comfortable. The food was actually good. The atmosphere was very laid back. The music was great. There were games in the waiting area that were very cool as well.

It's an ok place. Entertaining for sure. A bit longer wait at bar than you would hope for but I dont think thata much different than anywhere. I was freezing. But cant say that's bad for everyone so no decrease in stars lol but bring a sweater! Drink prices I think are on par with the city but some people said they are pricey. If you're out and drinking its pricey.

Small bowling alley, bar, and some pools tables. It is in the heart of the city of Philadelphia. Great for small group and meetups. The atmosphere good, food is not my favorite, and drinks are average price for the area. Also note there is very limited parking, so take a taxi or public transportation.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ON LINE. I PAID $100 to Bowl ONE GAME, cuz I estimated it would take 1.5 hours. It didn’t. And it doesn’t matter that it didn’t. No refund to card. Kids can’t get in ping pong or pool using my leftover time. I’m paying extra for that. I’ve never been so utterly ripped off. If my kids weren’t happy I’d be crying right now. But with that said, really cool place

Priced high for what's available. The food is generally blah. It's one of those places that's fun if you go determined to have a good time. The bathrooms are kept fairly clean during the course of the night, closing time, they are a disaster. The servers are extremely nice and they really familiar with you in a good way. They make you feel like they've got your back for the evening. Three stars because food and drink are VERY important to my feelings about a place and I was give dry Jamaican Jerk sliders accompanied by 5 1/2 (yes I'm serious) steak fries. My husband's food was a sight better than mine. He had quesadillas, which are really hard to mess up. It was way overpriced for what we got for sure. I had a rum and coke and it was horrible, how do you mess THAT up? And why use a lime??? Lemons for rum and coke friends, lemons. Then I had a lemonade that tasted like dishwater made after someone peed in the sink. Graphic but I'm being extremely accurate. Overall, 'pre-game' before you leave the house and go just to goof off with your friends. It'll be fun if you make it so. We attended a Silent Party for Valentines Day.

Lucky strike Philly is s great spot if you're looking to bowl and/or eat and drink. Being as though the venue is downtown parking may be a bit of a hassle but, I usually just catch the train in so it hasn't been a bother for me personally. Prices are reasonable in my opinion. Most recently I've stopped by on a Saturday (St. Patrick's day weekend) afternoon for a game and paid $21 for a game and the rental of two pairs of shoes. I don't bowl too often but, from what I can remember those prices are fairly standard. Drinks were also reasonably priced. I don't remember the exact split but, I bought a beer and a cocktail which came out to a total of $13. Not bad at all. I'll have to try the food next time. The menu looked decent but, there are a million places to eat in Philly so I opted for another. In addition to bowling there are also a couple pool tables, air hockey, dart boards and a few interactive games that you can take part in if you're so inclined to do so. Try and make your reservations well ahead of time because time slots tend to fill up quickly, which can lead to you waiting about an hour or two depending on when you go. All in all my experiences have been great so I'd definitely recommend that you stop by if you're in the area and need a bowling fix.

Check in was good. Lane stopped working, waited at least 20 minutes before before it was looked at and 10 more minutes before we were moved to another lane. Also had to move unused balls that were left on the returns to the outer racks which should have been put back properly before we got there. Also needs a decor refresh.

I coordinated with Assistant Sales Mgr. Heather Schult to have an activity and dinner for approx. 40 students (12-13yrs.) and 10 adult chaperones. Our group was spending the night in Philadelphia (from Detroit). Heather was fabulous to work with in coordinating our event, and giving me few important tips about the city which helped me with the logistics of other events planned while visiting Philadelphia. Unfortunately, I did not attend the trip, however the teacher in charge, along with everyone else, said that their experience at Lucky Strike was top notch. The private room was ample space, the food was great and they had a plethora of contained activities to keep everyone entertained. The staff made everyone feel special.

This was my first visit to the location. A friend made reservations for our group but nothing went as planned. We had no designated server, they messed up the drink package so half our bowling time was up before it was corrected. They had extremely limited staff for the amount of customers, but I will say the only girl bartending did her best. After our bowling time ended the manager did extend our drinking time, but that went south when my wife saw a mouse running across the floor near the bar area. I will not be returning.

This was my first time at place. CSFP hosting an event for their Parent Ambassadors and their families on Sunday, March 10, 2019. This was a great facility for this event. This location was very spacious so everyone wasn't on top of each other. There were enough lanes for the children to bowl along with their parents and the children were able to play pool and ping pong and they really enjoyed themselves. Plenty of pizza to go around and if you didn't like pizza you could order from their menu. A few short steps away (but not far from the children) there was a mini Lounge area for the parents to enjoy an adult conversation and have a meeting to update each other on current issues, future meeting, and events.

Wonderful bowling alley hidden in the Center City. It's quite expensive if you're the sole payer, but the price kind of evens out in a group of 4 or more. Come fed; food and driks are expensive too, though I recommend nacho shareable (I got it vegetarian with guac and it was deeelish!) Staff is nice, but rather busy with the crowd. They accept lane reservations online, do that to save time! Happy bowling!!

It's a huge place, multiple floors and bars. We prepaid for a party of 8, but the staff seemed very confused. It took a long time to get situated. 2 lanes, but one kept malfunctioning and nobody could fix it. Food was pretty average. I will probably skip the hassle of getting into the city and go to my local lanes if I ever get the urge to bowl again.

So last night they decided to host a party that they obviously weren’t equipped to handle. My friends and I waited at the bar for 25 minutes and never got a drink. We had to go to another floor, but that experience wasn’t any better. We waited another 10 minutes where we watched the bartender take people that came after us. When she finally took our order, we paid and her register “broke”. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our change.. which was incorrect. The bartender got an attitude because she didn’t give us the correct change and we made a fuss. She was very unprofessional. We basically missed a lot of the party waiting for a drink. It was a mess and so unorganized.

Went on a Friday night for my boyfriends birthday. We came to Philly from NJ for the weekend with some friends. Originally we planned on getting there at 8pm. Being that I was planning everything, I showed up at 6:30 to put my name down knowing it would be a long wait. I was told it was a two hour wait, fine. We waited on the top floor for our guests to arrive. In the meantime we watched the cowboys, had some drinks at the bar, played jenga, and ordered food. At this point it had been 2.5 hours and we had done everything there was to do except for bowling which is what we came to do. At that point I went to speak to the employees which were nothing but RUDE. They told me 30 more minutes. Fine, no problem, we waited. At this point we had waited 3 hours and were getting antsy as expected for a party of 10. We then were told that they were “cleaning out the area for us” which was a lie. We watched as the people at our designated alley sat there on their phones (not even bowling) and no one trying to even tell them they needed to clear out for the next party. We got the manager which was very nice and finally got us to our game. 4 hours. A party of 10 came all the way from NJ to wait 4 hours to bowl. Ridiculous! I was there from 6:30pm-12am. The bowling alley was nice but I don’t think it was worth it at that point. All in all, food was okay, service sucked, but music was enjoyable.

Went to lucky strike for a nice night out that turned into a nightmare. They tried to hand me someone else’s ID that clearly wasn’t me. The staff had me sit at the bar for a half hour before anyone came up to me to explain what was happening. Finally someone came up to me an explained there was nothing they could do. So not only did you get my money for drinking and playing, but did you steal time from my life. Now I have to miss a flight because I have no ID and be inconvienced while you just hand me a business card. Never again will I ever give a place my ID as a form of depsosit.

I went there for an Eastern Regional Summit social hour. I guess by the name I should have known it was a bowling alley, but didn't realize it was going to have other aspects as well. The atmosphere was fun, but for some reason nobody wanted to get us drinks? They have a rule that if you start a tab at the bar, but end up sitting down at one of the tables, you have to open up multiple tabs. I think I had three tabs open because they didn't want to add it to my already existing tab. I would say they need to work on their communication a little better, and possibly explain why that is so that customers like me aren't confused or even more upset than we should be because it seems like they just don't want to help us out.

Bolling is ok, the balls are a mess. Been there for 5 events and the food never fails to disappoint. Bar staff is nice.

If you ever want to go to the this place, rethink your thoughts. This is place has the dirtiest most disrespectful staff I've ever encountered at a bowling alley. They told us us to get a reservation and after 3 hours of waiting they told us we we're a no show after showing up 10 minutes after receiving a message that they were ready for us. This is possibly the worst bowling alley I've ever been at. I'd rather spend my money on a pile of trash than go to this bar. I'd rather eat dirty sweaty moldy potatoes than ever bowl at this place.

Great service. Server picked up on the fact that it was my sisters birthday. She had a sash on for the party. Well they brought over ice cream and a candle for her. Free of charge. Very nice of them

The music was a mix of pop and hip hop. The good was good. Definitely better than expected, I had the BBQ chicken pizza. Now when it comes to the prices...everything is really pricey but it is a good time. Btw when you pay $65 for a lane on a Saturday night it is only for a hour. There is no extra time. Shoe rental is $4.50. The prices are the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars but hey it's in center city so it is expected.

I really liked the place and enjoyed the atmosphere. Not overly crowded and very comfortable. However the ladies at the front desk was very rude and dressed it up with a very fake sarcastic smile. So that helped them loose the first star, the second star was loist cause the good was nasty we ordered hot wings n waffle and they bought us hot wings with what seemed to be real thick pieces of French toast or pound cake, with syrup.
